The groove portion 8 of this embodiment shields the upper side, the lower side, and the outer side of the lamp strip element 7 and/or the light emitting body 9, and the light emitting body 9 prevents glare and light emission toward the inner side of the side plate 1 by the cooperation of the glare-proof light-transmitting plate 6 and the groove opening 12.
