The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted ozone disinfection instrument for an urban public transport vehicle, which is operated, firstly, in the running process of the vehicle, a second electromagnetic valve 12 is closed, a first electromagnetic valve 11 and an air conditioner 10 are opened, air in the bus 1 is discharged into a sealed box 3 through an air inlet pipe 13, an ozone generator 4 is opened to generate ozone, the ozone is discharged into the sealed box 3, then the air and the ozone in the sealed box 3 enter into a mixing box 5, a plurality of groups of fans 20 are opened to enable the plurality of groups of fans 20 to blow the air and the ozone oppositely to mix the air and the ozone to form mixed gas, the air is disinfected through the ozone, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 21 is simultaneously opened, the air in a box body 19 is irradiated through the light emitted by the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 21 to disinfect the air in the box body 19, and then the mixed gas enters into a first spiral conveying pipe 6, increasing the contact time of ozone and air, discharging the mixed gas into the second spiral conveying pipe 8, discharging distilled water into the heating box 7 through a water inlet valve of the heating box 7, heating the distilled water through a heating plate in the heating box 7, decomposing the ozone in the second spiral conveying pipe 8 at high temperature, then introducing the mixed gas into the cooling pipe 9, diffusing the temperature in the cooling pipe 9 through a plurality of groups of radiating fins on the outer surface of the middle part of the cooling pipe 9, cooling the plurality of groups of radiating fins through the running of the bus 1 by the flowing air, then sucking out the mixed gas in the cooling pipe 9 by the air conditioner 10, refrigerating or heating, and discharging the mixed gas into the bus 1 through a plurality of groups of exhaust pipes 18, and simultaneously reducing the vibration of the sealing box 3 through the elasticity of a plurality of groups of springs 23 in the running process of the bus 1, The mixing box 5, the heating box 7 and the air conditioner 10.
