when the loading arm is used for loading, the transverse driving cylinder 13 drives the transverse trolley 8 to slide on the mounting chassis 9 to enable the loading arm to be adjusted to be aligned with the tank wagon mouth, the longitudinal driving cylinder 11 pushes the longitudinal trolley 7 to slide on the transverse trolley 8 to adjust the loading arm to be aligned with the tank wagon mouth, and the inner arm pipe 2 and the outer arm pipe 4 are rotated and adjusted along with the alignment of the loading arm and the tank wagon mouth; after the oil filling riser is aligned, starting the first vertical pipe driving cylinder 10 and the second vertical pipe driving cylinder 10-1, driving the outer expansion pipe 15 to extend into the tank car, and the outer expansion pipe 15 extends into the second sealing device, wherein the inner baffle ring 20 is arranged in the second sealing device, so that the outer expansion pipe 15 reaches a limited position when extending into the tank car and does not extend into the tank car, and at the moment, the sealing device descends to the second sealing device position to be attached to the two sealing device positions; because a plurality of guide rings and positioning rings are arranged between the inner fixing pipe 16 and the outer telescopic pipe 15, the outer telescopic pipe 15 can straightly extend into the limited position of the tank car, the left and right shaking can not be caused, and the telescopic crane pipe can be prevented from colliding when extending to the bottom of the car. At this time, the valve 5 on the vertical pipe connecting piece 6 is opened, the edible oil is input into the inner arm pipe 2 and the outer arm pipe 4 through the compensating connector 1, flows to the inner fixed pipe 16 and the outer telescopic pipe 15 through the valve 5 and enters the tank wagon, because three sealing devices are arranged between the inner fixed pipe 16 and the outer telescopic pipe 15 for complete sealing, oil leakage can not occur, and the telescopic overlapped section of the inner fixed pipe 16 and the outer telescopic pipe 15 can not be gradually reduced into the pipe arm between the inner fixed pipe 16 and the outer telescopic pipe 15 due to large oil output during oil transportation, after the loading is finished, the valve 5 is closed, the first vertical pipe driving cylinder 10 and the second vertical pipe driving cylinder 10-1 drive the outer telescopic pipe 15 to retract to the tank wagon opening, but not completely retract to the outside of the tank wagon opening, purging is carried out through the purging interface 4-1, the residual edible oil on the pipe wall is purged into the tank wagon, and the outer telescopic pipe 15 retracts completely outside the tank wagon opening, and (4) finishing loading the edible oil, and finally sealing the bottom pipe orifice of the outer telescopic pipe 15 by using a dry type quick connector 25.
