Description

Preparation device and preparation method of asbestos standard test piece for polarizing microscope
Technical Field
The invention relates to an asbestos detection and test technology, in particular to a preparation process and a use method of an asbestos standard test piece for a polarizing microscope.
Background
Asbestos is a general term for various silicate-type minerals, belongs to an important mineral raw material, and is historically and now widely applied to the aspects of transportation, chemical engineering, construction, metallurgy and the like. The asbestos substances are particularly characterized by a fibrous structure and can be torn into a fine and tough fibrous substance. The asbestos substance mainly comprises two main types of serpentine asbestos (chrysotile) and hornblende asbestos (eublende, tremolite, actinolite, chrysotile, ferroasbestos and the like).
The asbestos material has excellent physical properties such as chemical corrosion resistance, heat preservation, insulation, wear resistance and the like, and can be processed into textiles for use. In the past, about 3000 or more products using asbestos as a main raw material have been examined from related literatures, and have been widely used in various aspects of production and life in relation to sound absorbing materials, heat insulating materials, friction materials, and the like in the past. Recent related researches show that when parts containing asbestos materials are broken and torn, fine asbestos fibers can form dust to contact human skin or enter human lungs along with respiratory systems, damage cells and bring continuous biological toxicity, and then respiratory diseases, lung diseases and cancers are caused. Thus, there are currently several tens of countries worldwide that have totally banned the import of asbestos and are gradually making technological updates and replacements of existing asbestos-containing products.
There are four main methods of testing for asbestos substances: infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, energy scanning electron microscopy, polarization microscopy, and the like. The corresponding international standard is ISO 22262-1-2012 air quality bulk material, part 1: the method comprises analysis methods such as quantitative determination and sampling of commercial asbestos bulk materials, ISO 22262-2-2014 air quality, quantitative determination of asbestos by using a gravimetric analysis and a microscope method, and the corresponding domestic standards comprise determination of asbestos in GB/T33395-2016 paint, determination of asbestos content in GBT 23263-2009 products, and the like. In both international and domestic standards, the polarized light microscope test is a key analysis method for analyzing asbestos substances.
In the process of testing by a polarizing microscope, experimenters need to make standard test pieces containing asbestos substances, observe the corresponding standard substances, and determine optical characteristics such as forms, colors, pleochromies, ductility symbols, extinction types, refractive indexes, dyeability and the like of different types of asbestos substances so as to confirm the types and the contents of the asbestos substances by reference. At present, the market price of the asbestos standard substances is about 20000 yuan/0.1 g, and the expensive price increases the burden of a detection mechanism and the cost of analyzing the asbestos substances.
The process of manufacturing the standard test piece for testing the polarizing microscope needs to use a glass slide, a cover glass, a dipping solution and a standard substance, and because the cover glass is movable, the cover glass is easy to fall off, so that asbestos substances are exposed in the air, and potential harm is further caused to the health of experimenters. The dipping solution has volatility, and the refractive index of the dipping solution can change until the dipping solution is completely dried along with the lapse of time, so that the optical characteristics of the manufactured test piece are changed to influence the judgment of a result; the natural volatilization of the impregnation liquid can also cause certain influence on the environment, thereby generating hidden health hazards to human bodies.

The invention provides a corrosion device for preparing an asbestos standard test piece, which is structurally shown in figure 1, and is prepared by adopting a polytetrafluoroethylene material, wherein a polytetrafluoroethylene plate is taken as a device body 11, an area with the length L1 and the width L2 is selected as a proper area in the middle of the device body 11, the proper area is matched with the length and the width of a cover glass used when the asbestos standard test piece is prepared, and L1 and L2 can be equal or different.
In the suitable area, two optionally symmetrical sides are respectively provided with an elongated hollow hole 12 along the edges, and the length of the elongated hollow hole 12 is determined by one side of the suitable area as the side length (depending on the chosen symmetrical side, as shown in fig. 1, it may be L1 or L2), and the width is L3.
Two semicircular hollow holes 13 which are symmetrical in opposite directions are formed in the area between the two strip-shaped hollow holes 12, the two semicircular hollow holes 13 are not communicated, and a certain gap is separated between the two semicircular hollow holes 13. An un-hollowed area 14 with the diameter of D is encircled inside the two semi-annular hollowed holes 13, and the un-hollowed area 14 corresponds to an area for placing an asbestos sample when the standard asbestos test piece is prepared. Because the two semicircular hollow holes 13 are not communicated, the polytetrafluoroethylene plates in the inner and outer areas of the hollow holes are connected into a whole, and the structural integrity is kept.
Therefore, two long-strip-shaped hollowed-out holes and two semi-annular hollowed-out holes are formed in one polytetrafluoroethylene plate, the plate surface is kept complete, the corrosion device is used as a mold and placed on a carrier, corrosive liquid or pigment and the like can be filled in the area of the long-strip-shaped hollowed-out holes 12 and the area of the semi-annular hollowed-out holes 13, and the shape or the pattern containing the two long-strip-shaped hollowed-out holes and the two semi-annular hollowed-out holes is formed in the carrier.

The slide 1 is prepared in advance by applying the etching apparatus. The glass slide 1 is a glass carrier, the etching device is placed on the glass slide 1 before the test piece is prepared, as shown in fig. 4, hydrofluoric acid etching solution is injected into the strip-shaped hollow holes and the semi-annular hollow holes, so that two strip-shaped etching areas C1 and two semi-annular etching areas C2 are etched on the glass slide 1, the formed glass slide 1 is shown in fig. 5, the two strip-shaped etching areas C1 are arranged in parallel, and the two semi-annular etching areas C2 are located between the two strip-shaped etching areas, are arranged oppositely but are not connected, and form a circular area.
The cover glass 2 covers the upper surface of the glass slide 1, two areas are divided from the bottom of the cover glass 2, the size of the two areas is matched with two strip-shaped corrosion areas C1 corroded on the glass slide 1, and the two areas are divided and located on the edges of the two sides of the cover glass. Fixing glue is coated on the two strip-shaped corrosion areas C1, when the cover glass 2 is covered on the slide glass 1, the area coated with the fixing glue is just right for the cover glass 2 to be further fixed through the glue, and therefore a fixing area 3 is formed. Further, the fixing gum is a neutral gum.
Between the interlayer formed by the glass slide 1 and the cover glass 2, a circular area encircled by two semi-annular corrosion areas C2 is used as a glass slide area 4; the area between the two fixing areas 3 except the slide area 4 is called as a dipping area 5 for dipping the test solution, the dipping area 5 surrounds the slide area 4, and the test solution flows through the dipping area 5 and the slide area 4; and one end of the impregnation zone 5 is used as an impregnation liquid inlet 6, and the other end of the impregnation zone is used as an impregnation liquid outlet 7 along the extension direction of the two fixing zones 3. The semi-ring shape described herein is a small semi-ring.
The glass slide 1 is used as a carrier, and the fixed area 3, the slide area 4 and the dipping area 5 are sequentially loaded in a proper area on the glass slide 1.
The cover glass 2 covers the fixing area 3, the slide area 4 and the dipping area 5. The coverslip 2 is fixed to the slide 1 with neutral gum coated on the fixing area.
The fixing areas 3 are located on two side edges of the lower portion of the cover glass 2 and coated with fixing glue. Two fixing areas 3 are arranged on two sides of the dipping area 5, and the size of the dipping area 5 plus the size of the fixing areas 3 on two sides is equal to that of the cover glass 2. The fixing areas 3 on both sides are the same in size. The slide area 4 is positioned in the middle of the impregnation area 5 and is used for placing and observing a sample. The dipping solution inlet 6 and the dipping solution outlet 7 are arranged at two ends of the dipping area 5 and are formed by a crack of the glass slide 1 and the cover glass 2, and the test solution enters from the inlet and is sucked out through the outlet.
The invention also provides an asbestos standard test piece for the polarizing microscope, namely, an asbestos sample 8 is placed in the glass slide area 4 in the preparation device to form a standard test piece, the asbestos sample 8 is clamped and fixed with the cover glass 2 through the glass slide 1, and during the test, the asbestos sample enters the test solution through the impregnation solution inlet 6 to carry out related test observation, so that the asbestos sample is not required to be made every time and can be repeatedly used.
