Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For the understanding of the present embodiment, the following detailed description will be given of the embodiment of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 is a flow chart of a water supply control method of a steaming and baking integrated machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the method includes the steps of:
step S101, obtaining cooking time input by a user;
here, the user inputs cooking time and also can input cooking temperature on an operation interface of the steaming and baking all-in-one machine, and the steaming and baking all-in-one machine works according to the cooking time and the cooking temperature set by the user.
Step S102, judging whether the cooking time is greater than a first preset time corresponding to the water quantity of the current water tank; if the cooking time is longer than the first preset time corresponding to the water quantity of the current water tank, executing the step S103; if the cooking time is less than or equal to a first preset time corresponding to the water quantity of the current water tank, executing a step S104;
step S103, generating first alarm information;
step S104, heating the steaming and baking integrated machine according to the cooking time;
specifically, the first preset time corresponding to the current water tank water amount is set in the program, for example, 2L, 3L and 4L of scale marks are set in the water tank, and each scale mark corresponds to a different preset time. Comparing the cooking time N with a first preset time C corresponding to the current water tank water quantity; when N is larger than C, the water quantity in the water tank is insufficient, first alarm information is generated, and a user is prompted to add water to the water tank; when N < C, the water in the water tank is sufficient, and the work is directly carried out according to the cooking time set by the user.
Step S105, collecting the actual water adding time of a user;
step S106, judging whether the actual water adding time is greater than a second preset time; if the actual water adding time is less than or equal to the second preset time, executing the step S107; if the actual water adding time is longer than the second preset time, executing the step S108;
step S107, in the cooking process, controlling a water supply pump to pump water in a water tank to a transfer water tank and enabling the water in the transfer water tank to reach a fixed quantity;
step S108, the user adds water to the water tank;
specifically, when first alarm information is generated, a user is prompted to add water to the water tank. The user can take away the water tank at the in-process of adding water, when detecting that the water tank leaves current operating position, begins the timing, when the water tank gets back to current operating position again, stops the timing, according to above-mentioned process, can gather user' S actual time S of adding water. Namely, the actual water adding time is the time when the water tank leaves the current working position and the water tank returns to the current working position.
Comparing the actual water adding time S with a second preset time X, and determining that the user finishes adding water when S is larger than X; when S < X, it is determined that the user is not filling the tank, and may only observe the water level in the tank. The second preset time is obtained by simulating the water adding action duration of the user; and the working time A can be set, the working time A is the working time corresponding to the water tank water adding to the highest water level line, the water adding of the steaming and baking all-in-one machine is carried out by adopting a transfer water tank for quantitative water supply each time, and the remaining water quantity of the water tank and the cooking time length which can be supported by the remaining water quantity are calculated by recording the water adding times.
When S is less than X, it is determined that the user does not add water into the water tank, the user starts cooking, the steaming and baking all-in-one machine starts to work, the control system controls the water supply pump to pump water in the water tank to the transfer water tank, after the transfer water tank and the n-type water outlet pipe generate siphon at the moment, the water in the transfer water tank reaches the quantification, namely the water in the transfer water tank is equal to the height of the n-type water outlet pipe, the water in the transfer water tank is supplied to the evaporation tray at the moment, the quantitative water supply can meet the cooking time of the steaming and baking all-in-one machine every time, and then the water supply pump is controlled to stop working.
Step S109, when the residual water amount of the water tank meets a preset condition, controlling a water supply pump to pump the residual water amount of the water tank to a transit water tank, and generating second alarm information;
the preset condition is that the residual water quantity of the water tank has a multiple relation with the fixed quantity, namely the residual water quantity of the water tank is less than 2 times of the fixed quantity and more than 1 time of the fixed quantity.
Specifically, in the culinary art in-process, control system calculates the water consumption through the ration water supply number of times of transfer water tank, when the residual water volume of water tank satisfies the preset condition, controls the working shaft once more and extracts the residual water volume of water tank to the transfer water tank, and the formation second alarm information. The control system can send the second alarm information to the buzzer or the mobile phone terminal, so that a user is prompted to carry out water adding operation. At the moment, the steaming and baking integrated machine continuously maintains normal cooking work by using the water quantity of the transfer water tank and waits for the completion of water adding of a user. In the above process, the user is informed to add water in advance, thereby ensuring the continuity of the cooking process.
Further, step S107 includes:
and controlling the water supply pump to pump water in the water tank to the transfer water tank, wherein when the water in the transfer water tank is kept at the same height as the n-shaped water outlet pipe, the water in the transfer water tank reaches the fixed quantity, and controlling the water supply pump to stop working.
Further, the method comprises the following steps:
in step S201, when the water in the relay water tank reaches a fixed amount, the water in the relay water tank is supplied to the evaporation pan.
Further, the method comprises the following steps:
and S301, supplying the residual water quantity of the water tank to the evaporation tray, setting the steaming and baking integrated machine to be in a heat preservation state if the residual water quantity is consumed, and generating third alarm information.
Specifically, the residual water amount of the water tank is supplied to an evaporation tray, and the steaming and baking integrated machine continuously maintains normal cooking work and waits for the completion of water adding of a user; when the water is not added or the water is not added before the residual water amount of the water tank is completely used up, the steaming and baking all-in-one machine enters a heat preservation state after the water consumption is completed, third alarm information is generated, and the control system can send the third alarm information to the buzzer or the mobile phone terminal, so that the user is prompted to add water. Through the control to the remaining water yield of water tank, can keep the water of sufficient volume, at the watered in-process of user, ensure to evaporate roast all-in-one and continue steam cooking.
The embodiment of the invention provides a water supply control method of a steaming and baking integrated machine, which comprises the following steps: acquiring cooking time input by a user; judging whether the cooking time is greater than a first preset time corresponding to the water quantity of the current water tank; if the cooking time is longer than a first preset time corresponding to the water quantity of the current water tank, generating first alarm information; collecting the actual water adding time of a user; judging whether the actual water adding time is greater than a second preset time or not; if the actual water adding time is less than or equal to the second preset time, controlling a water supply pump to pump water in the water tank to a transfer water tank in the cooking process, and enabling the water in the transfer water tank to reach a fixed quantity; when the residual water amount of the water tank meets a preset condition, controlling a water supply pump to pump the residual water amount of the water tank to a transit water tank, and generating second alarm information; wherein the preset condition is that the residual water quantity of the water tank has a multiple relation with the quantification; first alarm information can be generated before cooking to remind a user of adding water, so that cooking interruption caused by adding water in a cooking process is avoided; when the residual water volume of water tank satisfied the condition of predetermineeing, ensure that the residual water volume in the water tank maintains the culinary art, and generate second alarm information, remind the user to add water, the user is adding water in-process, maintains to evaporate roast all-in-one and continues the culinary art, realizes uninterrupted water consumption, improves user experience.
