Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4 to 7, the locking mechanism 262 includes a locking pin 2621 and a fourth return spring 2622 cooperating with the locking pin 2621, the third hinge 2214 is a hinge shaft, the handle 261 is provided with a hinge hole 2613, the hinge shaft extends into the hinge hole 2613, and the locking pin 2621 is inserted on the handle 261 in the front-rear direction beside the hinge hole 2613. The process of installing the handle 261 is: the locking pin 2621 is pressed to avoid the hinged shaft through the avoiding opening, at this time, the handle 261 can be arranged at the handle mounting and dismounting position, the hinged shaft can be smoothly inserted into the hinged hole 2613, and the avoiding part 2612 avoids the driving block 251 and keeps the locking block 252 matched with the matching part 131; when the handle 261 is rotated to the handle locking position, the avoiding opening is opposite to the bayonet, the locking pin 2621 is released, the locking wall moves to the position before the avoiding opening under the action of the fourth return spring 2622 and is clamped in the bayonet, the handle 261 (i.e., the hinge shaft) is locked, the hinge shaft cannot rotate and disengage in the hinge hole 2613, the handle 261 is locked, and the unlocking part 2611 pushes the driving block 251 leftward to unlock the locking block 252 and the matching part 131. The process of detaching the handle 261 is opposite to the process of installing the handle 261, and will not be described herein.
The handle 261 can be detached independently for special disinfection, and other parts only need to be wiped for disinfection, so that the operation preparation process can be effectively simplified.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the limiting mechanism 110 includes: a driving assembly 111 provided with a position detection sensor (e.g., a photoelectric switch); and the stop piece 112 is installed on the transmission assembly 111, the transmission assembly 111 is used for driving the stop piece 112 to move to a set puncture depth position along the puncture direction, the fitting piece 270 is arranged on the puncture device 200, when the puncture device 200 moves to the set puncture depth position from an initial position along the puncture direction, the fitting piece 270 abuts against the stop piece 112, the puncture device 200 is prevented from continuously puncturing forwards along the puncture direction, and therefore the puncture accuracy can be effectively improved. The fitting 270 is a baffle extending in a bent shape folded backward.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the transmission assembly 111 is a screw nut assembly (the stopper 112 is mounted on the nut, or may be an integral structure with the nut), a rack and pinion assembly, a sprocket chain assembly, or the like. The transmission assembly 111 may be driven manually; alternatively, the limiting mechanism 110 may further include: the third driving motor is matched with the transmission component 111 and drives the transmission component 111 to act in an electric driving mode; the purpose of the present application can also be achieved, the purpose of which does not depart from the design idea of the present invention, and the details are not described herein, and the present application shall also fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 8 to 11, the limiting device 100 further includes a mounting frame 130, the transmission assembly 111 and the rail mechanism 120 are both fixedly mounted on the mounting frame 130, the guiding device 300 may be detachably mounted on the mounting frame 130, and the engaging portion 131 is located at an upper portion of a front side surface of the mounting frame 130. The fixing clip 221 is provided with a fitting groove, and the fixing clip 221 is mounted on the rail mechanism 120 so as to be movable up and down through the fitting groove.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, along the puncture direction, the front end of the mounting frame 130 is provided with a recognizable light-gathering light source 140, when the limiting device 100 moves to a set distance from the puncture position, light emitted by the light-gathering light source 140 is set to irradiate the puncture position, and after the puncture position is wiped and disinfected, the surgical needle is stopped at the puncture position to prepare for the puncture operation. For the operator to identify the puncture position, which is more beneficial to wipe and sterilize the puncture position, the light-gathering light source 140 is set as a laser emitter (which may be a photoelectric switch), and the laser emitter is inclined from top to bottom toward the surgical needle 400 (inclined from top to bottom toward the front). The mounting frame 130 is further provided with a communication circuit board 150, optical markers 160 and a mounting base 170 connected with the six-axis mechanical arm, the communication circuit board 150 is communicated with a control host, the optical markers 160 are provided with a plurality of reflective balls, and the plurality of optical balls are used for assisting in determining the spatial position of the limiting device 100.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the second clamping mechanism 310 also includes: the fixed clamping block 311 is provided with a clamping structure 320 and an unlocking structure 330 which are matched with each other; and the movable clamping block 312, one end of the movable clamping block 312 is provided with a first hinge portion 3121, the other end is provided with a clamping portion 3122, the first hinge portion 3121 is rotatably installed on the fixed clamping block 311, the clamping portion 3122 is clamped on the clamping structure 320, and the movable clamping block 312 and the fixed clamping block 311 enclose a function hole 340 (which may be a round hole) for limiting the swing of the surgical needle 400, a needle head at the lower end of the surgical needle 400 is rotatably penetrated on the function hole 340, the function hole 340 positions and guides the surgical needle 400, and drives the unlocking structure 330 to act, and the unlocking structure 330 can open the clamping portion 3122 and the clamping structure 320 (i.e., the movable clamping block 312 is opened on the fixed clamping block 311) to release the needle head of the surgical needle 400.
As shown in fig. 12, the engaging structure 320 includes: the clamping piece 321 is provided with an accommodating cavity 3111 with an opening at the front part on the fixed clamping block 311, the clamping piece 321 is provided with a clamping part 3211 and a second hinged part 3212, the second hinged part 3212 is rotatably installed on the inner side surface of the accommodating cavity 3111, and the clamping part 3122 is clamped on the clamping part 3211 at the opening at the front part of the accommodating cavity 3111; and a first return spring 322 installed between the engaging member 321 and the fixed block 311 for keeping the engaging portion 3122 engaged with the engaging portion 3211. The elastic force of the first return spring 322 may push the engaging member 321 to rotate in the forward direction, so as to keep the snap portion 3122 snapped on the engaging portion 3211. The structure is simple, easy to realize and good in reliability.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, the unfreezing structure 330 includes: the driving button 331 is mounted on the right cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 3111 in a penetrating manner, the left end of the driving button 331, which extends into the accommodating cavity 3111, is matched with a position between the clamping portion 3211 and the second hinge portion 3212 on the clamping member 321, and the driving button 331 is pressed leftward to push the clamping member 321 reversely (so that the clamping member 321 overcomes the elastic force of the first return spring 322 to rotate reversely), so that the clamping portion 3122 and the clamping portion 3211 are opened (the clamping portion 3122 and the clamping portion 3211 are disengaged from each other); and a second return spring 332, provided between the actuating button 331 and a wall of the housing chamber 3111, for returning the actuating button 331, that is: the pressed drive button 331 is automatically reset, and the rear engaging piece 321 is also automatically reset by the first return spring 322. This structure realizes opening joint portion 3122 and block 3211 through manual mode, and is easy and simple to handle.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, the unfreezing structure 330 further includes: a first drive motor 333; the driving member 334, the second hinge portion 3212 is located in the middle of the engaging member 321, the engaging portion 3211 is located at the front end of the engaging member 321, a mating arm 3213 is formed at the rear end of the engaging member 321, the driving member 334 is installed on the first driving motor 333 and is mated with the mating arm 3213 on the left side of the mating arm 3213, the first driving motor 333 drives the driving member 334 to rotate in the horizontal plane, the driving member 334 presses the mating arm 3213 to the right to push the engaging member 321 reversely (so that the engaging member 321 overcomes the elastic force of the first return spring 322 to rotate reversely), so as to open the snap portion 3122 and the snap portion 3211 (the snap portion 3122 and the snap portion 3211 are disengaged from each other), after the snap portion 3122 and the snap portion 3211 are disengaged from each other, the first driving motor drives the driving member 334 to rotate reversely in the horizontal plane again, so that the driving member 334 is reset, and the rear engaging member 321 is also automatically reset under the action of the first return spring 322. This structure realizes opening the snap portion 3122 and the engaging portion 3211 by an electric method, and the operation is also simple. The manual mode and the electric mode can be selected according to the requirement. The driving member 334 may be a cam or a swing link, etc., all of which can achieve the purpose of the present application, and the purpose of which does not depart from the design idea of the present invention, and therefore, the details thereof are not described herein again, and all of which shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Still further, as shown in fig. 12, the unfreezing structure 330 further includes: contact switch 335, install in holding chamber 3111, and be connected with first driving motor 243 and first driving motor 333 electricity, still be provided with on the fastener 321 and support pressure arm 3214, when joint portion 3122 and joint portion 3211 open, support pressure arm 3214 and trigger contact switch 335 action, control first driving motor 243 and first driving motor 333 and all delay and stop, action unanimous when can guarantee better that first driving motor 243 and first driving motor 333 open, guarantee that movable clamp splice 222 and movable clamp splice 312 open in step. The first control button 2212 may be configured to drive the first driving motor 243 and the first driving motor 333 to rotate simultaneously.
In summary, in the surgical puncturing device provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the puncturing device is mounted on the guide rail mechanism and can move along the guide rail mechanism to perform puncturing; the guiding device is arranged on the limiting device and is positioned in front of the puncture direction of the puncture device and used for positioning and guiding the surgical needle during puncture; the limiting mechanism is used for limiting the puncture depth of the puncture device, so that accurate puncture of the surgical needle is ensured, and the diagnosis of small tumors can be met; the first clamping mechanism limits the surgical needle when closed, the surgical needle can only be driven to rotate and cannot move by the rotary driving mechanism on the first clamping mechanism, the second clamping mechanism limits the surgical needle when closed, the surgical needle is guided, and the surgical needle can move to puncture when rotated; the first clamping mechanism releases the surgical needle when being opened, the second clamping mechanism releases the surgical needle when being opened, and the surgical needle can be released at any time according to requirements.

Claims (11)

1. A puncture device is arranged to be movably installed on a limiting device, and is characterized in that a matching part is arranged on the limiting device, and the puncture device comprises:
a body;
a locking mechanism mounted on the body, the locking mechanism configured to cooperate with the mating portion for locking the body in an initial position on the spacing device; and
and the unlocking mechanism is arranged on the body, is matched with the locking mechanism and is used for unlocking the locking mechanism and the matching part.
2. The lancing device of claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism comprises:
the driving block is provided with a long strip-shaped penetrating hole and is movably arranged on the body, and the axis of the penetrating hole is intersected with the moving direction of the driving block;
the locking block is arranged on the penetrating hole in a penetrating mode and can move along the axis direction of the penetrating hole, one end of the locking block is configured to be matched with the matching part, and a matched driving matching surface is arranged between the driving block and the locking block; and
the third return spring is arranged between the other end of the locking block and the body and used for keeping the locking block matched with the matching part;
the unlocking mechanism reversely pushes the driving block, and under the action of the driving matching surface, the locking block moves back to the matching part to unlock the locking block and the matching part.
3. The lancing device of claim 1, wherein the unlocking mechanism comprises:
the handle is provided with an unlocking part and an avoiding part, the body is provided with a handle assembly and disassembly position, a handle locking position and a third hinge part, the handle assembly and disassembly position and the handle locking position are spaced in the circumferential direction of the third hinge part, and the handle is rotatably arranged on the third hinge part; and
a locking mechanism mounted on the handle for locking the handle in the handle locked position;
when the handle is positioned at the handle mounting and dismounting position, the avoiding part avoids the locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism and the matching part are kept to be matched; when the handle is located the handle lock position, the unblock portion with locking mechanism cooperatees, realizes unblock locking mechanism with the cooperation portion.
4. The lancing device of claim 3, wherein the locking mechanism includes a locking pin and a fourth return spring cooperating with the locking pin, the third hinge is a hinge shaft, the handle is provided with a hinge hole, the hinge shaft extends into the hinge hole, the locking pin is inserted beside the hinge hole, and the locking pin locks the hinge shaft when the handle is in the handle locking position.
5. The lancing device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the body includes a first openable and closable gripping mechanism for restraining movement of the surgical needle when closed, for releasing the surgical needle when open; wherein the first clamping mechanism comprises:
the clamping device comprises a fixed clamping block, a clamping mechanism and an unlocking mechanism, wherein the fixed clamping block is provided with the clamping mechanism and the unlocking mechanism; and
the surgical needle limiting device comprises a movable clamping block, wherein one end of the movable clamping block is provided with a first hinged portion, the other end of the movable clamping block is provided with a clamping portion, the first hinged portion is rotatably installed on a fixed clamping block, the clamping portion is clamped on a clamping structure and enables the movable clamping block and the fixed clamping block to surround a functional hole for limiting movement of a surgical needle, and a clamping releasing structure is used for opening the clamping portion and the clamping structure to release the surgical needle.
6. The lancing device of claim 5, wherein the fixed block is provided with a receiving cavity on a side facing the movable block, and the engaging structure comprises:
the clamping piece is provided with a clamping part and a second hinged part, the second hinged part is rotatably arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the clamping part is clamped on the clamping part; and
the first return spring is arranged between the clamping piece and the fixed clamping block and used for keeping the clamping part clamped on the clamping part.
7. The lancing device of claim 6, wherein the unlatching structure comprises:
the driving button is arranged on the wall of the accommodating cavity in a penetrating mode, one end, extending into the accommodating cavity, of the driving button is matched with the part, between the clamping part and the second hinged part, of the clamping piece, and the clamping piece is pushed backwards when the driving button is pressed, so that the clamping part and the clamping part are opened; and
and the second return spring is arranged between the driving button and the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity and is used for returning the driving button.
8. The lancing device of claim 6, wherein the second hinge is located in a middle portion of the catch, the catch is located at one end of the catch, the other end of the catch is formed with an engagement arm, and the unlatching structure comprises:
a first drive motor;
the transmission part is installed on the first driving motor and matched with the matching arm, the first driving motor drives the transmission part to rotate, and the transmission part extrudes the matching arm to reversely push the clamping piece, so that the clamping part and the clamping part are opened.

The surgical lancing apparatus of claim 10, wherein the limiting device includes a rail mechanism, a drive assembly and a stop, the stop is mounted on the drive assembly, the drive assembly is configured to drive the stop to move along the lancing direction to a set lancing depth position, the body is movably mounted on the rail mechanism, the body is provided with a mating member, and the mating member abuts against the stop when the lancing device moves along the lancing direction to the set lancing depth position on the rail mechanism.
