It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
In the description of the present application, it should be noted that the features in the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Workflow, which can achieve a business goal, utilizes computers to automatically transfer documents, information or tasks between multiple participants according to certain predefined rules. Simply put, a workflow is a series of automatically linked, automatically performed business activities or tasks.
At present, for a multi-system access processing mode, one of common modes is to provide a corresponding front-end component to each accessed system to complete corresponding approval access support by providing a front-end workflow component. However, this approach limits the development that must use the same front-end technology framework, and the same technology framework is required by the docked system and the component provider, making it difficult to make some external systems compatible with legacy systems.
In addition, in the prior art, a processing mode is also adopted, in which a workflow engine system is provided by a third-party system, and access support to an approval scene is realized by reporting information or dynamically building a page. However, this method can only realize simple examination and approval detail page display, and cannot support or aim at the construction of complex examination and approval pages, and cannot realize the business self-defined check rule in the examination and approval process.
Based on the research findings, the application provides an optimization method for access workflow, service development and process auditing are decoupled, the service development only needs to focus on service information, auditing operation is not required to be realized by depending on service system feedback, and development cost of a multi-service system embedded into a process system can be reduced.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating an access workflow optimization method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the order of some steps in the method for optimizing an access workflow according to this embodiment may be interchanged according to actual needs, or some steps may be omitted or deleted. The detailed steps of the access workflow optimization method are described as follows.
Step S110, when a loading instruction for loading a service page to be checked to a process page is obtained, obtaining a URL corresponding to the service page to be checked, where one or more operation check buttons are embedded in the process page.
Step S120, obtaining the service information related to the service page to be audited according to the URL of the service page to be audited.
And step S130, rendering is carried out according to the service information to obtain a service page to be checked, which contains service details.
And step S140, embedding the service page to be checked containing the service details into the process page to obtain an access page.
In this embodiment, one process audit task may include multiple audit nodes, and one audit node may correspond to one audit service page. The process of process audit can be understood as a process of obtaining a final audit result after information on a series of audit service pages is sequentially audited.
The business page to be audited may be any one of a plurality of audit business pages included in one process audit task. The loading instruction of the service page to be audited may be an instruction automatically triggered after the last audit node passes the audit, or may be an instruction triggered when the user lifts the audit process operation.
To access a page to be checked to a process page, first, service information of the service page to be checked needs to be obtained, where the service information includes specific service data information, page layout information, and the like. In this embodiment, a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) corresponding to the service page to be audited may be obtained, and service information related to the service page to be audited may be obtained according to the obtained URL.
And rendering the business page to be audited if the page to be audited is to be visually displayed. In this embodiment, the business page to be audited, which can be displayed and contains the business details, can be rendered based on the obtained business information. In addition, in this embodiment, a flow page may also be obtained, where one or more operation audit buttons are embedded on the flow page, where the operation audit button includes a button that is triggered to pass through the current audit node, a button that rejects to pass through the current audit node, and a button that represents other operation types.
The method for obtaining the flow page may be, for example, obtaining a URL of the flow page, accessing the URL of the flow page to obtain data related to the flow page, and rendering the data related to the flow page to generate the flow page.
Referring to fig. 2, the flow page may include an operation area and a display area, wherein a plurality of operation audit buttons may be embedded in the operation area, and the rendered business page to be audited may be embedded in the display area. The display area is used for displaying document contents (detail contents on a business page to be checked) which need to be checked and approved by a current approver, and the difference of different checking nodes is the difference in the display area.
And the operation area with a plurality of operation auditing buttons can be used for supporting the current approver to perform various operations allowed to be executed on the current auditing node.
In this embodiment, the operation audit button is arranged in the flow Cheng Yemian, the process audit and the specific service development are decoupled, and when information and state change based on the operation audit button trigger is performed, a service system does not need to be involved, most of general process services can be realized by the audit process system, and the maintenance cost of the service system is reduced. Meanwhile, when the change of the service page is triggered, the service page only needs to pay attention to the specific service development of the service page, and is not needed to be returned by other service pages, so that the development cost and the maintenance cost of the service system on the process access are reduced.
And aiming at each service system accessed into the workflow system, only a URL (Uniform resource locator) address capable of displaying examination and approval detail information needs to be provided, and an examination and approval flow interface with a corresponding examination and approval log capable of judging whether an examination and approval operation button is related or not based on a current user can be automatically rendered through a task middle table.
In this embodiment, when the service page to be audited is embedded into the process page, the service page to be audited including the service details may be embedded into the process page based on an iframe page mechanism of HTML (HyperText Markup Language) to obtain the access page.
In an application scenario, if only the display is needed in the approval process, the service page can be embedded into the process page based on the iframe tag of the HTML, so that the conventional complex access mode is simplified. Meanwhile, various auditing types can be dynamically supported, and the change of the service page state can be correspondingly carried out only by monitoring auditing operation in the background.
In another application scenario, for a scenario in which a form needs to be completed in an approval process, the triggering is implemented based on an operation audit button on a process page and the temporary storage service information corresponding to each service page in the scenario. Referring to fig. 3, in this application scenario, the method for optimizing the access workflow provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps:
step S210, when it is detected that the operation audit button on the process page is clicked, triggering a service operation corresponding to the clicked operation audit button.
Step S220, obtaining the operation information of the business operation, and modifying the work order state of the business page to be checked according to the operation information.
In this embodiment, when the work order state of the service page to be audited is modified, the modification may be performed while the work order state is being modified at the corresponding audit node of the service page to be audited, or may be performed in a scenario in which after entering a subsequent audit node, the modification is triggered accordingly, for example, a jump is made to a previous audit node.
In specific implementation, the modification can be triggered by clicking an operation checking button on the process page, and the corresponding service operation is obtained. Optionally, the business operation may include any one of a form check operation, a data save operation, and a variable acquisition operation.
Operation information, such as a check result in a form check operation, a save data result in a data save operation, or variable information obtained in a variable obtaining operation, is obtained based on any one of the above-described business operations. And modifying the work order state of the service page to be checked based on the obtained operation information. The work order state may be specific service details of the service page to be checked.
In this embodiment, the operation related to the process is implemented by the process system, and the service system only needs to perform specific service operations such as data temporary storage and form check, and does not need to rely on other service nodes for return implementation, thereby avoiding some unrelated code implementations.
As can be seen from the foregoing, in this embodiment, one or more operation auditing buttons are embedded in the process page, which can trigger the process system to implement general process auditing work. In the actual application process, the diversification and variability of the user requirements may require continuous updating of the supportable flow audit types. Therefore, referring to fig. 4, the method for optimizing an access workflow provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps:
in step S310, modification information for the operation audit button on the process page is obtained.
And step S320, adjusting the operation auditing button on the process page according to the modification information.
As a possible implementation manner, a custom button which can be used for triggering the modification of the operation audit button can be further arranged on the flow page. By triggering the self-defining button, the user can jump to an interface which can be modified by operating the auditing button. The modification information is obtained based on the modification operation of the user, so that the operation auditing button on the flow Cheng Yemian can be adjusted based on the modification information.
In detail, referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment, the modification information of the operation audit button can be obtained by:
and step S311, jumping to an operation page under the triggering of the obtained jump instruction, wherein the operation page is provided with a plurality of operation auditing options.
Step S312, collecting a checking operation on one or more operation audit options of the operation audit options.
And step 313, obtaining modification information aiming at the operation audit button on the process page according to the collected checking operation.
In this embodiment, as can be seen from the above description, a jump instruction may be initiated by triggering a custom button on a flow page, and a jump is made to an operation page under the trigger of the jump instruction. Referring to fig. 6, there are a plurality of operation review options on the operation page, including, for example, operation review options such as approve, reject, add sign, rollback, forward, view details, undo, promote, etc.
Each operation checking option is correspondingly provided with a checking box, the corresponding operation checking option is represented and selected when the checking box is checked, and the selection of the operation checking option is represented and cancelled when the checking box is cancelled.
The user may check one or more operation audit options based on actual needs, may add a selected operation audit option, or may cancel the original selected operation audit option.
Based on the checking operation of the user on the operation checking option in the operation page, the operation checking button which is finally embedded into the flow page can be determined. For example, if the user adds an operation review option of selecting "add" to the flow page, an operation review button of "add" is added accordingly.
The operation auditing button with the label is used for adding one or more approvers in an auditing process after being triggered, returning the newly added approver to the current approver for auditing after the newly added approver approves the auditing node, or submitting the newly added approver to the newly added approver for auditing after the newly added approver approves the auditing node. And the forwarded operation auditing button is used for submitting the current auditing node to other auditors for auditing after being triggered.
In this embodiment, the modification of the operation audit button on the process page does not involve an influence on the service system, and the operation audit button is embedded in the process page and is not related to a specific service system. The modification operation is realized only by a process system, and the service system only needs to pay attention to the adjustment of specific service information, so that the maintenance of irrelevant codes is avoided.
Therefore, the adjustment of the work order state can be triggered based on the operation audit button on the process page, and in addition, the user can also directly modify the service system information. Therefore, referring to fig. 7, the method for optimizing the access workflow provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps:
step S410, when a modification operation for the information on the access page is detected, obtaining modification information corresponding to the modification operation.
Step S420, updating the access page based on the modification information.
In this application scenario, the user may directly modify the information on the access page, for example, add, delete, replace, etc. the information on the service page. The modification operation is mainly directed at the service page and is used for modifying the service information. The service information can be updated based on the obtained modification information, and rendering operation is performed based on the updated service information, so that the service page is updated, and meanwhile, the access page is updated.
The method for optimizing the access workflow provided by the embodiment can realize compatibility of a plurality of different service systems corresponding to a plurality of auditing nodes in an auditing process. The service development and the process system are decoupled, so that the development cost and the maintenance cost of the service system for access are reduced better. Therefore, the business system only needs to pay attention to specific business information, and does not need to process the operation related to process audit. Furthermore, when the allowable examination and approval items are changed, the interference to the service system is avoided, the related operation is not required to be realized by the service system, and the change is realized only by a common process system.
Referring to fig. 8, an electronic device for performing the method for optimizing access workflow is further provided in the embodiment of the present application. The electronic device may include a storage medium 110, a processor 120, an optimization apparatus 130 for accessing a workflow, and a communication interface 140.
