Abstract
The invention discloses a repairing and reinforcing device for a river-crossing cable trench, which comprises a cast-in-place pile, a steel beam and a concrete pile; the cast-in-place pile is arranged below the cable trench and is used for being driven at the river bottom; the top surface of the steel beam is used for abutting against the outer bottom surface of the supporting cable trench; the concrete pile wraps the steel beam and is in contact consolidation with the cast-in-place pile; after the cast-in-place pile and the steel beam are arranged, concrete is poured into the steel beam to form the concrete pile; like this, the concrete pile fixes the girder steel on the bored concrete pile, and the bored concrete pile supports the girder steel and makes the girder steel keep supporting the outer bottom surface of cable pit to form firm support to the cable pit, at this moment, cable pit bulk strength is stronger, can reduce the potential safety hazard. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention discloses a repairing and reinforcing device for a river-crossing cable trench, which comprises a cast-in-place pile 10, a steel beam 20 and a concrete pile 30; the cast-in-place pile 10 is disposed below the cable trench 70 and is used for driving on the river bottom, where the top surface of the cast-in-place pile 10 extends out of the river bottom; the top surface of the steel beam 20 is used for abutting against the outer bottom surface of the supporting cable trench 70, and specifically, the steel beam 20 can be made of H-shaped steel; here, the outer bottom surface of the cable trench 70 refers to an outward and downward surface thereof; the concrete pile 30 is wrapped by the steel beam 20 and is in contact with the cast-in-place pile 10 for consolidation, and it should be noted here that after the cast-in-place pile 10 and the steel beam 20 are set, the concrete pile 30 is formed by pouring concrete into the steel beam 20; thus, the concrete pile 30 fixes the steel beam 20 to the cast-in-place pile 10, and the cast-in-place pile 10 supports the steel beam 20 so that the steel beam 20 is kept against the outer bottom surface of the cable trench 70 to form stable support for the cable trench 70, and at this time, the overall strength of the cable trench 70 is strong, and the potential safety hazard can be reduced.

the steel beam 20 is abutted against the outer bottom surface of the cable trench 70, and at the moment, the steel beam 20 is abutted against the outer bottom surface of the cable trench 70; and then, pouring concrete into the steel beam 20 to form a concrete pile 30 which wraps the steel beam 20 and is fixedly contacted with the cast-in-place pile 10, wherein the steel beam 20 is fixed on the cast-in-place pile 10 by the concrete pile, and the cast-in-place pile 10 supports the steel beam 20 so that the steel beam 20 keeps supporting against the outer bottom surface of the cable trench 70, so that the cable trench 70 can be stably supported, the integral strength of the cable trench 70 is improved, and potential safety hazards can be reduced.
