Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engine idler gears, in particular to a low-vibration forced lubrication idler gear assembly.
Background
The idler gear is a gear which plays a role in transmission between two transmission gears which are not in contact with each other, and is meshed with a driven wheel driven by the previous stage transmission and a driving wheel driven by the next stage transmission at the same time, so as to change the rotation direction of the driven wheel and enable the driven wheel to be identical with the driving wheel. The idler gear is a wheel which does not do work, has a certain energy storage function, and can also maintain the stability of the system. Idler gears are very commonly used in machinery to facilitate connection to a remote shaft. In the engine, the currently used idler gear also needs to consider the vibration coefficient, namely stability and running resistance of the idler gear after installation, so as to improve the stability and reliability of the whole gear train, and directly influence the output efficiency and reliability of the engine. Aiming at the defects of the currently used idler gear assembly mainly based on the lubrication effect, namely stability, the conventional idler gear assembly cannot meet the requirements of low vibration, high stability, low resistance, effective lubrication and the like more and more along with the increasing complexity of the gear train of the current engine and the increasing externally connected output power.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides the low-vibration forced lubrication idler gear assembly which is stable in operation, good in lubrication effect, low in oil consumption and good in reliability.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a low-vibration forced lubrication idler gear assembly comprises an idler gear, an idler gear shaft seat and a rolling bearing; the idler gear shaft seat is provided with a lubricating main oil duct along the central axis from the rear end, and is also provided with an oil outlet duct along the radial direction; the inner end of the oil outlet passage is communicated with the lubricating main oil passage; the idler gear shaft seat is also sleeved with a pressing oil concave ring, the inner side of the pressing oil concave ring is provided with a circle of oil storage concave cavity which is correspondingly sleeved at the oil outlet passage, and the port of the oil outlet passage is covered in the range of the oil storage concave cavity; the top of the pressure oil concave ring is also provided with a small oil injection hole; the front side and the rear side of the oil pressing concave ring are respectively provided with one rolling bearing; the idler gear is sleeved on the outer rings of the two rolling bearings.
Furthermore, two elastic clamping rings are correspondingly distributed outside the pressure oil concave ring.
Furthermore, a plurality of fixing holes are axially formed in the idler gear shaft seat and are tightened to the flywheel shell through fixing bolts.
Further, the rear end of the main lubricating oil duct is provided with an oil-way connector which is used for being connected with a lubricating oil delivery pipeline; and the oil way connector is radially provided with an oil inlet which is communicated with the lubricating main oil duct.
Further, the diameter of the oil injection small hole is 0.6-0.9 mm.
Further, the diameter of the oil spraying small hole is 0.8mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) By arranging the lubricating main oil duct, the oil outlet oil duct and the oil pressing concave ring, the forced lubrication of the idler gear assembly in a high-pressure lubrication mode is realized; the provided oil concave ring has the functions of containing and storing lubricating oil in the using process, adjusting buffer oil pressure, controlling lubricating oil supply and the like, can continuously maintain good lubricating performance in the long-term rotation process of the idler gear, simultaneously, maximally saves oil consumption, effectively ensures low resistance and smoothness of operation, improves the transmission efficiency of an engine gear train, simultaneously combines a double rolling bearing mode, can obviously improve the stability, low vibration and reliability of the transmission operation of the idler gear on the basis of improving the lubricating effect, and can bear larger transmission torque to maintain due stability and reliability compared with a general structure.
(2) Under the combination of the structure, the lubricating effect can be best realized only if the diameter of the oil injection small hole of the oil concave ring is preferably 0.8mm, the oil injection hole diameter which is more than 1.5mm and is commonly used in the industry is directly adopted before, the phenomenon that the front and back moving parts are burnt randomly and respectively occurs after a period of test operation under different environments is repeated, the result is the same through replacing parts with higher strength, and the root cause is that the lubricating oil film cannot be effectively formed in the moving parts on the front side and the back side under the structure even though the oil quantity is large due to the adoption of the conventional diameter of 1.5mm, and the expected lubricating effect cannot be achieved (possibly based on the influence of structures such as the oil concave ring, the elastic clamping ring and the like). By reducing the diameter of the oil spraying hole, the oil spraying hole is caused to spray out the lubricating oil, and then the lubricating oil can be effectively distributed along the front side and the rear side to realize effective lubrication, so that the high-speed and durable operation of moving parts is ensured.
