The parallel filter chambers are provided with the head and tail anti-corrosion filter plates and all fluid inlet and outlet external pipelines to form a parallel filter mechanism, and the parallel filter mechanism has the function of feeding multiple filter chambers simultaneously.
The working process of the parallel filtering mechanism is as follows: the feeding pump pressurizes and inputs the materials into a multi-filter chamber (a filter cloth bag formed by adjacent filter cloth 14) in parallel from the single-chamber shunt grooves 6 of each shunt cloth clamp 13 through a feeding main channel at the same time, low-pressure static filtration is carried out, the filter cloth 14 intercepts particles in the materials to form a filter cake in the filter chamber, and filtrate passes through the filter cloth 14 and flows out from lower corner double liquid outlet holes 16 and a liquid outlet main channel on a filter plate 11 of the filter chamber (between the filter plate 11 and the filter cloth 14); the PLC controls the electromagnetic valve to automatically switch the function of the multifunctional main channel, high-pressure water or gas is input into the filter chamber from the multifunctional hole 17 at the upper right corner of the filter plate 11 through the multifunctional main channel, and materials are subjected to back flushing, washing purification and blow-drying purification in sequence; and pulling the filter plate 11 open to realize gravity cake unloading.
The parallel filter chambers of the filter press provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that: (1) by optimizing the structural design of the filter plate feeding channel 12, the single-chamber shunt groove 6 is arranged on the shunt cloth clamping device 13 to replace a T-shaped feeding shunt hole, so that the structure of the filter plate feeding channel 12 is optimized, the processing difficulty is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; (2) by simplifying the structural design of the filter plate feeding channel 12: the existing single-chamber feeding hole for installing the cloth clamping distributor is eliminated, and the shunting cloth clamping distributor is directly installed in the feeding channel of the filter plate, so that the area of the filter plate occupied by the single-chamber feeding hole is reduced, and the filtering area of the filter plate 11 is maximized; (3) by improving the combination mode of the shunting cloth clamping device 13: the existing two-in-one threaded connection type cloth clamping distributor with the main clamp and the auxiliary clamp is improved into a three-in-one threaded connection type double-sided flow dividing cloth clamping device 13 with the main clamp, the auxiliary clamp and the sleeve, so that the filter cloth 14 is effectively prevented from being folded along with the rotation of the cloth clamping device 13, and the cloth clamping effect and the quality of a filter chamber are ensured; the product is upgraded and synergized.
