The connecting line between the two positioning and clamping supports b23 forms a first positioning shaft related to the large-scale lubricating oil tank, the width direction position of the large-scale lubricating oil tank is determined, the connecting line between the positioning and clamping supports a21 and b23 forms a second positioning shaft related to the large-scale lubricating oil tank, the length direction position of the large-scale lubricating oil tank is determined, the first positioning shaft and the second positioning shaft are intersected to determine the plane of the large-scale lubricating oil tank, the height position of the large-scale lubricating oil tank is limited by the positioning holes formed by the positioning pin shafts 22 on the positioning and clamping supports c24, and the positioning supports 25 are used for supporting the large-scale lubricating oil tank in an auxiliary mode from the side. The heights of the round holes (relative to the upper end surface of the base 3) on the two positioning and clamping supports b23 are identical, and the heights of the kidney-shaped holes on the positioning and clamping support c24 are lower than those of the kidney-shaped holes on the positioning and clamping support a 21.

As shown in fig. 1, 9 and 10, when the template 45 rotates about the rotation axis, the curved surface formed by the free end of the template 45 corresponds to the maximum profile of the curved surface of the large-sized lubricant tank.
As shown in fig. 11 and 13, the positioning pin 22 includes a first pin section disposed in the mounting hole and a second pin section disposed in the kidney-shaped hole or the circular hole, the surface of the second pin section being a cylindrical surface as a positioning surface. The positioning pin 22 further comprises a third pin section and a limiting section, the third pin section is connected with the second pin section, and the length of the third pin section is as long as the third pin section is positioned outside the positioning clamping support a21, the positioning clamping support b23 and the positioning clamping support c24 when the first pin section is arranged in the mounting hole and the second pin section is arranged in the kidney-shaped hole or the round hole; the limiting section is positioned between the first pin shaft section and the second pin shaft section, and when the first pin shaft section is completely inserted into the mounting hole, the end face of the limiting section is in contact with the surface of the semi-surrounding structure 7.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the upper end surface of the positioning and clamping support a21 is provided with a 1/2 waist-shaped hole and a threaded hole, the upper end of the positioning and clamping support a21 is hinged with an upper pressing plate, the upper pressing plate is provided with the 1/2 waist-shaped hole and the threaded hole, and when the upper pressing plate rotates around a hinging point and contacts with the upper end of the positioning and clamping support a21, the two 1/2 waist-shaped holes form a complete waist-shaped hole;
as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the upper end surface of the positioning and clamping support c24 is provided with a 1/2 waist-shaped hole and a threaded hole, the upper end of the positioning and clamping support c24 is hinged with an upper pressing plate, the upper pressing plate is provided with the 1/2 waist-shaped hole and the threaded hole, and when the upper pressing plate rotates around a hinged point and contacts with the upper end of the positioning and clamping support c24, the two 1/2 waist-shaped holes form a complete waist-shaped hole; the upper end face of the positioning clamping support b23 is provided with a 1/2 round hole and a threaded hole, the upper end of the positioning clamping support b23 is hinged with an upper pressing plate, the upper pressing plate is provided with the 1/2 round hole and the threaded hole, and when the upper pressing plate rotates around a hinged point and contacts with the upper end of the positioning clamping support b23, the two 1/2 round holes form a complete round hole. The kidney-shaped hole refers to a hole formed by connecting two ends of a rectangle with a semicircle, i.e. in fig. 15, two semicircles have a straight line spacing.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the rotation checking device 4 further includes a bearing 41, a coupling block 42, a cover plate 43, a rotating shaft 44 and a supporting seat 46, the bearing 41 is fixed in the coupling block 42, the rotating shaft 44 is sleeved in the bearing 41, one end of a sample plate 45 is connected with the rotating shaft 44 through the cover plate 43, the coupling block 42 is fixed on the supporting seat 46, and the supporting seat 46 is connected with the base 3 through bolts, cylindrical pins and the like.
The inspection method for quickly eliminating the dimension error and quickly clamping the large-scale lubricating oil tank adopts the inspection device, and the inspection method comprises the following steps of,
the method comprises the steps of firstly, lifting a large-scale lubricating oil tank to the upper part of an inspection device, placing the large-scale lubricating oil tank on the same side as a rotary inspection device 4 according to the upward arc surface, screwing four positioning pins 22 into mounting holes in a semi-surrounding structure 7 respectively, and ensuring that the positioning surfaces of the positioning pins 22 are exposed out of the semi-surrounding structure 7;
step two, rotating to open the upper pressing plates on the positioning clamping support a21, the positioning clamping support c24 and the positioning clamping support b23, adjusting the position of the large lubricating oil tank, ensuring that the exposed positioning surfaces of the four positioning pins 22 are aligned with the 1/2 waist-shaped holes of the positioning clamping support a21 and the positioning clamping support c24 and the 1/2 round hole of the positioning clamping support b23 in the quick clamping device 2 respectively, moving the large lubricating oil tank downwards, ensuring that the positioning surfaces of two positioning pins 22 are firstly placed into the 1/2 round holes of the positioning clamping support b23, then placing the positioning surfaces of the remaining two positioning pins 22 into the positioning clamping support a21 and the 1/2 waist-shaped holes of the positioning clamping support c24, finely adjusting the positions of the four positioning pins 22, determining that the positioning pins 22 are axially screwed into place (the limiting sections of the positioning pins 22 are in contact with the surface of the semi-surrounding structure, realizing axial adjustment by operating the third pin section), rotating to close the four upper pressing plates, and inserting locking bolts into threaded holes (threaded holes are formed in the other end far from the upper hinging point in fig. 14), thereby completing quick clamping and dimension error elimination of the large lubricating oil tank; or the positioning pin shaft 22 is firstly put into the 1/2 waist-shaped hole and then put into the 1/2 round hole;
step three, moving the linear inspection device 1 along the linear guide rail 12, and observing whether the first template 111, the second template 112 and the third template 113 in the inspection template assembly 11 interfere with the outer contour of the large-scale lubricating oil tank in the moving process;
and step four, rotating the rotary inspection device 4 to observe whether the free end of the template 45 interferes with the arc-shaped surface of the large-scale lubricating oil tank, so as to ensure that the product cannot collide with other products when actually installed in the casing.

Claims (7)

the positioning clamping support a (21), the positioning clamping support b (23) and the positioning clamping support c (24) are fixedly connected to the upper end face of the base (3) and correspond to the positions of mounting holes on the large-scale lubricating oil tank one by one, and the distance between the positioning clamping support a (21) and the positioning clamping support c (24) and the distance between the two positioning clamping supports b (23) are all such that when the large-scale lubricating oil tank is placed on the upper end face of the base (3) and the positions of the mounting holes correspond to the positioning clamping support a (21), the positioning clamping support b (23) and the positioning clamping support c (24) one by one, the positioning clamping support a (21), the positioning clamping support b (23), the positioning clamping support c (24) and the semi-surrounding structure (7) at the mounting holes of the large-scale lubricating oil tank are not contacted;

the upper end face of the positioning clamping support c (24) is provided with a 1/2 waist-shaped hole and a threaded hole, the upper end of the positioning clamping support c (24) is hinged with an upper pressing plate, the upper pressing plate is provided with the 1/2 waist-shaped hole and the threaded hole, and when the upper pressing plate rotates around a hinged point and contacts with the upper end of the positioning clamping support c (24), the two 1/2 waist-shaped holes form a complete waist-shaped hole;
the upper end face of the positioning clamping support b (23) is provided with a 1/2 round hole and a threaded hole, the upper end of the positioning clamping support b (23) is hinged with an upper pressing plate, the upper pressing plate is provided with the 1/2 round hole and the threaded hole, and when the upper pressing plate rotates around a hinged point and contacts with the upper end of the positioning clamping support b (23), the two 1/2 round holes form a complete round hole.
