A three-dimensional aluminium cone-core board of multilayer structure which characterized in that: the aluminum cone core plate comprises an aluminum cone core plate main body (1), wherein the aluminum cone core plate main body (1) comprises an outer aluminum protection plate (4), a middle supporting structure plate (5) and an inner aluminum bottom plate (6), the middle supporting structure plate (5) is arranged between the outer aluminum protection plate (4) and the inner aluminum bottom plate (6), a reinforcing layer (7) is arranged inside the middle supporting structure plate (5), a supporting rib plate (8) and a three-dimensional conical aluminum core (9) are arranged between the middle supporting structure plate (5) and the outer aluminum protection plate (4) and between the middle supporting structure plate (5) and the inner aluminum bottom plate (6), the supporting rib plate (8) is arranged on the surface of the three-dimensional conical aluminum core (9), one side of the supporting rib plate (8) is fixedly connected with the outer aluminum protection plate (4), the middle supporting structure plate (5) and the inner aluminum bottom plate (6), and aluminum cone core plate splicing heads (2) are arranged at two ends of the aluminum cone core plate main body (1), the aluminum cone core plate is characterized in that the aluminum cone core plate main bodies (1) are connected through aluminum cone core plate splicing heads (2) in a clamping mode, and an aluminum cone core plate mounting groove (3) is formed in one side of each aluminum cone core plate main body (1).

s3, passing the surfaces of the outer aluminum protection plate (4), the middle supporting structure plate (5) and the inner aluminum bottom plate (6) through a thermal compound machine, heating, and then pasting polymer films on the front and back surfaces;
s4, attaching the processed supporting rib plates (8) and the three-dimensional conical aluminum core (9) to one side surfaces of the outer aluminum protective plate (4) and the inner aluminum base plate (6) through a thermal compound machine, attaching the first reinforcing rib plates (12) and the second reinforcing rib plates (13) of the reinforcing layer (7) to the inner sides of the middle supporting structure plate (5) through the thermal compound machine, and finally attaching the supporting rib plates (8) on the outer aluminum protective plate (4) and the inner aluminum base plate (6) and the three-dimensional conical aluminum core (9) to the middle supporting structure plate (5) to form a three-dimensional aluminum conical core plate through hot pressing;
and S5, sequentially cooling, inspecting, trimming and stacking and collecting.

The process for producing a three-dimensional aluminum conical core plate with a multilayer structure according to claim 8, wherein: outer aluminium guard plate (4), middle part bearing structure board (5) and interior aluminium bottom plate (6) make polymer film hot melt parcel in the edge of outer aluminium guard plate (4), middle part bearing structure board (5) and interior aluminium bottom plate (6) after the oven heating, then tentatively cool down the design.
