Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of paint spraying auxiliary tool design, and particularly relates to a partitioned marking device and a partitioned marking method for paint spraying on the surface of a cover body. At present, the painting process adopts a method of paper pattern marking or steel plate ruler marking, which wastes time and labor and is difficult to ensure the precision. The invention arranges a plurality of flange plates on the bottom base structure based on the molded surface of the cover body, each flange plate is provided with a plurality of positioning bosses, and the cover body is limited at the edge of the inner side of the opening of the cover body through the positioning bosses; the device also comprises a scribing clamping plate assembly which comprises a plurality of scribing clamping plates, wherein each scribing clamping plate is provided with a positioning plate and a scribing plate, the positioning plate is provided with a positioning hole, the scribing clamping plates are positioned through the positioning hole and the positioning pin hole, the scribing plates are attached to the surface of the cover body, and the surface of the cover body is scribed through scribing edges on the scribing plates. Technical Field

Background
With the development of aircraft technology and the requirement on surface performance, different areas need to be divided on the outer surface of a certain type of aircraft radome for respectively spraying different paint layers. The existing marking method in the existing paint spraying process is a method of marking by adopting a paper pattern or a steel plate ruler, which wastes time and labor and is difficult to ensure the precision.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1-3 show a partitioned marking device for a certain type radome 8, wherein it can be seen that a support leg 2 at the lower part of a base 11 is provided with a bearing wheel 1, the upper part of the base 11 is supported from the lower end surface of a flange 4 to the flange 4 in different areas through a support rod 3 and a support rib 7, the upper end surface of the flange 4 is provided with a positioning boss 6, and a marking clamp plate assembly 5 is fixed on the flange 4 through a positioning pin.
The antenna housing 8 is positioned by adopting the boss type structure, and the height of the positioning boss 6 is not less than 20mm and is used for positioning the inner molded surface and the root end surface of the antenna housing 8. The accuracy requirement of the positioning surface of the inner profile of the positioning boss 6 and the positioning surface of the antenna housing 8 is-0.4 to-0.1 mm, the positioning surface of the positioning boss 6 and the positioning surface of the root end surface of the antenna housing 8 extends outwards from the theoretical shape by 0.3mm, and the accuracy requirement is +/-0.1 mm. The width of the flange plate 4 is more than or equal to 200mm, and the planeness of the flange plate 4 is less than or equal to 0.1mm.
The scribing clamp plate assembly 5 is connected with the flange plate 4 through a detachable positioning pin, each scribing clamp plate is provided with a different connecting hole position of the error-proofing positioning pin and the flange plate 4, the number is arranged at the corresponding position of the disc surface of each scribing clamp plate and the flange plate of the boss type positioning module 4, the scribing clamp plate assembly 5 has enough rigidity and is not easy to deform, and the precision requirement of the molded surface of the scribing position is +/-0.2 mm.
When the paint layer on the surface of the product is scribed in a partition mode, the product is mounted in place on the positioning boss without shaking or gaps, then the scribing clamp plates are mounted on the corresponding positions on the flange plates 4 respectively, the positioning pins are inserted for positioning and fixing, and a pencil is used for scribing along the upper edge and the middle area edge of the scribing clamp plate assembly, as shown in fig. 3.
The marking device is successfully used for the partitioned marking of the paint layer on the outer surface of a certain type of radome, the position precision of the marking is greatly improved, and the marking efficiency is improved by 4 times.
