In the embodiment of the invention, an information instruction (alarm/event/message) reported by equipment can be received, whether the current report meets the trigger condition or not is judged according to the reporting capability, and if the current report meets the trigger condition, the action set by a user is executed.
The information instruction may carry identifiers of various event information to respectively identify an alarm, an event, and a message, and when determining, a scene trigger condition corresponding to the event information identifier may be invoked for verification to determine whether the device event indicated by the information instruction satisfies the preset scene trigger condition.

Scene action content includes, but is not limited to: shutdown actions (mostly corresponding to alerts), information notification actions (presenting information through instant chat messages, informing users), other intelligent device actions. For example, for an intelligent door lock, when a door opening event scene trigger is set, scene action content corresponding to a door opening object (such as a user himself, a user mother, a user father, and a user son or daughter) needs to be executed, for example, a living room ceiling lamp is automatically turned on, a television is automatically turned on, and an air conditioner is automatically turned on.
And step S108, controlling the intelligent device to execute the target action indicated by the scene action content.
Taking the intelligent door lock as an example, when a door opening scene is triggered, a door opening notification message is sent, and other intelligent devices are controlled to work, such as a ceiling lamp of a living room is controlled to be turned on, a sports channel of a television of the living room is controlled to be turned on, and an air conditioner is controlled to start a refrigeration action.
Optionally, the control method further includes: establishing communication connection with intelligent equipment; sending a heartbeat signal request packet to the intelligent equipment based on the communication connection, wherein the heartbeat signal request packet is used for requesting the intelligent equipment to acquire the equipment state; responding to the heartbeat signal request packet, and receiving working state information fed back by the intelligent equipment; and updating the equipment state table based on the working state information.
In this embodiment, the alarm/event/message scenario device ID set by the user may be subscribed from the scenario, a heartbeat connection (i.e., a communication connection) may be established with each intelligent device, and a heartbeat report may be made at intervals (the time may be set by itself, for example, 3 minutes).
In this embodiment, after establishing a communication connection with the smart device, the control method further includes: detecting whether the intelligent equipment meets a heartbeat abnormal condition or not, wherein the heartbeat abnormal condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: the communication heartbeat signal is disconnected, the request packet cannot be sent to the intelligent equipment, and the feedback information of the intelligent equipment is not received; if the intelligent equipment meets the heartbeat abnormal condition, starting an active query mode for the intelligent equipment; detecting whether the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is abnormal or not; and if the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is determined to be abnormal, equipment abnormal information is pushed to the preset terminal equipment.
In the embodiment, an equipment state detection service (heartbeat detection and active detection, wherein when the heartbeat detection is in a normal connection state, a heartbeat report is made every other preset time period, when the heartbeat is abnormal, the active detection is to control the cloud platform to actively make a query request action to the intelligent equipment), equipment subscribing alarm/event/message scenes set by a user from a scene is added into a heartbeat queue, and an active query mode is started under the condition that the heartbeat of the equipment is abnormal.
In this embodiment, the active query mode for the intelligent device may be started after the heartbeat of the device is abnormal, for example, the active query is set to be performed in 3 times, the first time is the 3 rd minute after the heartbeat fails, the second time is the 6 th minute after the first query, the third time is the 9 th minute after the second query, and the message is actively pushed to the processing center (the device control platform) after the communication abnormality of the device is confirmed.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of detecting whether the communication connection between the smart device and the device control platform is abnormal includes: in the active query mode, according to a preset time interval, respectively sending heartbeat signal query requests to the intelligent equipment; confirming whether heartbeat signal response information of the intelligent equipment is received or not; and if the heartbeat signal response information of the intelligent equipment is not received, confirming that the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is abnormal.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after it is determined that the device communication connection is abnormal, a message may be actively pushed to a scene center of the device control platform, for example, based on a scene created by an alarm, if the situation of network disconnection, power outage, and the like occurs, the smart device and the device control platform cannot be connected, at this time, it is necessary to control the smart device or the device control platform to automatically detect which party has a problem, start a networking reset mechanism, and timely notify a user, for example, push a message that the device in the scene is in an offline state to a device application of a preset terminal device held by the user, and please view the message in time.
In this embodiment, a user may create an equipment alarm/event/message scene through an equipment application of a preset terminal device, so as to avoid manual operation of the user after the equipment generates an alarm/event/message, and the intelligent device in the alarm/event/message scene set by the user in this embodiment communicates with the equipment control cloud in real time, so as to ensure that the equipment can timely process the alarm/event/message according to actions set by the user, and when the intelligent device in the alarm/event/message scene set by the user communicates with the cloud in an abnormal manner, the user can actively notify the user of communication abnormality of the equipment, so that the user can know the communication state of the equipment and the cloud in real time.
In the embodiment, the user can not only know that the intelligent device in the home can create a scene through the alarm/event/message, so that the utilization rate of the intelligent device is improved, but also can worry about the problem that the alarm/event/message set by the user is not executed under the condition of device or network disconnection.
The present invention will be described below with reference to an intelligent device as an implementation subject.
Fig. 3 is a first flowchart of another optional control method for an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a preset intelligent device, where the preset intelligent device and a device control platform establish a communication association relationship in advance, and as shown in fig. 3, the control method includes:
step S302, acquiring running state data of preset intelligent equipment in a preset time period;
step S304, determining whether an information instruction needs to be sent to the equipment control platform or not based on the running state data;
step S306, if it is determined that an information instruction needs to be sent to the device control platform, reporting the information instruction to the device control platform, wherein the device control platform judges whether a device event indicated by the information instruction meets a preset scene trigger condition after receiving the information instruction, and acquires scene action content corresponding to the preset scene trigger condition under the condition that the device event indicated by the information instruction meets the preset scene trigger condition;
step S308, receiving scene action content issued by the equipment control platform;
in step S310, the target action indicated by the scene action content is executed.
Through the steps, the operation state data of the preset intelligent device in the preset time period is obtained, whether an information instruction needs to be sent to the device control platform is determined based on the operation state data, if the information instruction needs to be sent to the device control platform, the information instruction is reported to the device control platform, wherein after the device control platform receives the information instruction, whether a device event indicated by the information instruction meets a preset scene trigger condition is judged, under the condition that the device event indicated by the information instruction meets the preset scene trigger condition, scene action content corresponding to the preset scene trigger condition is obtained, and the scene action content issued by the device control platform is received; and executing the target action indicated by the scene action content. In this embodiment, the intelligent device may actively report an information instruction (including an alarm/event/message), the device control platform may determine whether a device event indicated by the information instruction satisfies a scene trigger condition, if so, execute a preset scene action content, and perform priority processing on the information instruction reported by the intelligent device, so that the control state of the intelligent device is more stable, the accuracy is higher, and damage to the device during operation is reduced, thereby solving the technical problems that various scene trigger conditions of the intelligent device cannot be processed in time in the related art, and the control state of the intelligent device is unstable.
Optionally, before obtaining the operation state data of the preset intelligent device in the preset time period, the control method further includes: the method comprises the steps that an equipment control platform sends equipment operation data of intelligent equipment to preset terminal equipment, wherein the preset terminal equipment displays at least one scene setting item through installed equipment application based on the equipment operation data, and each scene setting item corresponds to an equipment event scene; the method comprises the steps that an equipment control platform receives a scene selection instruction forwarded by a preset terminal device; and determining at least one device event scene set for the preset intelligent device by the target user based on the scene selection instruction.
The invention is illustrated below by means of a further alternative embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a second flowchart of another alternative control method for an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the control method includes:
step S401, the mobile terminal provides a scene setting entry, wherein after checking the entry, the user can see which types of messages are supported by the device and can set scenes of alarms/events/message types, and receives a fault prompt pushed by the scene.
Step S402, the device control platform receives a device event scene set by a user;
step S403, establishing heartbeat communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform, and reporting running state data once every preset time period;
step S404, the intelligent device triggers an information instruction uploading action according to the running state;
step S405, the equipment control platform receives the information instruction uploaded by the intelligent equipment, wherein the information instruction comprises: alarms, events, messages;
step S406, the device control platform judges whether the reported information instruction meets the scene triggering condition;
step S407, when the device control platform confirms that the device event indicated by the information instruction meets the scene trigger condition, issuing a device action execution instruction according to the scene trigger action set by the user;
and step S408, the intelligent device executes the corresponding event action according to the device action execution instruction issued by the device control platform.
Through the steps, the mobile terminal provides a scene setting inlet, the equipment control platform receives an equipment event scene set by a user, the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform establish heartbeat communication connection, running state data is reported every other preset time period, the intelligent equipment triggers an information instruction uploading action according to the running state, the equipment control platform receives the information instruction uploaded by the intelligent equipment, the equipment control platform judges whether the reported information instruction meets a scene triggering condition or not, the equipment control platform issues an equipment action execution instruction according to the scene triggering action set by the user when the equipment event indicated by the information instruction is confirmed to meet the scene triggering condition, and the intelligent equipment executes a corresponding event action according to the equipment action execution instruction issued by the equipment control platform. In the embodiment, an information instruction (including an alarm/event/message) reported by the intelligent device can be received, whether a device event indicated by the information instruction meets a scene trigger condition or not is judged, if yes, preset scene action content is executed, the information instruction reported by the intelligent device is preferentially processed, the control state of the intelligent device is more stable, the accuracy is higher, damage to the device in the operation process is reduced, and therefore the technical problems that various scene trigger conditions of the intelligent device cannot be processed in time and the control state of the intelligent device is unstable in the related technology are solved.

The embodiment provides a control device of an intelligent device, which comprises a plurality of implementation units, wherein each implementation unit corresponds to each implementation step in the first embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an alternative control apparatus for an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a device control platform, where the device control platform establishes a communication association relationship with at least one intelligent device in advance, and as shown in fig. 5, the control apparatus may include: a first receiving unit 51, a judging unit 53, an acquiring unit 55, a first control unit 57, wherein,
a first receiving unit 51, configured to receive an information instruction reported by an intelligent device;
a judging unit 53, configured to judge whether the device event indicated by the information instruction satisfies a preset scene trigger condition;
an obtaining unit 55, configured to obtain scene action content corresponding to a preset scene trigger condition when a device event indicated by the information instruction satisfies the preset scene trigger condition;
and a first control unit 57, configured to control the smart device to execute the target action indicated by the scene action content.
The control device of the intelligent device may receive the information instruction reported by the intelligent device through the first receiving unit 51, determine whether the device event indicated by the information instruction satisfies the preset scene trigger condition through the determining unit 53, obtain the scene action content corresponding to the preset scene trigger condition when the device event indicated by the information instruction satisfies the preset scene trigger condition through the obtaining unit 55, and control the intelligent device to execute the target action indicated by the scene action content through the first control unit 57. In the embodiment, an information instruction (including an alarm/event/message) reported by the intelligent device can be received, whether a device event indicated by the information instruction meets a scene trigger condition or not is judged, if yes, preset scene action content is executed, the information instruction reported by the intelligent device is preferentially processed, the control state of the intelligent device is more stable, the accuracy is higher, damage to the device in the operation process is reduced, and therefore the technical problems that various scene trigger conditions of the intelligent device cannot be processed in time and the control state of the intelligent device is unstable in the related technology are solved.
Optionally, the control device of the intelligent device further includes: the device control platform is used for sending device operation data of the intelligent device to a preset terminal device before receiving an information instruction reported by the intelligent device, wherein the preset terminal device displays at least one scene setting item through an installed device application based on the device operation data, and each scene setting item corresponds to a device event scene; the first receiving module is used for receiving a scene selection instruction forwarded by the preset terminal equipment by the equipment control platform; the first determination module is used for determining at least one device event scene set for the intelligent device by the target user based on the scene selection instruction by the device control platform.
Another optional, the control apparatus of the intelligent device further includes: the device control platform is used for receiving the scene parameters and the scene triggering conditions which are set by the target user for each device event scene after the device control platform determines at least one device event scene which is set by the target user for the intelligent device based on the scene selection instruction.
Optionally, the type of the information instruction includes at least one of: alarm information instruction, event information instruction, and device message information instruction.
In this embodiment, the control device of the smart device further includes: the first establishing module is used for establishing communication connection with the intelligent equipment; the first sending module is used for sending a heartbeat signal request packet to the intelligent equipment based on communication connection, wherein the heartbeat signal request packet is used for requesting the intelligent equipment to acquire the equipment state; the second receiving module is used for responding to the heartbeat signal request packet and receiving the working state information fed back by the intelligent equipment; and updating the equipment state table based on the working state information.
Optionally, the control device of the intelligent device further includes: the first detection module is used for detecting whether the intelligent equipment meets the abnormal heartbeat condition after the intelligent equipment is in communication connection with the intelligent equipment, wherein the abnormal heartbeat condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: the communication heartbeat signal is disconnected, the request packet cannot be sent to the intelligent equipment, and the feedback information of the intelligent equipment is not received; the starting module is used for starting an active query mode for the intelligent equipment when the intelligent equipment meets the abnormal heartbeat condition; the second detection module is used for detecting whether the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is abnormal or not; the first pushing module is used for pushing equipment abnormal information to the preset terminal equipment when the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is determined to be abnormal.
Optionally, the second detection module includes: the sending submodule is used for respectively sending heartbeat signal query requests to the intelligent equipment according to a preset time interval in an active query mode; the first confirming submodule is used for confirming whether heartbeat signal response information of the intelligent equipment is received or not; and the second confirmation submodule is used for confirming that the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is abnormal when the heartbeat signal response information of the intelligent equipment is not received.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a control apparatus for an intelligent device, which is applied to a preset intelligent device, where the preset intelligent device and a device control platform establish a communication association relationship in advance, and the control apparatus includes: the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the running state data of the preset intelligent equipment in a preset time period; the first determining unit is used for determining whether an information instruction needs to be sent to the equipment control platform or not based on the running state data; the device comprises a first reporting unit, a second reporting unit and a third reporting unit, wherein the first reporting unit is used for reporting an information instruction to the device control platform when the information instruction is determined to be required to be sent to the device control platform, the device control platform judges whether a device event indicated by the information instruction meets a preset scene trigger condition or not after receiving the information instruction, and acquires scene action content corresponding to the preset scene trigger condition under the condition that the device event indicated by the information instruction meets the preset scene trigger condition; the second receiving unit is used for receiving scene action content issued by the equipment control platform; and the execution unit is used for executing the target action indicated by the scene action content.
Optionally, the control device of the intelligent device further includes: the device control platform is used for sending device operation data of the intelligent device to a preset terminal device before obtaining operation state data of the preset intelligent device in a preset time period, wherein the preset terminal device displays at least one scene setting item through installed device application based on the device operation data, and each scene setting item corresponds to one device event scene; the third receiving module is used for receiving a scene selection instruction forwarded by the preset terminal equipment by the equipment control platform; and the second determination module is used for determining at least one device event scene set for the preset intelligent device by the target user based on the scene selection instruction.
The control device of the intelligent device may further include a processor and a memory, the first receiving unit 51, the judging unit 53, the obtaining unit 55, the first control unit 57, and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to implement corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel acquires a corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the kernel parameters are adjusted to acquire scene action contents corresponding to the preset scene trigger conditions when the device events indicated by the information instructions meet the preset scene trigger conditions, so that the intelligent device is controlled to execute the target actions indicated by the scene action contents.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a control system of an intelligent device, including: a plurality of smart devices; the intelligent device control system comprises an equipment control platform and a control module, wherein the equipment control platform is in communication connection with each intelligent device in advance, and is used for executing a control method of any one intelligent device; and the mobile terminal is connected with the equipment control platform and used for setting at least one equipment event scene for the intelligent equipment.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium includes a stored computer program, and when the computer program runs, the apparatus where the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute the method for controlling an intelligent device according to any one of the above items.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device: receiving an information instruction reported by intelligent equipment; judging whether the equipment event indicated by the information instruction meets a preset scene trigger condition or not; if the equipment event indicated by the information instruction meets a preset scene trigger condition, acquiring scene action content corresponding to the preset scene trigger condition; and controlling the intelligent device to execute the target action indicated by the scene action content.

Claims (13)

1. A control method of intelligent equipment is applied to an equipment control platform, the equipment control platform and at least one intelligent equipment establish a communication association relationship in advance, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an information instruction reported by intelligent equipment;
judging whether the equipment event indicated by the information instruction meets a preset scene trigger condition or not;
if the equipment event indicated by the information instruction meets a preset scene trigger condition, acquiring scene action content corresponding to the preset scene trigger condition;
and controlling the intelligent device to execute the target action indicated by the scene action content.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the information instruction reported by the smart device, the control method further comprises:
the equipment control platform sends equipment operation data of intelligent equipment to preset terminal equipment, wherein the preset terminal equipment displays at least one scene setting item through installed equipment application based on the equipment operation data, and each scene setting item corresponds to one equipment event scene;
the equipment control platform receives a scene selection instruction forwarded by a preset terminal equipment;
and the equipment control platform determines at least one equipment event scene set for the intelligent equipment by the target user based on the scene selection instruction.
3. The control method according to claim 2, wherein after the device control platform determines at least one device event scenario set for the smart device by a target user based on the scenario selection instruction, the control method further comprises:
and the equipment control platform receives the scene parameters and the scene trigger conditions which are set by the target user for each equipment event scene.
4. The control method of claim 1, wherein the type of the information instruction comprises at least one of: alarm information instruction, event information instruction, and device message information instruction.
5. The control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
establishing communication connection with the intelligent equipment;
sending a heartbeat signal request packet to the intelligent equipment based on the communication connection, wherein the heartbeat signal request packet is used for requesting the intelligent equipment to acquire an equipment state;
responding to the heartbeat signal request packet, and receiving working state information fed back by the intelligent equipment;
and updating the equipment state table based on the working state information.
6. The control method according to claim 5, wherein after establishing the communication connection with the smart device, the control method further comprises:
detecting whether the intelligent equipment meets a heartbeat abnormal condition, wherein the heartbeat abnormal condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: the communication heartbeat signal is disconnected, the request packet cannot be sent to the intelligent equipment, and the feedback information of the intelligent equipment is not received;
if the intelligent equipment meets the heartbeat abnormal condition, starting an active query mode for the intelligent equipment;
detecting whether the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is abnormal or not;
and if the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is determined to be abnormal, equipment abnormal information is pushed to preset terminal equipment.
7. The control method according to claim 6, wherein the step of detecting whether the communication connection between the intelligent device and the device control platform is abnormal comprises:
in the active query mode, according to a preset time interval, respectively sending heartbeat signal query requests to the intelligent equipment;
confirming whether heartbeat signal response information of the intelligent equipment is received or not;
and if the heartbeat signal response information of the intelligent equipment is not received, confirming that the communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the equipment control platform is abnormal.
8. A control method of intelligent equipment is applied to preset intelligent equipment, and communication association relation is pre-established between the preset intelligent equipment and an equipment control platform, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring running state data of the preset intelligent equipment within a preset time period;
determining whether an information instruction needs to be sent to the equipment control platform based on the running state data;
if the information instruction needs to be sent to the equipment control platform, reporting the information instruction to the equipment control platform, wherein the equipment control platform judges whether the equipment event indicated by the information instruction meets a preset scene trigger condition or not after receiving the information instruction, and acquiring scene action content corresponding to the preset scene trigger condition under the condition that the equipment event indicated by the information instruction meets the preset scene trigger condition;
receiving scene action content issued by the equipment control platform;
and executing the target action indicated by the scene action content.
9. The control method according to claim 8, wherein before acquiring the operation state data of the preset smart device within a preset time period, the control method further comprises:
the equipment control platform sends equipment operation data of intelligent equipment to preset terminal equipment, wherein the preset terminal equipment displays at least one scene setting item through installed equipment application based on the equipment operation data, and each scene setting item corresponds to one equipment event scene;
the equipment control platform receives a scene selection instruction forwarded by a preset terminal equipment;
and determining at least one device event scene set for the preset intelligent device by the target user based on the scene selection instruction.
