The wheelchair bed 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a wheelchair bed 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a wheelchair 10, a bed 20, a first locking mechanism 30 and a second locking mechanism 40.
The wheelchair 10 has a locked member 111. The wheelchair 10 may be deformed to deform the inclined seat surface to a horizontal position.
The bed 20 has an access passage 21 along which the wheelchair 10 can be moved into and out of the bed 20. If the wheelchair 10 moved into the bed body 20 is the deformed wheelchair 10, the seat surface and the bed surface of the bed body 20 are on the same horizontal plane, which can be used for bearing users, increasing the bearing area and enhancing the comfort. The wheelchair 10 that is moved out of the bed body 20 can be used as the wheelchair 10 alone, and the function of the wheelchair bed 100 is added. Meanwhile, it can be understood that the user on the wheelchair bed 100 can use the wheelchair 10 for exercise without moving his body, and when the user is in a state of inconvenience in movement, paralysis or unconsciousness, the wheelchair bed 100 is used, which not only facilitates the activity of one person, but also facilitates the care of others to the user.
The first locking mechanism 30 is provided on the bed 20 and can lock or release the wheelchair 10, and the first locking mechanism 30 restricts the movement of the wheelchair 10, so that the wheelchair 10 cannot move when the first locking mechanism 30 locks the wheelchair 10, and the wheelchair 10 loses its restraint when the first locking mechanism 30 releases the wheelchair 10.
The second locking mechanism 40 includes a locking assembly 41 and a thrust assembly 42 disposed on the bed 20, the thrust assembly 42 having a normal position and a thrust position.
Wherein when the wheelchair 10 moves into the access passage 21 and reaches a predetermined position, the first locking mechanism 30 locks the wheelchair 10, the locking assembly 41 locks the locked member 111, by arranging the first locking mechanism 30 and the locking assembly 41 to lock the wheelchair 10 on the bed 20, the wheelchair 10 is stationary relative to the bed 20, thereby ensuring stability of the bearing surface for bearing the user, improving safety, and the thrust assembly 42 is pushed by the locking member 111 in the in-and-out direction of the wheelchair 10 to move to the thrust position, it being understood that the thrust assembly 42 is always kept in the normal position, to return to the normal position when the thrust assembly 42 is pushed to the thrust position by the locked member 111, the thrust assembly 42 exerts a force on the locked member 111, when the first locking mechanism 30 locks the wheelchair 10, the thrust assembly 42 is not returned to the normal position, but the thrust assembly 42 is always urged by the first locking mechanism 30 against the locked member 111. When the first locking mechanism 30 releases the wheelchair 10, the restraint of the first locking mechanism 30 is lost, the wheelchair 10 is only acted on by the thrust assembly 42, and the thrust assembly 42 can move towards the normal position and push the locked piece 111 out of the locking assembly 41.
Of course, the wheelchair 10 may be the wheelchair 10 before being deformed when the wheelchair 10 is moved into the access passage 21, and the wheelchair 10 may be deformed after the wheelchair 10 is completely moved into the access passage 21.
According to the wheelchair bed 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the wheelchair 10 is locked on the bed body 20 by the first locking mechanism 30 and the locking assembly 41 in the process that the wheelchair 10 is moved into the access passage 21, the assembly steps are simple, the operation is convenient, the time spent is shortened, and the user experience is improved. When the wheelchair 10 is separated from the locking state, the thrust assembly 42 can automatically push the wheelchair 10 outwards to move, so that the manual separation operation steps are reduced, the separation process is simplified, the operation time is shortened, and the user experience is further improved.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the wheelchair 10 includes a backrest 11 capable of swinging up and down, wherein the backrest 11 can be lowered by swinging down to facilitate the combination of the backrest 11 with the bed 20, and the backrest 11 can be lifted by swinging up to restore the wheelchair 10 to a chair state. The locked member 111 is provided on the seat back 11, and the locking assembly 41 includes: a locking member 411 and a first elastic member 412.
The locking member 411 is pivotally disposed on the bed body 20, the locking member 411 has a locking groove 4111, and the seat back 11 can swing downward and push the locking member 411 to swing, so that the locked member 111 is locked in the locking groove 4111. The first elastic member 412 can drive the locking member 411 to reset. That is to say, when the wheelchair 10 moves into or out of the access passage 21, the wheelchair 10 may also be in a state before deformation, when the wheelchair 10 is completely in the access passage 21, the seat back 11 is driven to swing to deform the wheelchair 10, in the process of swinging the seat back 11 downward, the locked member 111 also swings downward, the locked member 111 contacts with the locking member 411, the locked member 111 swinging downward pushes the locking member 411 to swing, the locked member 111 continues to swing downward until the locked member 111 swings downward to the initial position of the locking groove 4111, the first elastic member 412 drives the locking member 411 to reset, the locking groove 4111 returns to the initial position, and the locked member 111 is clamped in the locking groove 4111.
For example, the initial body of locking piece 411 is vertical state, under the promotion of no external force promptly, locking piece 411 is vertical state, when back of the chair 11 swings downwards, locking piece 411 is pushed to the tilt state, it is non-vertical state to be promoted locking piece 411 by latch fitting 111 promptly, when the initial position of pendulum to draw-in groove 4111 under by latch fitting 111, draw-in groove 4111 position when locking piece 411 is vertical state promptly, locking piece 411 loses the promotion of external force, locking piece 411 resets to vertical state under the effect of first elastic component 412.
Specifically, the first elastic element 412 is a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring is disposed on the locking element 411, the other end of the torsion spring is disposed on the bed 20, and the torsion force of the torsion spring drives the locking element 411 to return.
