本申请实施例公开了一种图像分量预测方法、编码器、解码器以及存储介质,该方法包括:确定当前块的相邻参考采样集,以及确定所述当前块对应的预设参数值;其中,所述相邻参考采样集中包括至少一个参考采样值;将所述相邻参考采样集和所述预设参数值进行缓存,构造输入参考样值集;根据所述参考样值集,利用第一预设计算模型确定输入采样矩阵;根据所述输入采样矩阵对所述当前块进行图像分量预测,获得所述当前块的预测块。
