the set top box is used for realizing communication between the IPTV and the cloud server as well as between the IPTV and the intelligent interaction equipment;
and the IPTV is used for realizing the broadcasting and/or displaying of the interactive content and the consultation result.
In at least one embodiment, the cloud server comprises:
the category domain positioning module is used for positioning a legal category domain based on the text information;
the legal fact generating module is used for carrying out multi-round voice interaction on the basis of the multi-round dialogue models corresponding to the legal category domains to generate legal fact information;
and the result generating module is used for generating a customized legal consultation result according to the legal fact information.
In at least one embodiment, the category domain location module comprises:
a legal intention determining unit for outputting the text information as a legal intention consulted by the user by using the deep learning intention recognition model;
and the category domain positioning unit is used for positioning the legal category domain in a legal category domain library according to the legal intention consulted by the user.
In at least one embodiment, the legal fact generation module includes:
the query statement calling unit is used for calling a query statement normal form according to the multi-round dialogue model corresponding to the legal category domain;
the voice interaction unit is used for replacing key inquiry information of the inquiry statement paradigm with user expression and carrying out multi-round voice interaction based on the user expression;
and the legal fact generating unit is used for acquiring user input information based on the multiple rounds of voice interaction and performing variable assignment on the user input information to generate legal fact information.
In at least one embodiment, the result generation module comprises:
the reasoning decision calculation unit is used for carrying out reasoning decision calculation on the legal fact information based on the reasoning decision strategy model;
and the result generating unit is used for generating a customized legal consultation result by using a format document generating tool based on the result of the reasoning decision calculation.
In at least one embodiment, the method further comprises:
the IPTV interactive module is used for displaying the query sentence normal form by IPTV and attaching corresponding reply options, and a user replies through man-machine interaction so as to determine the legal fact information;
the man-machine interaction mode comprises physical key interaction, voice interaction or touch interaction.
In at least one embodiment, the feedback form when the IPTV feeds back the legal consultation result includes: at least one of voice broadcast, animation broadcast, or text display.
The division of the modules and units herein is only one division of logical functions, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of modules and units may be combined or integrated in another system. The modules and units described as separate parts may be physically separated or not. Claims (10)

1. An IPTV terminal law consultation method based on intelligent interaction is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting a user voice signal and converting the voice signal into text information;
locating a legal category field based on the textual information;
performing multiple rounds of voice interaction based on multiple rounds of dialogue models corresponding to the legal category domains to generate legal fact information;
and generating a customized legal consultation result according to the legal fact information, and feeding the customized legal consultation result back to the user through the IPTV.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said locating legal category fields based on said textual information comprises:
outputting the text information as legal intention consulted by the user by utilizing an intention recognition model of deep learning;
locating the legal category domain in a legal category domain library according to the legal intent consulted by the user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating legal fact information by performing multiple rounds of voice interactions based on multiple rounds of dialogue models corresponding to the legal category domain comprises:
calling a query statement normal form according to a multi-round dialogue model corresponding to the legal category domain;
replacing key query information of the query sentence normal form with user expression, and performing multiple rounds of voice interaction based on the user expression;
and acquiring user input information based on the multiple rounds of voice interaction, and performing variable assignment on the user input information to generate legal fact information.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising: the method for interactively determining the legal fact information through the IPTV specifically comprises the following steps:
the IPTV displays the query sentence normal form and is attached with a corresponding reply option, and a user replies through man-machine interaction so as to determine the legal fact information;
the man-machine interaction mode comprises physical key interaction, voice interaction or touch interaction.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating customized legal consultation result according to the legal fact information and feeding back the customized legal consultation result to the user through the IPTV comprises:
performing inference decision calculation on the legal fact information based on the inference decision strategy model;
generating a customized legal consultation result by utilizing a format document generation tool based on the reasoning decision calculation result;
feeding back the customized legal consultation result to the user through the IPTV;
the form of the feedback to the user through the IPTV is at least one of voice broadcast, animation broadcast and character display.
6. An IPTV terminal law consultation system based on intelligent interaction is characterized by comprising:
the intelligent interaction equipment is used for acquiring a user voice signal, converting the voice signal into text information and performing man-machine interaction with a user;
the cloud server is used for acquiring legal fact information and generating a customized legal consultation result according to the legal fact information;
the set top box is used for realizing communication between the IPTV and the cloud server as well as between the IPTV and the intelligent interaction equipment;
and the IPTV is used for realizing the broadcasting and/or displaying of the interactive content and the consultation result.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the cloud server comprises:
the category domain positioning module is used for positioning a legal category domain based on the text information;
the legal fact generating module is used for carrying out multi-round voice interaction on the basis of the multi-round dialogue models corresponding to the legal category domains to generate legal fact information;
and the result generating module is used for generating a customized legal consultation result according to the legal fact information.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the category domain location module comprises:
a legal intention determining unit for outputting the text information as a legal intention consulted by the user by using the deep learning intention recognition model;
and the category domain positioning unit is used for positioning the legal category domain in a legal category domain library according to the legal intention consulted by the user.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the legal fact generation module comprises:
the query statement calling unit is used for calling a query statement normal form according to the multi-round dialogue model corresponding to the legal category domain;
the voice interaction unit is used for replacing key inquiry information of the inquiry statement paradigm with user expression and carrying out multi-round voice interaction based on the user expression;
and the legal fact generating unit is used for acquiring user input information based on the multiple rounds of voice interaction and performing variable assignment on the user input information to generate legal fact information.
10. The system of claim 7, wherein the result generation module comprises:
the reasoning decision calculation unit is used for carrying out reasoning decision calculation on the legal fact information based on the reasoning decision strategy model;
and the result generating unit is used for generating a customized legal consultation result by using a format document generating tool based on the result of the reasoning decision calculation.
