Description

Repair system and repair method for composite material resin injection
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composite material resin injection repair system and a repair method, and belongs to the field of aviation composite material repair.
Background
The resin injection repair is to inject resin with better fluidity into the defect and damage area of the delamination or debonding of the composite material, and to repair the damage in the composite material structure by normal temperature curing or heating curing. The repair process is roughly 3 steps: 1. at least two holes, i.e., an injection hole and a vent hole, are typically drilled before injecting the resin, and the holes are routed to the damaged layer. 2. And injecting resin from the injection holes by using an air pressure gun, a syringe and the like until the resin overflows from the vent holes, and temporarily sealing all the injection holes and the vent holes by using a protective tape after the whole damaged area is filled with the resin. 3. And applying pressure to the repaired area to form a whole. The application range is limited to layered debonding or repair of plate and hole edge damage, wherein degumming and layering caused by mechanical damage have better repairing effect by adopting a resin injection method.
The resin injection repair has the advantages of convenient raw material storage, short preparation time and relatively short maintenance time, is convenient for field operation, does not need to dig out materials in a damaged area, and can make up the defects of riveting, patching and repairing at corners or edges.
Currently, resin injection repair is not widely used in practical applications, and common injection devices are air pressure guns, disposable syringes, and the like, which cannot perform quantitative control of resin and control of injection pressure and injection speed. The existing injection repairing equipment has the following defects that 1, resin cannot be uniformly injected to a layering part, and bubbles appear after curing; 2. the injection pressure, speed, etc. cannot be controlled, so that the injection repair effect is deteriorated.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the existing resin repair injector is a disposable injector, the ration, the injection pressure and the speed of the existing resin repair injector cannot be controlled, the resin cannot be uniformly injected to a layering part, and bubbles appear after solidification, so that the injection repair effect is poor.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a method for injection repair of a composite resin, comprising the steps of:
step 1): cleaning the composite laminate to remove microcracks and debris from the vent and then drying to remove any moisture absorbed by the composite laminate;
step 2): drilling an inlet hole and an outlet hole in the center of a dent caused by impact on the composite material laminated plate, and verifying whether the corresponding inlet hole and the corresponding outlet hole are ventilated by using a dust collector;
step 3): preparing resin for injection repair, pouring the resin into an injector, and paying attention to slow and uniform pouring speed and no bubbles; adjusting the parameter setting of the dispenser in the resin injection repairing system;
step 4): and (3) carrying out glue injection repair on the composite laminated plate by using a resin injection repair system: placing a suction tape on the composite material laminated plate for absorbing the excess resin; placing the composite material laminated plate in the rubber pad, and fixing the bottom of the composite material laminated plate;
step 5): aligning an injector connected with a dispenser to an inlet hole on the composite material laminated plate, simultaneously piercing the adhesive absorption sheet by a needle head of the injector, and sealing and fixing the joint of the injector and the rubber pad; simultaneously starting a vacuum pump to enable the pressure inside the rubber pad to reach 0.2-0.5bar, starting a dispenser, screwing off a switch valve, and keeping a vacuum state; because the vacuum pump has already pumped the air in the rubber pad away totally, the pressure acting on the laminated board of composite material causes the contraction of the lamination at this moment, when the resin is injected into the inlet hole, because there is no influence of air and capillary action in the lamination, the resin flows horizontally; taking out the composite laminated board after the injection is finished, and sealing the inlet hole and the outlet hole by using a sealing adhesive tape;
step 6): putting the composite laminated board into an oven and heating to completely cure the resin;
step 7): and (4) polishing the surface of the composite material laminated plate to be smooth.
Preferably, in the step 1), the cleaning is carried out by flushing compressed gas and acetone; the drying temperature is 80-100 ℃.
Preferably, in step 2), the distance between the outlet hole and the inlet hole is not more than 30 mm, the depth of the outlet hole/inlet hole is the thickness of the 1/2 composite material laminated plate, the holes are drilled to the debonding depth in multiple steps, and compressed air is used for removing dust generated in the drilling process.
More preferably, the diameter of the inlet hole is 1-2mm, and the drilling speed is 1000-.
Preferably, in step 3), the viscosity of the resin is between 0.8 and 3.5Pa · s; the parameters of the dispenser are as follows: the discharge time interval was 0.1 to 5 seconds, and the minimum amount of the adhesive was set to 0.01 mL.
The method has the advantages that for the laminated board with the laminated defect sample of which the middle is preset to be phi 20mm, the strength recovery rate after repair can reach 90-95%, and the compressive strength recovery rate can reach 80-85%.
The invention also provides a composite material resin injection repair system, which comprises a rubber pad for placing a composite material sample to be repaired, a vacuum pump for vacuumizing the rubber pad and a dispenser for injecting a repair material, wherein the dispenser is connected with the injector through a switch valve, the dispenser is provided with a first vacuum meter, the vacuum pump is provided with a second vacuum meter, and the rubber pad is provided with two rubber suction nozzles which are respectively connected with the injector and the vacuum pump.
The invention adopts the assembly of the glue dispenser and the vacuum pump instrument to control the injection speed and the injection pressure, avoids the generation of bubbles caused by uneven injection speed during injection repair, provides proper pressure simultaneously, is convenient for the injection and infiltration of resin, and obviously improves the repair effect. The resin injection repair system is simple and easy to combine with the injection technology, and can be widely applied to injection repair of the carbon fiber composite material laminated plate. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention can generate stable pressure during glue injection repair, ensure the glue injection speed, and avoid incomplete resin infiltration and bubbles caused by over-high injection speed.
2. When the invention and the injection process are applied, the pressure applied to the laminated plate can be controlled, and the internal pressure is kept in a proper range, so that the resin can be injected and infiltrated conveniently.

Detailed Description
In order to make the invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the composite material resin injection repair system provided by the invention comprises a rubber pad 4 for placing a composite material sample to be repaired, a vacuum pump 7 for vacuumizing the rubber pad 4 and a dispenser 2 for injecting a repair material, wherein the dispenser 2 is connected with an injector through a switch valve 3, the dispenser 2 is provided with a first vacuum gauge 1, the vacuum pump 7 is provided with a second vacuum gauge 6, and the rubber pad is provided with two rubber suction nozzles, namely a first rubber suction nozzle 8 and a second rubber suction nozzle 9, which are respectively connected with the injector and the vacuum pump.
The repair process for repairing a composite material sample to be repaired (in this embodiment, the composite material laminate 5 having a dent on the surface thereof caused by an impact) using the injection repair system described above is as follows:
1. before the repair, the composite laminate 5 is washed with high pressure air and acetone to remove microcracks and debris in the vent holes, and dried at 80-100 ℃ to eliminate any moisture absorbed by the composite laminate.
2. Drilling a hole in the center of a dent caused by the impact of the composite laminated plate 5, drilling an inlet hole with the diameter of 1-2mm at the drilling speed of 1000-.
3. The injection-repaired resin with good fluidity and viscosity of 0.8-3.5 Pa.s is prepared and slowly poured into an injector, the speed is slowly and uniformly noticed, no air bubbles are generated during pouring, and the parameters of a dispenser are adjusted to set the discharge time interval: 0.1-5s, and setting the minimum glue amount to be 0.01 mL.
4. And (3) performing glue injection repair on the composite laminated plate 5 by using a resin injection repair system: placing a suction cloth on the composite material laminated plate 5 for absorbing the excess resin; the prepared composite material laminated plate 5 is placed in the rubber pad 4, the adhesive tape is pasted at the bottom of the composite material laminated plate 5 for fixation, and meanwhile, the rubber pad is sealed by the sealing adhesive tape around the composite material laminated plate.
