Referring to fig. 1-13, the integrated and optimized furniture drawer lighting structure comprises a furniture drawer, and is characterized in that: the furniture drawer at least comprises a side plate 1, the side wall of the side plate 1 is basically vertical, the front end and the rear end of the side plate 1 are respectively and integrally bent into an inner side to form a front bending part 2 and a rear bending part 3, and a front connecting piece 4 and a rear connecting piece 5 are respectively connected through the front bending part and the rear bending part; the middle part of the side wall of the side plate 1 is provided with a notch part 6, and the lower part is integrally bent or split provided with a lower supporting part 7; the notch part 6 is provided with a plate 8, and a light-emitting component 9 is arranged below the plate 8.
A front assembly groove 13 is arranged on the front connecting piece 4 and/or between the front connecting piece 4 and the side plate 1; a rear assembly groove 14 is arranged on the rear connecting piece 5 and/or between the rear connecting piece 5 and the side plate 1; the front connecting piece 4 is provided with a front supporting step 15; the rear connecting piece 5 is provided with a rear supporting part 16; the front support step 15 and the rear support 16 are opposed to each other in the front-rear direction.
The front and rear ends of the plate 8 at least partially extend into the front assembly groove 13 and the rear assembly groove 14 respectively; the front and rear ends of the luminous component 9 at least partially extend into the front assembly groove 13 and the rear assembly groove 14 respectively and are positioned and supported on the front supporting step 15 and the rear supporting step 16 respectively; wherein the light emitting assembly 9 forms a slot 10 between the lower support 7 during assembly.
The plate 8 is positioned inside the notch 6 and between the front bending part 2 and the rear bending part 3; the front connecting piece 4 and/or the rear connecting piece 5 are provided with elastic parts 41, and the elastic parts 41 are positioned in the front assembling groove 13 and/or the rear assembling groove 14; the front and rear ends of the plate member 8 extend at least partially into the front fitting groove 13 and the rear fitting groove 14, respectively, and elastically act on the elastic portion 41.
The side part of the front connecting piece 4 is provided with a front shielding part 42; the front fitting groove 13 is formed between the front shielding portion 42, the front support step 15, and the rear portion of the side wall of the side plate 1.
The side part of the rear connecting piece 5 is provided with a rear shielding part 43; the rear fitting groove 14 is formed between the rear shielding portion 43, the rear support step 16, and the front portion of the side wall of the side plate 1.
The plate 8 is made of a light-transmitting material, and the front end and the rear end are elastically positioned and acted in the front assembly groove 13 and the rear assembly groove 13 through the elastic part 41, wherein the front end of the plate 8 is at least partially shielded by the front assembly groove 13, and the rear end is at least partially shielded by the rear assembly groove 14; the bottom of the plate 8 is positioned and supported on the light emitting assembly 9 when assembled.
The notch part 6 is U-shaped and is arranged in the middle of the side wall of the side plate 1; the front and rear ends of the outer side of the plate 8 are at least partially shielded by the front and rear parts of the side wall of the side plate 1, and the front and rear ends of the inner side are at least partially shielded by the front shielding part 42 and the rear shielding part 43; the upper part of the middle part of the outer side of the plate 8 is at least partially exposed out of the notch part 6, and the lower part of the middle part of the outer side of the plate 8 is at least partially shielded by the side wall of the side plate 1.
The front supporting step 15 is arranged at the bottom of the front connecting piece 4 basically horizontally and is positioned below the inner side of the notch part 6 and is blocked by the front blocking part 42; the rear supporting part 16 is arranged at the bottom of the rear connecting piece 5 basically horizontally and is positioned below the inner side of the notch part 6 and is shielded by the rear shielding part 43; the light emitting assembly 9 at least comprises a bracket 17, wherein the front end of the bracket 17 is provided with a front step 44, and the rear end is provided with a rear step 45.
The front end of the bracket 17 at least partially extends into the front assembly groove 13 and is positioned and supported on the front supporting step 15 through the front step position 44; the rear end of the bracket 17 extends at least partially into the rear mounting groove 14 and is positioned and supported on the rear support step 16 by the rear step 45.
The bracket 17 is made of metal material or plastic, and is assembled in the front assembly groove 13 and the rear assembly groove 14 in a front-back and/or left-right positioning manner; the front and rear ends of the inner side of the bracket 17 are at least partially shielded by the front shielding portion 42 and the rear shielding portion 43, respectively, and the outer side of the bracket 17 is completely shielded by the side plate 1. The bracket 17 of this embodiment is preferably made of a metal material, particularly an aluminum alloy material, and is simple to manufacture.
The bottom of the bracket 17 is provided with a protruding part 24, the front end of the protruding part 24 at least partially extends into the front assembly groove 13, the inner side of the protruding part is at least partially blocked by a front side blocking part 42, the rear end of the protruding part 24 at least partially extends into the rear assembly groove 14, the inner side of the protruding part is at least partially blocked by a rear side blocking part 43, and the bottom of the protruding part 24 is also basically level with the bottom of the front supporting step 15, the bottom of the front side blocking part 42, the bottom of the rear supporting part 16 and the bottom of the rear side blocking part 43.
The bottom plate 11 is arranged on the groove 10, the outer side of the bottom plate 11 at least partially extends into the groove 10, the upper surface of the bottom plate 11 is in mutual leaning or clearance fit with the bottoms of the protruding part 24, the front supporting step 15, the front shielding part 42, the rear supporting part 16 and the rear shielding part 43, and the bottom of the bottom plate 11 is at least partially positioned and supported on the lower supporting part 7.
In order to make the bottom plate 11 extend into the slot 10 without any gap, the upper surface of the bottom plate 11 of the present embodiment is mutually supported with the bottom of the protruding portion 24, the bottom of the front supporting step 15, the bottom of the front shielding portion 42, the bottom of the rear supporting portion 16, and the bottom of the rear shielding portion 43, so as to reduce the installation gap between the bottom plate 11 and the bracket 17, the front connecting member 4, and the rear connecting member 5, and reduce the entry of foreign matters.
The light-emitting component 9 further comprises a light-emitting piece 18, a light-transmitting piece 19 and a power line 20; the upper surface of the bracket 17 is basically horizontally arranged and is provided with an open groove part 22, and the open groove part 22 is basically vertically arranged; the light emitting element 18 is disposed in the open groove 22; the light-transmitting member 19 is provided on the open groove portion 22 and covers the light-emitting member 18; the bottom of the plate 8 is positioned and supported on the upper surface of the bracket 17 and/or the light-transmitting piece 19 during assembly; the luminous piece 18 vertically emits light towards the plate 8 through the cooperation of the open groove part 22 and the light-transmitting piece 19; the light-transmitting member 19 has a certain antiglare effect, so that the light-emitting member 18 can emit vertical antiglare light in the direction of the plate 8.
One end of the power line 20 is electrically connected to the light emitting element 18, and the other end is electrically connected to a power supply member 23.
The rear connecting piece 5 is provided with a communicating part 46; the rear bending part 3 is provided with an avoidance part 40; the communication part 46 communicates with the avoiding part 40; one end of the power line 20 is electrically connected with the light emitting element 18, the middle part sequentially passes through the communicating part 46 and the avoiding part 40 to extend out of the furniture drawer, and the other end is provided with an electric connecting plug-in connector 47 and is electrically connected with the power supply part 23 in a detachable and detachable manner through the electric connecting plug-in connector 47.
The structure also comprises a sliding rail component and a furniture cabinet body 25; the sliding rail assembly comprises a movable sliding rail 26 and a fixed sliding rail 27 which are in sliding fit with each other; the lower supporting part 7 is downwards integrally formed or separately provided with a leaning part 28; the outer side of the movable slide rail 26 is positioned and leans against the leaning part 28; the groove position 10 is provided with a bottom plate 11, and the bottom of the bottom plate 11 is at least partially positioned and supported on the lower supporting part 7 and the movable slide rail 26; the fixed sliding rail 27 is fixedly arranged on the furniture cabinet 25; the furniture drawer is opened and closed on the furniture cabinet 25 through the matching sliding of the movable sliding rail 26 and the fixed sliding rail 27.
The stationary slide 27 or the furniture carcass 25 is provided with a magnet element 29.
The light emitting assembly 9 comprises at least an electromagnetic inductor 30.
The electromagnetic sensor 30 leaves the magnetically controlled area of the magnet element 29 when the furniture drawer is slid open relative to the furniture carcass 25, thereby controlling the lighting assembly 9 to emit light.
The electromagnetic sensor 30 is located in the magnetically controlled region of the magnet element 29 when the furniture drawer is slid closed relative to the furniture carcass 25, so that the luminous assembly 9 is controlled to be turned off.
The front connecting piece 4 is made of plastic, is positioned at the rear side of the front bending part 2 and is fixedly connected with the front part of the side wall of the side plate 1 and/or the front bending part 2; the rear connecting piece 5 is made of plastic, is positioned at the front side of the rear bending part 3, and is fixedly connected with the rear part of the side wall of the side plate 1 and/or the rear bending part 3.
The furniture drawer also includes a front panel 31 and a rear panel 32; the front panel 31 is positioned in front of the front bending part 2 and is fixedly connected with the front bending part 2; the rear connecting piece 5 is also provided with a concave part 48, and a positioning groove is formed between the concave part 48 and the rear bending part 3; the rear backboard 32 is located in front of the rear bending portion 3, is positioned and arranged on the positioning groove, and is fixedly connected with the rear bending portion 3, wherein at least a portion of the front of the end portion of the rear backboard 32 is blocked by the concave portion 48.
The rear backboard 32 is also provided with a power supply component 23, and the power supply component 23 is a non-rechargeable battery or a rechargeable battery and is arranged on the rear backboard 32 through clamping, or pasting, or fastening, or magnetic attraction; the light emitting module 9 is provided with an electrical connector 47, and is electrically connected to the power supply member 23 by the electrical connector 47.

An integrated optimized furniture drawer lighting structure, includes furniture drawer, its characterized in that: the furniture drawer at least comprises a side plate (1), wherein the side wall of the side plate (1) is basically vertical, the front end and the rear end of the side plate are respectively and integrally bent into an inner side to form a front bending part (2) and a rear bending part (3), and a front connecting piece (4) and a rear connecting piece (5) are respectively connected through the front bending part and the rear bending part; a notch part (6) is formed in the middle of the side wall of the side plate (1), and a lower supporting part (7) is integrally bent or split-arranged at the lower part; a plate (8) is arranged on the notch part (6), and a light-emitting component (9) is arranged below the plate (8);
a front assembly groove (13) is formed in the front connecting piece (4) and/or between the front connecting piece (4) and the side plate (1); a rear assembly groove (14) is formed in the rear connecting piece (5) and/or between the rear connecting piece (5) and the side plate (1); a front supporting step (15) is arranged on the front connecting piece (4); a rear supporting part (16) is arranged on the rear connecting piece (5); the front supporting step (15) and the rear supporting part (16) are opposite to each other in front and back;
the front end and the rear end of the plate (8) at least partially extend into the front assembly groove (13) and the rear assembly groove (14) respectively; the front end and the rear end of the luminous component (9) at least partially extend into the front assembly groove (13) and the rear assembly groove (14) respectively and are positioned and supported on the front supporting step (15) and the rear supporting step (16) respectively; wherein, a groove (10) is formed between the luminous component (9) and the lower supporting part (7) during assembly;
the plate (8) is positioned at the inner side of the notch part (6) and between the front bending part (2) and the rear bending part (3);
the side part of the front connecting piece (4) is provided with a front shielding part (42); the front assembly groove (13) is formed among the front shielding part (42), the front supporting step (15) and the rear part of the side wall of the side plate (1);
a rear shielding part (43) is arranged on the side part of the rear connecting piece (5); the rear assembly groove (14) is formed among the rear shielding part (43), the rear supporting step (16) and the front part of the side wall of the side plate (1);
the front connecting piece (4) and/or the rear connecting piece (5) are/is provided with an elastic part (41), and the elastic part (41) is positioned in the front assembling groove (13) and/or the rear assembling groove (14); the plate (8) is made of a light-transmitting material, the front end and the rear end are elastically positioned in the front assembly groove (13) and the rear assembly groove (13) through the elastic part (41), wherein the front end of the plate (8) is at least partially blocked by the front assembly groove (13), and the rear end is at least partially blocked by the rear assembly groove (14); the bottom of the plate (8) is positioned and supported on the light-emitting component (9) during assembly;
the luminous component (9) at least comprises a bracket (17), wherein the bracket (17) is made of metal materials or plastics and is assembled in the front assembly groove (13) and the rear assembly groove (14) in a front-back and/or left-right positioning way; wherein, the front and rear ends of the inner side of the bracket (17) are at least partially shielded by a front shielding part (42) and a rear shielding part (43), and the outer side of the bracket (17) is completely shielded by the side plate (1);
the front supporting step (15) is arranged at the bottom of the front connecting piece (4) basically horizontally, is positioned below the inner side of the notch part (6), and is shielded by the front shielding part (42); the rear supporting part (16) is arranged at the bottom of the rear connecting piece (5) basically horizontally, is positioned below the inner side of the notch part (6), and is blocked by the rear blocking part (43); the front end of the bracket (17) is provided with a front step (44), and the rear end of the bracket is provided with a rear step (45);
the bottom of the bracket (17) is provided with a protruding part (24), the front end of the protruding part (24) at least partially stretches into the front assembly groove (13), the inner side of the protruding part is at least partially blocked by a front side blocking part (42), the rear end of the protruding part (24) at least partially stretches into the rear assembly groove (14), the inner side of the protruding part is at least partially blocked by a rear side blocking part (43), and the bottom of the protruding part (24) is basically level with the bottom of the front supporting step (15), the bottom of the front side blocking part (42), the bottom of the rear supporting part (16) and the bottom of the rear side blocking part (43);
the notch part (6) is U-shaped and is arranged in the middle of the side wall of the side plate (1); the front and rear ends of the outer side of the plate (8) are at least partially shielded by the front part and the rear part of the side wall of the side plate (1), and the front and rear ends of the inner side of the plate are at least partially shielded by a front shielding part (42) and a rear shielding part (43); the upper part of the middle part of the outer side of the plate (8) is at least partially exposed out of the notch part (6), and the lower part of the middle part of the outer side of the plate (8) is at least partially shielded by the side wall of the side plate (1);
the front end of the bracket (17) at least partially extends into the front assembly groove (13) and is positioned and supported on the front supporting step (15) through a front step position (44); the rear end of the bracket (17) at least partially extends into the rear assembly groove (14) and is positioned and supported on the rear supporting step (16) through the rear step position (45);
the groove position (10) is provided with a bottom plate (11), the outer side of the bottom plate (11) at least partially stretches into the groove position (10), the upper surface of the bottom plate (11) is in mutual dependence or clearance fit with the bottom of the protruding part (24), the bottom of the front supporting step (15), the bottom of the front shielding part (42), the bottom of the rear supporting part (16) and the bottom of the rear shielding part (43), and the bottom of the bottom plate (11) is at least partially positioned and supported on the lower supporting part (7).
