The hanger comprises a frame-shaped structure for connecting the distribution bottom beam and a lifting rod connected to the upper portion of the frame-shaped structure, wherein two first fixed wheels which are arranged in parallel are fixedly arranged at the top of the distribution bottom beam, and two second fixed wheels which are arranged in parallel are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cross beam.
2. The profiled box girder adapted hanger of claim 1, wherein said distribution bottom girder is flexibly connected below said hanger.

The lifting appliance adapting to the special-shaped box girder according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of lifting lugs are arranged on the upper surface of an upper bottom plate of the special-shaped box girder and are used for being connected with the connecting piece, U ribs are arranged on the lower surface of the upper bottom plate of the special-shaped box girder, and the lifting lugs are staggered in the vertical direction.
4. The spreader of claim 1, wherein the distribution bottom beam is disposed at one end of a connecting support frame, and the other end of the support frame rests on the profiled box beam to be lifted.
5. The spreader of claim 4, wherein the end of the support frame facing the profiled beam to be lifted rests on a height adjustable spacer that temporarily rests on the profiled beam to be lifted.

A spreader adapted to a profiled box girder according to claim 3, characterized in that the distribution bottom girder comprises a left distribution girder and a right distribution girder connected to each other, the left distribution girder and the right distribution girder being symmetrically provided with the same number of connectors, respectively.

The spreader for accommodating a profiled box girder according to claim 6, wherein for the left side distribution girder or the right side distribution girder, each of the connection members comprises two first rollers and one second roller which are arranged at intervals, wherein the two first rollers are fixed to the bottom of the distribution bottom girder through a fixing plate, one end of a balancing wire rope is fixed to one of the first rollers, the other end sequentially bypasses the second roller and the outer part of the other first roller in the connection member, and the second roller ring is wound inside and sequentially connected to the outer part of one first roller, the second roller and the other first roller in the adjacent connection member until being connected to the outermost first roller in the outermost connection member;
and a lifting lug connecting plate is arranged below the second roller, and a mounting hole is formed in the center of the lifting lug connecting plate so as to be detachably connected with the lifting lug.
8. The lifting appliance adapting to the special-shaped box girder according to claim 7, wherein the mounting hole of the lifting lug connecting plate is a vertically arranged strip-shaped through hole or a strip-shaped blind hole.
