Abstract

本发明公开了一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物及其制备方法,涉及纯棉织物技术领域,针对背景技术提出的现有的驱蚊纯棉织物无法保持长期有效的驱蚊效果的问题,现提出以下方案,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维200份,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯20‑30份,聚丙烯15‑25份,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物10‑20份,石蜡10‑20份,埃卡瑞丁10‑15份,丁香酚5‑10份,迷迭香提取物溶液8‑12份。本发明通过聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚丙烯、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和石蜡等组成驱蚊纤维,能够减少驱蚊剂在纺丝过程中的挥发,同时能够减缓驱蚊剂从纤维中的挥发速度,从而达到长效驱蚊的作用,同时,采用埃卡瑞丁和迷迭香提取物,使得纯棉织物对人体的刺激性更低,且具有抑菌除虫的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及纯棉织物技术领域,尤其涉及一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
纯棉织物是以棉花为原料,通过织机,由经纬纱纵横沉浮相互交织而成的纺织品。纯棉织物织物品种繁多,花色各异,按染色方式分为原色棉布、染色棉布、印花棉布、色织棉布;也可按织物组织结构分为平纹布、斜纹布、锻纹布。
现有的驱虫剂分为避蚊胺、驱蚊酯、埃卡瑞丁和柠檬桉叶油,避蚊胺是目前市场上最有效和研究最彻底的驱虫剂,这种物质在世界范围内使用40年后显示了显著的安全性,以植物为基础的驱虫剂通常不如避蚊胺有效,避蚊胺对蚊子特别有效,也可驱走苍蝇、恙螨、蜱等其他昆虫,避蚊胺能阻断这些昆虫追踪气味痕迹的能力,驱蚊酯与避蚊胺相比,具有毒性更低,刺激性更小,驱避时间更长等显著特点,但是驱蚊效果欠佳,埃卡瑞丁对皮肤的刺激性与驱蚊酯相当,但是驱蚊效果与避蚊胺相当,柠檬桉叶油驱蚊效果与避蚊胺相当,但是,柠檬桉叶油会刺激眼睛,易造成皮肤过敏,且气味浓烈。
随着科技的进步,人民生活水平的提高,对纺织物的功能性要求也相应提高,随着纺织技术的不断进步,设计生产具有驱蚊功能的纺织产品,如衣服,如床上用品等可以满足人们在不使用杀虫剂和蚊香花露水的前提下达到驱蚊的效果,但是,现有的驱蚊纯棉织物无法保持长期有效的驱蚊效果。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维200份,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯20-30份,聚丙烯15-25 份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-20份,石蜡10-20份,埃卡瑞丁10-15 份,丁香酚5-10份,迷迭香提取物溶液8-12份。
优选地,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维200份,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯30-40份,聚丙烯25-35份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物25-35 份,石蜡10-20份,埃卡瑞丁20-25份,丁香酚15-20份,迷迭香提取物溶液12-16份。
一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:取适量聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和石蜡,混合均匀后,经螺杆挤出机在260℃条件下混炼造粒,得到PP混合物;
S2:取适量埃卡瑞丁、丁香酚和迷迭香提取物溶液,放在磁力搅拌器上搅拌30-60min,得到驱蚊剂;
S3:将PP混合物与驱蚊剂混合,40℃恒温条件下静置1-2h,经过搅拌机搅拌后,经螺杆挤出机在200℃条件下混炼造粒,得到驱蚊芯切片;
S4:将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯切片,并与驱蚊芯切片混合后,经真空干燥机干燥后,放进纺丝机内进行纺丝,得到驱蚊纤维;
S5:将驱蚊纤维和棉纤维放进织布机中,经过织布机经纬纱纵横沉浮相互交织纺织后,得到长效驱蚊纯棉织物。
优选地,所述步骤S2中迷迭香提取物的提取方法为:将迷迭香叶片洗净后烘干,粉碎后加入20%乙醇溶液,静置5-10h。
优选地,所述步骤S4中烘干条件为:烘干温度为90℃-100℃,烘干时间为4-5h,真空干燥机内压强为-0.4MPa~-0.6MPa。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和石蜡等组成驱蚊纤维,能够减少驱蚊剂在纺丝过程中的挥发,同时能够减缓驱蚊剂从纤维中的挥发速度,从而达到长效驱蚊的作用,同时,采用埃卡瑞丁和迷迭香提取物,使得纯棉织物对人体的刺激性更低,且具有抑菌除虫的效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维200份,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯30份,聚丙烯25份,乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物20份,石蜡20份,埃卡瑞丁15份,丁香酚10份,迷迭香提取物溶液12份。
一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:取适量聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和石蜡,混合均匀后,经螺杆挤出机在260℃条件下混炼造粒,得到PP混合物;
S2:取适量埃卡瑞丁、丁香酚和迷迭香提取物溶液,放在磁力搅拌器上搅拌30-60min,得到驱蚊剂,迷迭香提取物的提取方法为:将迷迭香叶片洗净后烘干,粉碎后加入20%乙醇溶液,静置5-10h;
S3:将PP混合物与驱蚊剂混合,40℃恒温条件下静置1-2h,经过搅拌机搅拌后,经螺杆挤出机在200℃条件下混炼造粒,得到驱蚊芯切片;
S4:将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯切片,并与驱蚊芯切片混合后,经真空干燥机干燥后,放进纺丝机内进行纺丝,得到驱蚊纤维,烘干条件为:烘干温度为90℃-100℃,烘干时间为4-5h,真空干燥机内压强为-0.4MPa~-0.6MPa;
S5:将驱蚊纤维和棉纤维放进织布机中,经过织布机经纬纱纵横沉浮相互交织纺织后,得到长效驱蚊纯棉织物。
实施例2:一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维200份,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯40份,聚丙烯35份,乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物35份,石蜡20份,埃卡瑞丁25份,丁香酚20份,迷迭香提取物溶液16份。
一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:取适量聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和石蜡,混合均匀后,经螺杆挤出机在260℃条件下混炼造粒,得到PP混合物;
S2:取适量埃卡瑞丁、丁香酚和迷迭香提取物溶液,放在磁力搅拌器上搅拌30-60min,得到驱蚊剂,迷迭香提取物的提取方法为:将迷迭香叶片洗净后烘干,粉碎后加入20%乙醇溶液,静置5-10h;
S3:将PP混合物与驱蚊剂混合,40℃恒温条件下静置1-2h,经过搅拌机搅拌后,经螺杆挤出机在200℃条件下混炼造粒,得到驱蚊芯切片;
S4:将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯切片,并与驱蚊芯切片混合后,经真空干燥机干燥后,放进纺丝机内进行纺丝,得到驱蚊纤维,烘干条件为:烘干温度为90℃-100℃,烘干时间为4-5h,真空干燥机内压强为-0.4MPa~-0.6MPa;
S5:将驱蚊纤维和棉纤维放进织布机中,经过织布机经纬纱纵横沉浮相互交织纺织后,得到长效驱蚊纯棉织物。
驱蚊实验
取两个玻璃箱(50cm×50cm×50cm),两个玻璃箱中间均用纸板隔成A、B两室,纸板中间开孔便于蚊子通过,A1室内放入实施例1中的驱蚊纯棉织物,A2室内放入实施例2中的驱蚊纯棉织物,B1、B2 室内均放入纯棉织物,A、B两室内均放入温糖水,A1、B1、A2、B2 室内均放入50只蚊子,经过一定时间后,观察A1、B1、A2、B2室内的蚊虫数量,实验结果见表1。

1.一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维200份,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯20-30份,聚丙烯15-25份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-20份,石蜡10-20份,埃卡瑞丁10-15份,丁香酚5-10份,迷迭香提取物溶液8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的原料:棉纤维200份,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯30-40份,聚丙烯25-35份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物25-35份,石蜡10-20份,埃卡瑞丁20-25份,丁香酚15-20份,迷迭香提取物溶液12-16份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:取适量聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和石蜡,混合均匀后,经螺杆挤出机在260℃条件下混炼造粒,得到PP混合物;
S2:取适量埃卡瑞丁、丁香酚和迷迭香提取物溶液,放在磁力搅拌器上搅拌30-60min,得到驱蚊剂;
S3:将PP混合物与驱蚊剂混合,40℃恒温条件下静置1-2h,经过搅拌机搅拌后,经螺杆挤出机在200℃条件下混炼造粒,得到驱蚊芯切片;
S4:将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯切片,并与驱蚊芯切片混合后,经真空干燥机干燥后,放进纺丝机内进行纺丝,得到驱蚊纤维;
S5:将驱蚊纤维和棉纤维放进织布机中,经过织布机经纬纱纵横沉浮相互交织纺织后,得到长效驱蚊纯棉织物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中迷迭香提取物的提取方法为:将迷迭香叶片洗净后烘干,粉碎后加入20%乙醇溶液,静置5-10h。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种长效驱蚊纯棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中烘干条件为:烘干温度为90℃-100℃,烘干时间为4-5h,真空干燥机内压强为-0.4MPa~-0.6MPa。
