Abstract
本发明公开了一种加筋复合防水卷材,为层状结构,包括氯化聚乙烯膜、HDPE土工膜和玻璃纤维湿法薄毡,氯化聚乙烯膜设置在HDPE土工膜顶部,玻璃纤维湿法薄毡粘结在HDPE土工膜底部,HDPE土工膜内部间隔均匀分布若干加筋绳,若干斜插钢丝设置在氯化聚乙烯膜和HDPE土工膜之间。本发明防水卷材强度高、抗拉伸能力大、抗顶破撕裂性能好、耐戳破性能好、不易被石渣戳破,能有效的防水可广泛应用于铁路、公路和水利工程中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材生产技术领域,具体涉及一种加筋复合防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材是应用于铁路、公路、水利工程等领域的一种地基加固材料,防水卷材主要用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的作用,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。现有的防水卷材在使用过程中由于强度较低,经常出现被石渣戳破,最终导致不能有效防水的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种加筋复合防水卷材,以解决现有技术存在的耐戳破性能差导致不能防水的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种加筋复合防水卷材,为层状结构,包括氯化聚乙烯膜、HDPE土工膜和玻璃纤维湿法薄毡,氯化聚乙烯膜设置在HDPE土工膜顶部,玻璃纤维湿法薄毡粘结在HDPE土工膜底部,HDPE土工膜内部间隔均匀分布若干加筋绳,若干斜插钢丝设置在氯化聚乙烯膜和HDPE土工膜之间。
本发明具有以下的有益效果:
结构简单,HDPE土工膜内部间隔均匀分布若干加筋绳同时氯化聚乙烯膜和HDPE土工膜之间设置斜插钢丝,大大提高了卷材结构强度,玻璃纤维湿法薄毡具有优异的隔声、防火、防水、防霉、抗冲击、防橘皮、防开裂、耐水洗及优异的透气功效。本发明防水卷材强度高、抗拉伸能力大、抗顶破撕裂性能好、耐戳破性能好、不易被石渣戳破,能有效的防水可广泛应用于铁路、公路和水利工程中。

如图1所示,一种加筋复合防水卷材,为层状结构,包括氯化聚乙烯膜2、HDPE土工膜1和玻璃纤维湿法薄毡3,氯化聚乙烯膜2设置在HDPE土工膜1顶部,玻璃纤维湿法薄毡3粘结在HDPE土工膜1底部,HDPE土工膜1内部间隔均匀分布若干加筋绳4,若干斜插钢丝5设置在氯化聚乙烯膜2和HDPE土工膜1之间。
作为具体的实施例,所述斜插钢丝的直径不小于2.3mm。
作为具体的实施例,所述斜插钢丝的斜插角度为与竖直方向呈25至30度。能够使得卷材抗拉伸能力大、抗顶破撕裂性能好、耐戳破性能好、不易被石渣戳破。
作为具体的实施例,沿卷材中部向左右两端的方向,相邻两个所述斜插钢丝之间的间距逐渐缩小。能够使得抗拉伸能力大、抗顶破撕裂性能好、耐戳破性能好、不易被石渣戳破。
作为具体的实施例,斜插钢丝5设置在氯化聚乙烯膜2中的插入深度小于等于在HDPE土工膜1中的插入深度。能够使得抗拉伸能力大、抗顶破撕裂性能好、耐戳破性能好、不易被石渣戳破。
作为具体的实施例,HDPE土工膜1的厚度为2.2-2.8mm,卷材结构强度更好。
作为具体的实施例,所述加筋绳为不锈钢纤维纤维制成,进一步提高卷材的结构强度。
本发明具有以下的有益效果:

1.一种加筋复合防水卷材,其特征在于,为层状结构,包括氯化聚乙烯膜、HDPE土工膜和玻璃纤维湿法薄毡,氯化聚乙烯膜设置在HDPE土工膜顶部,玻璃纤维湿法薄毡粘结在HDPE土工膜底部,HDPE土工膜内部间隔均匀分布若干加筋绳,若干斜插钢丝设置在氯化聚乙烯膜和HDPE土工膜之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加筋复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述加筋绳为不锈钢纤维纤维制成。
