the groove-type rolling type directional conveying component comprises a U-shaped conveying groove, a rotary pressing belt arranged above the U-shaped conveying groove and a pressing belt driver used for driving the rotary pressing belt; the rotation directions of the thumb wheel and the rotary pressing belt are opposite; the output end of the dial wheel is connected with the input end of the U-shaped input and output groove; the distance between the bottom of the rotary pressing belt and the bottom of the U-shaped conveying groove is not more than the maximum diameter of the bamboo tube (usually, the distance is slightly less than the maximum diameter of the bamboo tube, so that the bamboo tube can be just pressed); each bamboo tube is transversely arranged in the U-shaped conveying groove along the conveying direction. The output end of the U-shaped conveying groove is positioned above the cutting chamber of the rotary bamboo tube continuous feeding and cutting device to realize butt joint.
The bamboo tube is conveyed in a turnover way by keeping the original directional arrangement, and the technical difficulty is as follows: if the conventional automatic transfer equipment is adopted, when the bamboo tube is pushed forwards or rolls downwards along an inclined plane, the bamboo tube always turns towards the small-diameter end or the bamboo joint changes the trend. Therefore, after a row of bamboo tubes which are already aligned rolls for a certain distance, the bamboo tubes become disorderly and completely lose the alignment formation of the alignment, so that the subsequent automatic processing is not facilitated in the actual production. If the bamboo tubes are transferred by adopting a mechanical arm commonly used in the industry in a grabbing manner, the defect that the equipment cost is too high and the equipment cost is not economical is overcome.
Therefore, the bamboo tube directional turnover conveying mechanism mainly comprises a crawler-type directional conveying component, a shifting wheel type transfer component and a groove type rolling type directional conveying component. The working principle is as follows: the bamboo tubes in directional arrangement are conveyed on the crawler-type directional conveying component, and the positions of the bamboo tubes in the bamboo tube containing lattices are limited and do not roll in the conveying process. When the bamboo tube is conveyed to the joint of the crawler-type directional conveying component and the shifting wheel type transfer component, the shifting wheel synchronously rotating with the rotary crawler is exactly butted with the positioning block when being superposed, and the bamboo tube falls into a bamboo tube accommodating area of the shifting wheel under the action of gravity. The poking wheel is connected with a U-shaped conveying groove of a subsequent groove-shaped rolling type directional conveying component after continuously rotating, the bamboo tubes roll into the U-shaped conveying groove, the bamboo tubes can only move along a straight line due to the fact that the bamboo tubes are limited by two side walls of the U-shaped conveying groove, and the bamboo tubes are pushed one by one along with the entering of the following bamboo tubes. When the bamboo tube enters the lower part of the rotary pressing belt, the bamboo tube is driven by the rotary pressing belt to be conveyed forwards until the bamboo tube is transferred to the next working procedure. The bamboo tubes are always arranged in a directional way in the whole process.
Preferably, each positioning block comprises a plurality of positioning sub-blocks which are arranged in parallel along the axial direction of the bamboo tube, and a gap is formed between every two adjacent positioning sub-blocks.
Preferably, the thumb wheel comprises a plurality of thumb wheel single pieces which are arranged in parallel along the axial direction of the bamboo tube, and each thumb wheel single piece is positioned in a gap between adjacent positioning sub-blocks or positioned on the outer side of the outermost positioning sub-block in the state that the thumb wheel is connected with the positioning block.
The design of the clearance of the positioning sub-blocks and the plurality of thumb wheel single pieces can ensure that the thumb wheel and the positioning block can coincide in position but do not generate touch interference when being connected. In addition, because the bamboo tube inevitably contains outstanding bamboo joint, if adopt single length and the thumb wheel of bamboo tube length adaptation, the existence of bamboo joint can lead to the bamboo tube can't fully contact with the thumb wheel, has increased the risk that the bamboo tube rolls off. And above-mentioned structural design can avoid the contact of bamboo joint and thumb wheel to a great extent, and the bamboo joint is in unsettled state under most circumstances, can not influence the stability of thick bamboo tube.
Preferably, each thumb wheel single piece comprises a plurality of thumb wheel blades which are arranged at equal angles; a bamboo tube accommodating area is formed between adjacent shifting wheel blades on each shifting wheel single piece.
The above structural design can realize stable transportation of the bamboo tube without dropping or deviation.
Preferably, a flexible pad made of sponge, rubber and the like is arranged on the contact surface of each thumb wheel single piece and the bamboo tube.
Although the design of a plurality of shifting wheel single sheets can reduce the contact probability of bamboo joints and the shifting wheels, the complete stop cannot be achieved; on the other hand, the two ends of the bamboo tube still have certain diameter difference; therefore, the two conditions can lead the bamboo tube to be in non-horizontal arrangement (one end is higher and the other end is lower) on the thumb wheel, and the bamboo tube is in risk of sliding off to one side. Therefore, the surface of the thumb wheel single piece is provided with the layer of flexible pad, when bamboo joints or one end with larger diameter is contacted with the thumb wheel single piece, the flexible pad can be sunken more due to heavier weight of the part, so that the bamboo tube can be ensured to be basically in a horizontal placement state, and the risk of sliding of the bamboo tube is reduced.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the bamboo tube accommodating area is an arc surface.
The cambered surface is closer to the circumferential surface of the bamboo tube, and the stability is better.
Preferably, the input end of the U-shaped output groove is provided with a blade passing groove for the thumb wheel blade to pass through.
The blades can be overlapped in position but not contacted and interfered when the thumb wheel blades and the U-shaped transmission groove are connected through the design of the groove.
Preferably, the dial wheel driver of the dial wheel type transfer component comprises a dial wheel motor, a coupling and a dial wheel rotating shaft; the shifting wheel motor and the shifting wheel rotating shaft are linked through a coupler; the shifting wheel is fixed on the shifting wheel rotating shaft to rotate.
Preferably, the brackets of the shifting wheel type transfer component comprise two shifting wheel brackets, a motor bracket and a bearing seat; two ends of the thumb wheel rotating shaft are respectively fixed on the thumb wheel bracket through bearing seats; the thumb wheel motor is fixed on the motor bracket.
Preferably, a gap is arranged between the driving shaft of the pressing belt driver and the rotary pressing belt so as to realize that the height of the rotary pressing belt can be adjusted in a self-adaptive manner according to the bamboo tube. When the diameter of the bamboo tube is larger, the rotary pressing belt is automatically lifted by the bamboo tube when the bamboo tube enters the lower part of the rotary pressing belt, otherwise, the rotary pressing belt is automatically lowered under the action of gravity. How to design can ensure that the rotary pressing belt just presses the bamboo tube but can not influence the bamboo tube to enter the lower part of the rotary pressing belt.
Preferably, the dial wheel type transfer component and the groove type rolling type directional conveying component are fixed on the conveying support.
Preferably, a plurality of positioning blocks (namely positioning blocks in the crawler-type directional conveying component) which are distributed in a standing mode are arranged on the conveying belts of the receiving conveying line and the lifting conveying line; the lifting conveying line is connected with the bamboo tube directional turnover conveying mechanism through the shifting wheel type transfer part.
The connection mode can realize the directional transfer of the bamboo tube.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) According to the bamboo chip slicing machine, the feeding cutting disc is designed into a disc structure capable of rotating around the center, two adjacent cutting chambers are used for automatically feeding one and slicing the bamboo chips, manual operation is not needed in the whole process, and therefore continuous uninterrupted work can be achieved while feeding and cutting are achieved.
(2) The rotary cutter head of the planing and cutting mechanism is uniformly provided with vent holes; can follow the air current direction with the bamboo flour piece that produces in the cutting operation and get into the storehouse that connects material in the slicing mechanism barrel along the bamboo chipper, realize the self absorption of dust, reduce the influence of piece dust to cutting operation.
(3) The bamboo tube directional turnover conveying line can automatically directionally arrange bamboo tubes and keep formation conveying, and is beneficial to processing treatment of subsequent stations. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the disturbance arrangement mechanism can directionally arrange bamboo tubes which are distributed in disorder, and can reject bamboo tubes with sizes and shapes or bamboo tubes which do not meet the directional requirements through the interference mechanism, so that the lifting conveying mechanism can provide bamboo tubes which are continuously stable and meet the requirements in size for subsequent processes or equipment such as slicing, the conveying process is smooth, the production efficiency is high, and the bamboo tube conveying mechanism is suitable for industrial use; the disturbance arrangement mechanism is reasonable in structural design, directional arrangement of bamboo tubes with different sizes and distributed irregularity can be realized through the disturbance assemblies which are arranged at intervals and move back and forth relatively, the operation is simple, and the overall efficiency is high; promote conveying mechanism, convenient operation not only can realize the good transport to the thick bamboo tube, also can reject crowded falling to the thick bamboo tube that does not conform to the requirement simultaneously, ensures that processes such as follow-up planing and cutting can steady operation.
(4) The bamboo tube directional turnover conveying mechanism can convey bamboo tubes which are directionally arranged in the previous process into processing equipment of the next process in a turnover mode without damaging the original directional sequencing, and is high in production efficiency, good in action completeness, high in safety and low in cost.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
General examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a rotary type bamboo tube continuous feeding and cutting device comprises:
a feeding cutting disc; as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the feeding cutting disc includes a horizontally arranged disc main body 1000, and an annular track 1001 arranged on a circumferential surface of the disc main body; the turntable body is provided with a plurality of (preferably even number) cutting chambers 1002 which are communicated up and down and are uniformly distributed around the center of the turntable body in a circular ring shape at equal intervals.
A rotary power mechanism for driving the feeding cutting disc to rotate; as shown in fig. 8-9, the rotation power mechanism includes a frame 2000 and a motor 2001 disposed on the frame, and a gear 2002 is disposed on an output shaft of the motor; the circumferential surface of the annular track is a tooth surface meshed with the gear.
And the pressing mechanism is used for pressing the bamboo tube in the cutting chamber. As shown in fig. 1-3, the hold-down mechanism includes a cylinder frame 3000 and at least one hold-down cylinder 3001 fixed to the cylinder frame; the pressing air cylinder faces the cutting chamber, and when the pressing air cylinders are multiple, one pressing air cylinder is arranged at every other cutting chamber.
The planing and cutting mechanism is arranged below the feeding and cutting disc; as shown in fig. 5-7, the slicing mechanism includes a barrel 4000, a rotary cutter disc 4001 horizontally disposed on the top of the barrel, and a rotary driving component 4002 disposed in the barrel for driving the rotary cutter disc to rotate; the top opening edge of the cylinder body is connected with the bottom of the rotary disc body through a rotating shaft so as to realize that the rotary disc body rotates relative to the cylinder body. The disc surface of the rotary cutter disc is provided with a plurality of cutter grooves 4003 with a plurality of positions, shapes and sizes matched with the cutting chambers, and the cutter grooves are uniformly distributed around the center of the rotary cutter disc at equal intervals. A cutter 4004 which is upward from the cutting edge and is inclined by 30-60 degrees from the horizontal plane is arranged in the cutter groove, and a slit for falling of the sliced veneer after cutting is arranged between the cutter groove and the cutter. A plurality of conical vent holes 4005 with big top and small bottom are uniformly distributed on the rotary cutter head.
Example 1
A rotary type bamboo tube continuous feeding and cutting device comprises:
a feeding cutting disc; the feeding cutting disc comprises a disc body 1000 arranged horizontally and an annular track 1001 arranged on the circumferential surface of the disc body; twelve cutting chambers 1002 which are communicated up and down and are uniformly distributed around the center of the turntable body in a circular ring shape at equal intervals are arranged on the turntable body.
A rotary power mechanism for driving the feeding cutting disc to rotate; the rotary power mechanism comprises a frame 2000 and a motor 2001 arranged on the frame, and a gear 2002 is arranged on an output rotating shaft of the motor; the circumferential surface of the annular track is a tooth surface meshed with the gear.
And the pressing mechanism is used for pressing the bamboo tube in the cutting chamber. The pressing mechanism comprises a cylinder frame 3000 and six pressing cylinders 3001 fixed on the cylinder frame; the pressing air cylinder faces the cutting chambers, and one pressing air cylinder is arranged at intervals of one cutting chamber.
The planing and cutting mechanism is arranged below the feeding and cutting disc; the planing and cutting mechanism comprises a cylinder 4000, a rotary cutter disc 4001 horizontally arranged at the top of the cylinder, and a rotary driving component 4002 (a rotary motor) arranged in the cylinder and used for driving the rotary cutter disc to rotate; the top opening edge of the cylinder body is connected with the bottom of the rotary disc body through a rotating shaft so as to realize that the rotary disc body rotates relative to the cylinder body. The disc surface of the rotary cutter disc is provided with a plurality of cutter grooves 4003 with positions, shapes and sizes matched with the cutting chambers, and the cutter grooves are uniformly distributed around the center of the rotary cutter disc at equal intervals. A cutter 4004 which is upward relative to the blade and is inclined by 45 degrees relative to the horizontal plane is arranged in the cutter groove, and a slit for falling of the sliced sheets after cutting is arranged between the cutter groove and the cutter. A plurality of conical vent holes 4005 with big top and small bottom are uniformly distributed on the rotary cutter head.
The working principle of the device of the embodiment is as follows: when the bamboo slicing machine works for the first time, after the bamboo tubes are fully added into the cutting chambers by the plurality of feeding stations, the rotary power mechanism drives the annular track to enable the turntable body to rotate for a certain angle, the cutting chambers fully added with the bamboo tubes enter the positions to be cut (aligned to the lower pressing cylinder), the lower pressing cylinder presses the bamboo tubes to be cut, the uniformity of cut bamboo shavings is guaranteed, meanwhile, the rest cutting chambers enter the feeding stations to start feeding, when the bamboo tubes in the cutting area are cut, the lower pressing cylinder retracts after the bamboo tubes in the feeding area are fully added, the power rotary mechanism drives the annular track and the cutting chambers to continue to rotate forwards for a certain angle, the cutting chambers fully added with the bamboo tubes enter the positions to be cut, the lower pressing cylinder presses the bamboo tubes with the cutting chambers, and the cutter disc of the slicing mechanism rotates at a high speed to cut the bamboo tubes. After these two processes are accomplished, the carousel body can continue to rotate certain angle forward and get into next station, also can rotate backward and get into last station, and both effects are the same, and concrete scheme is optional. The two adjacent cutting chambers are automatically fed, and the bamboo chips are sliced without manual operation in the whole process, so that feeding and cutting are realized while continuous uninterrupted work is realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10 (taking eight cutting chambers as an example), in the station a, the feeding port is an even port of 2/4/6/8, and the even ports are filled with the material;
then the big gear ring rotates under the drive of the pinion and just rotates to a station B, at the moment, 2/4/6/8 of even cutting chambers are positioned below a pressing cylinder, the pressing cylinder is pressed down to cut materials, meanwhile, 1/3/5/7 of odd cutting chambers are empty, and at the moment, the odd cutting chambers can be fed; after the bamboo tubes of 2/4/6/8 of the even cutting chambers are cut, filling 1/3/5/7 of the odd cutting chambers with the bamboo tubes (station C in the figure); at the moment, the gear drives the annular rail to rotate anticlockwise to reach a D station, and the odd cutting chambers are placed below the lower pressing air cylinder, so that the cutting of the bamboo tubes in the odd cutting chambers can be realized, and meanwhile, the even cutting chambers can be used for feeding; the feeding and cutting work can be completed in batch mode through the repeated circulation.
Example 2
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that eight cutting chambers are provided on the turntable body, and the number of the hold-down cylinders is four.
Example 3
A continuous production line for bamboo chips comprises a bamboo tube directional turnover conveying line and a rotary bamboo tube continuous feeding and cutting device in the embodiment 1. Six cutting chambers at intervals in the rotary bamboo tube continuous feeding and cutting device are respectively connected with six bamboo tube directional turnover conveying lines.
As shown in fig. 21, the bamboo tube directional turnover conveying line sequentially comprises the following components in the bamboo tube conveying sequence: comprises a hopper 1, a disturbance arrangement mechanism 2, a lifting conveying mechanism 3 and a bamboo tube directional turnover conveying mechanism which is used for being connected with the lifting conveying mechanism and a rotary bamboo tube continuous feeding and cutting device. Wherein the hopper 1 is a V-shaped structure with a big top and a small bottom and gradually reducing mouth for storing and stacking the bamboo tubes.
As shown in fig. 22, the disturbance arrangement mechanism 2 is used for directionally arranging the bamboo tubes, and includes a left disturbance arrangement part 21, a right disturbance arrangement part 22, a fixing component 23 and a driving component 24, wherein the left disturbance arrangement part 21 and the right disturbance arrangement part 22 are parallel to each other, are arranged at intervals, and move back and forth relatively to each other to disturb the bamboo tubes, and each of the left disturbance arrangement part 21 and the right disturbance arrangement part 22 includes a connecting rod 25 and a disturbance plate 26 arranged on the connecting rod 25, the disturbance plates 26 move back and forth relatively to each other to drive the bamboo tubes to move, and the cross sections of the disturbance plates 26 include a triangular sawtooth shape, an arc shape or a wave shape; the fixing assembly 23 is used for fixing the disturbance sorting mechanism 2, and includes a fixing plate 27 and a shaft sleeve 28 arranged on a side edge of the fixing plate 27, the fixing plate 27 is connected with the connecting rod 25 in a sliding manner, the connecting rod 25 is sleeved in the shaft sleeve 28 and used for limiting the connecting rod 25, a spring 29 is sleeved on an end portion of the connecting rod 25, one end of the spring 29 is fixedly connected with the top end of the connecting rod 25, and the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve 28; drive assembly 24 includes connecting plate 241 and the drive unit 242 who is used for driving connecting plate 241, and wherein connecting plate 241 divides and locates left disturbance arrangement part 21 and right disturbance arrangement part 22 both ends, and wherein the connecting plate 241 and the left disturbance arrangement part 21 end fixed connection of one end for drive left disturbance arrangement part 21 round trip movement, the connecting plate 241 and the right disturbance arrangement part 22 end fixed connection of the other end, are used for driving right disturbance arrangement part 22 round trip movement, be equipped with the breach 243 that is used for left disturbance arrangement part 21 or the activity of right disturbance arrangement part 22 on the connecting plate 241, the side of connecting plate 241 is located to drive unit 242, drive unit 242 includes cylinder, motor crank or eccentric wheel.
As shown in fig. 23-24, the lifting and conveying mechanism 3 includes a receiving conveying line 31, a lifting conveying line 32 connected to the receiving conveying line 31 for lifting and conveying, and a material grabbing unit 33, wherein the receiving conveying line 31 is disposed below the disturbance sorting mechanism 2 for receiving the directionally sorted bamboo tubes, and an included angle is formed between the receiving conveying line 31 and the lifting conveying line 32; the interference mechanism 4 is arranged on the lifting conveying line 32, wherein the interference mechanism 4 comprises a side stopper 34, a long material stopper 35 and an ultrahigh stopper 36 which are sequentially arranged, wherein the side stopper 34 is used for extruding the bamboo tube into the grabbing unit 33, the interference mechanism comprises a left stopper 341 and a right stopper 342 which are respectively arranged on two sides of the lifting conveying line 32, the left stopper 341 and the right stopper 342 are arranged at different heights, and the left stopper 341 and the right stopper 342 both comprise: the long material shelves 35 are used for removing ultra-long bamboo tubes and comprise shelf bars 351 forming included angles with the lifting conveying line 32, the ultra-high grades 36 are used for removing ultra-high bamboo tubes and comprise rotating shafts 361 and extrusion falling bars 362 respectively arranged on the periphery of the rotating shafts 361 and used for extruding the bamboo tubes; the grabbing unit 33 is arranged on the receiving conveying line 31 and the lifting conveying line 32 and used for fixing the bamboo tubes and comprises a groove 331 and a limiting protrusion 332, wherein the groove 331 is in a cylindrical shape matched with the bamboo tubes and provided with two open ends, the axial direction of the groove is consistent with the conveying direction of the receiving conveying line 31 and the conveying direction of the lifting conveying line 32 and used for placing the bamboo tubes, and the limiting protrusion 332 is arranged on the side edge of the groove 331 and used for preventing the bamboo tubes from sliding off during conveying; and a bracket 37 for fixing the lifting conveying mechanism is arranged below the lifting conveying mechanism.
A plurality of positioning blocks (namely positioning blocks on the bamboo tube directional turnover conveying mechanism) which are distributed in a standing mode are arranged on the conveyer belts of the receiving conveying line and the lifting conveying line; the lifting conveying line is connected with the bamboo tube directional turnover conveying mechanism through the shifting wheel type transfer part.
As shown in fig. 11-14, the bamboo tube directional turnover conveying mechanism sequentially comprises, in the bamboo tube conveying order:
the crawler-type directional conveying component, as shown in fig. 11-12, includes a revolving crawler 5000, a plurality of positioning blocks 5001 standing distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the revolving crawler, and a crawler driver for driving the revolving crawler; a bamboo tube accommodating grid is formed between every two adjacent positioning blocks; each bamboo tube is transversely arranged in the bamboo tube containing lattice along the conveying direction. Moreover, each positioning block comprises a plurality of positioning sub-blocks 5001-1 which are arranged in parallel along the axial direction of the bamboo tube, and a gap is arranged between every two adjacent positioning sub-blocks.
The dial wheel type transfer component, as shown in fig. 15-19, comprises a dial wheel 6000, a dial wheel driver 6001 for driving the dial wheel, and a bracket assembly 6002 for fixing the dial wheel and the dial wheel driver; the turning directions of the thumb wheel and the rotary track are the same so as to realize the connection between the thumb wheel and the positioning block. The poking wheel comprises a plurality of poking wheel single pieces 6000-1 which are arranged in parallel along the axial direction of the bamboo tube, and each poking wheel single piece also comprises a plurality of poking wheel blades 6000-2 which are arranged at equal angles; a bamboo tube accommodating area with a cambered bottom surface is formed between adjacent shifting wheel blades on each shifting wheel single piece; optionally, a flexible pad made of sponge, rubber or the like is arranged on the contact surface of each thumb wheel single piece and the bamboo tube. As shown in fig. 11, the thumb wheel blade of each thumb wheel single piece is located in the gap between the adjacent positioning sub-blocks or outside the outermost positioning sub-block in the state that the thumb wheel is engaged with the positioning block. As shown in fig. 15, the thumb wheel driver comprises a thumb wheel motor 6001-1, a coupler 6001-2 and a thumb wheel rotating shaft 6001-3; the shifting wheel motor and the shifting wheel rotating shaft are linked through a coupler; the thumb wheel is fixed on the thumb wheel rotating shaft to realize rotation. The bracket assembly comprises two shifting wheel brackets 6002-1, a motor bracket 6002-2 and a bearing seat 6002-3; two ends of the thumb wheel rotating shaft are respectively fixed on the thumb wheel bracket through bearing seats; the thumb wheel motor is fixed on the motor bracket.
The groove-type rolling type directional conveying member, as shown in fig. 11 to 12, includes a U-shaped conveying groove 7000, a rotary pressing belt 7001 provided above the U-shaped conveying groove, and a pressing belt driver 7002 (pressing belt motor) for driving the rotary pressing belt. The rotation directions of the thumb wheel and the rotary pressing belt are opposite; the output end of the dial wheel is connected with the input end of the U-shaped input and output groove; the distance between the bottom of the rotary pressing belt and the bottom of the U-shaped conveying groove is not larger than the maximum diameter of the bamboo tube (a gap is arranged between a driving shaft of the pressing belt driver and the rotary pressing belt so as to realize that the height of the rotary pressing belt can be self-adaptively adjusted according to the bamboo tube); each bamboo tube is transversely arranged in the U-shaped conveying groove along the conveying direction. As shown in fig. 2, the output end of the U-shaped conveying trough is positioned above the cutting chamber of the rotary bamboo tube continuous feeding and cutting device to realize butt joint. Also, as shown in FIG. 13, a blade passing groove 7000-1 through which the thumb wheel blade passes is provided at the input end of the U-shaped output groove.
As shown in fig. 20, the transfer frame 8000 has a dial type transfer member and a groove type rolling type directional transfer member fixed thereto.

the planing and cutting mechanism is arranged below the feeding and cutting disc; the slicing mechanism comprises a barrel (4000), a rotary cutter head (4001) horizontally arranged at the top of the barrel, and a rotary driving part (4002) arranged in the barrel and used for driving the rotary cutter head to rotate; the top opening edge of the cylinder body is connected with the bottom of the rotary disc body through a rotating shaft so as to realize that the rotary disc body rotates relative to the cylinder body.
2. The rotary type bamboo tube continuous feeding and cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cutting chambers are uniformly distributed around the center of the turntable body in an annular shape at equal intervals.
