Abstract

After the information to be paid and the payment information are written into the alliance chain, the information to be paid and the payment information can be supervised through the nodes of the education bureau, and the education training institution funds can be further supervised by the education bureau.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, the educational training institution may include a third party institution.
In summary, in the above embodiment, the payment information and the payment information to be paid can be further supervised through the node of the education bureau, so that the education bureau can further supervise the funds of the education training institution.
As shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment 3 of a fund supervision system based on a block chain disclosed in the present invention, the system may include:
the first building module 601 is used for building a block chain, and an education bureau, an education training mechanism, a student parent and a bank are respectively used as nodes of the block chain;
when capital of education and training institutions needs to be supervised, a block chain is firstly built, and the block chain adopts the characteristics of decentralization, non-tamper property and the like of the block chain, so that the joint participation of all nodes can be ensured. The block chain has the characteristics of decentralization, time sequence data, programmability, safety and credibility. The external attack is resisted by means of strong calculation force formed by consensus algorithms such as workload certification and the like of each node of the distributed system, the data of the block chain can be guaranteed not to be tampered, and the data is guaranteed to be safe and reliable.
Specifically, in the block chain constructed above, the education bureau, the education and training institution, the student parent and the bank are respectively used as nodes of the block chain.
The second building module 602 is used for building an alliance chain among all nodes of an education bureau, an education training institution, a student parent and a bank according to a protocol;
and then, establishing a alliance chain, wherein the education bureau, the education training mechanism, the student parent and the bank are accessed into the alliance chain according to a protocol, and the education bureau, the education training mechanism, the student parent and the bank need to make a protocol and conform to a contract together. And performing qualification verification on each node of the education bureau, the education training institution and the student parent on the alliance chain through the bank node, respectively issuing corresponding keys to each node of the education bureau, the education training institution and the student parent after the verification is passed, and ensuring the access threshold of each node on the alliance chain through the keys.
A first writing module 603, configured to write the information to be paid into the alliance chain through a node of the education and training institution;
after the alliance chain is built, the education training institution can write the information to be paid into the alliance chain through the nodes of the education training institution on the alliance chain.
The first consensus verification module 604 is configured to perform consensus verification on the information to be paid through a node of the bank;
after the information to be paid is written into the alliance chain, further performing consensus verification on the information to be paid through a node of a bank on the alliance chain.
A second writing module 605, configured to write payment information into the federation chain through a node of the bank;
after the student parents finish paying, the bank can write payment information into the alliance chain through the nodes of the bank on the alliance chain.
The second consensus verification module 606 is used for performing consensus verification on payment information through the nodes of the education and training institutions;
after the payment information is written into the alliance chain, the payment information is further subjected to consensus verification through nodes of education and training institutions on the alliance chain.
The first supervision module 607 is used for supervising the information to be paid and the payment information through the nodes of the education bureau;
after the information to be paid and the payment information are written into the alliance chain, the information to be paid and the payment information can be supervised through the nodes of the education bureau, and the education training institution funds can be further supervised by the education bureau.
The checking module 608 is configured to check the information to be paid corresponding to the student parent through the node of the student parent;
after the information to be paid is written into the alliance chain, the information to be paid corresponding to the student parents can be checked through the nodes of the student parents, so that the student parents can acquire the information to be paid in time.
The second supervision module 609 is configured to supervise payment information corresponding to the student parents through the nodes of the student parents.
After the payment information is written into the alliance chain, the payment information corresponding to the student parents can be supervised through the nodes of the student parents, so that the student parents can monitor the trend of payment in time.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, the educational training institution may include a third party institution.
In summary, in the above embodiment, the to-be-paid payment information corresponding to the student parent can be further checked through the node of the student parent, and the payment information corresponding to the student parent is supervised, so that the student parent can timely acquire the to-be-paid payment information and timely monitor the trend of payment.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
Claims (8)
1. A method for block chain based fund supervision, comprising:
building block chains, and respectively taking an education bureau, an education training institution, a student parent and a bank as nodes of the block chains;
according to a protocol, establishing an alliance chain among the education bureau, the education training mechanism, the student parent and each node of the bank;
writing the information to be paid into the alliance chain through the nodes of the education and training institution;
carrying out consensus verification on the information to be paid through the node of the bank;
the payment information is written into the alliance chain through the node of the bank;
and carrying out consensus verification on the payment information through the node of the education training institution.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and supervising the information to be paid and the payment information through the node of the education bureau.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
checking the information to be paid corresponding to the student parents through the nodes of the student parents;
and supervising payment information corresponding to the student parents through the nodes of the student parents.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the educational training institution comprises a third party institution.
5. A blockchain-based funds management system, comprising:
the first building module is used for building a block chain, and an education bureau, an education training mechanism, a student parent and a bank are respectively used as nodes of the block chain;
the second building module is used for building an alliance chain among all nodes of the education bureau, the education training mechanism, the student parent and the bank according to a protocol;
the first writing-in module is used for writing the information to be paid into the alliance chain through the node of the education training institution;
the first consensus verification module is used for carrying out consensus verification on the information to be paid through the node of the bank;
the second writing-in module is used for writing payment information into the alliance chain through the node of the bank;
and the second consensus verification module is used for carrying out consensus verification on the payment information through the node of the education training institution.
6. The system of claim 5, further comprising:
and the first supervision module is used for supervising the information to be paid and the payment information through the node of the education bureau.
7. The system of claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
the checking module is used for checking the payment waiting information corresponding to the student parents through the nodes of the student parents;
and the second supervision module is used for supervising the payment information corresponding to the student parents through the nodes of the student parents.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the educational training institution comprises a third party institution.
