Technical Field
The invention relates to a synchronous trimming cross trimmer, which is particularly suitable for being used on a grinding machine with inner and outer ring raceways of a cross roller bearing.
Background
The grinding of the inner raceway and the outer raceway of the crossed roller bearing needs to finish a grinding wheel with a 90-cross shape, the grinding wheel used by the conventional crossed bearing grinding machine mostly adopts roller finishing or single-point diamond pen single-side finishing, the roller finishing efficiency is high, but the cost is high and the precision is low. The single-point diamond pen is used for single-side finishing, the precision is high, and the efficiency is low. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a synchronous trimming cross trimmer which can simultaneously trim two surfaces of a cross grinding wheel, improve the trimming efficiency, ensure the precision and reduce the cost.
The task of the invention is achieved in that: the trimmer comprises a trimming support, a trimming lower carriage, a trimming upper carriage, a stop block, a piston rod, a diamond pen holder and a single-point diamond pen, wherein the trimming support is in the shape of a right triangle, the trimming lower carriage and the other trimming lower carriage are respectively fixed on two straight sides of the right triangle, the trimming lower carriage and the other trimming lower carriage are respectively connected with the trimming upper carriage and the other trimming upper carriage through guide rails, oil cylinder bodies are placed on the trimming upper carriage and the other trimming upper carriage and are clamped together through screws, the connecting points of the bevel edge and the straight side of the trimming support in the shape of the right triangle are respectively fixed with one end of the stop block and one end of the other stop block through screws, the other ends of the stop block and the other stop block are tightly pressed close to the trimming support through the piston rod and the other piston rod, and the diamond pen holder and the other diamond pen holder are respectively fixed with the trimming upper carriage and the other trimming upper carriage, and the diamond pen holder and the other diamond pen holder are respectively fixed with a single-point diamond pen and the other single-point diamond pen. The other stop block is vertically arranged on the connecting point of the bevel edge and the straight edge of the trimming support. The piston rods are vertically arranged, the other piston rod is transversely arranged, and the arrangement of the piston rods and the other piston rod is consistent with the directions of the two straight edges of the trimming support in the shape of a right triangle.
The invention has the following effects: the technical scheme provides a 90-cross-shaped grinding wheel trimming mode, and synchronous trimming of two side faces of the grinding wheel is realized, so that the trimming efficiency is improved, the precision is ensured, and the cost is reduced.

The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The specific embodiment is shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the trimmer comprises a trimming support 1, a trimming lower carriage 2, a trimming upper carriage 3, a stop block 4, a piston rod 5, a diamond pen holder 6 and a single-point diamond pen 8, the trimming support 1 is in a right triangle shape, the trimming lower carriage 2 and another trimming lower carriage 2-1 are respectively fixed on two straight sides of the right triangle, the trimming lower carriage and another trimming lower carriage are respectively connected with the trimming upper carriage 3 and another trimming upper carriage 3-1 through a guide rail 9, oil cylinder bodies are placed on the trimming upper carriage and another trimming upper carriage and are combined together through screws, and the oil cylinder bodies can also be cast with the trimming upper carriage and another trimming upper carriage into a whole, the diamond pen holder 6 and the other diamond pen holder 7 are respectively fixed with the trimming upper carriage 3 and the other trimming upper carriage 3-1, and a single-point diamond pen 8 and another single-point diamond pen 8-1 are respectively fixed on the diamond pen holder and the other diamond pen holder.
The stop block 4 is transversely placed on a connecting point of the inclined edge and the straight edge of the trimming support, and the other stop block 4-1 is vertically placed on a connecting point of the inclined edge and the straight edge of the trimming support.
The piston rod 5 is vertically arranged, and the other piston rod 5-1 is horizontally arranged. Furthermore, the piston rod and the other piston rod are arranged in the same direction with the two straight edges of the trimming support in the shape of a right triangle. When the device works, oil cylinders placed on the trimming upper carriage and the other trimming upper carriage are respectively and simultaneously filled with oil, because the single-point diamond pen 8 and the other single-point diamond pen 8-1 are respectively fixed on the diamond pen holder 6 and the other diamond pen holder 7, and the diamond pen holder 6 and the other diamond pen holder 7 are respectively fixed on the trimming upper carriage 3 and the other trimming upper carriage 3-1. The trimming upper carriage 3 and the other trimming upper carriage 3-1 are integrated with the oil cylinder body, so that the hydraulic oil drives the cylinder body to move (a piston rod is static relative to the trimming support 1), namely, the single-point diamond pen 8 and the other diamond pen holder 8-1 are driven to simultaneously move in opposite directions, and the synchronous trimming of two side surfaces of the grinding wheel 10 is realized.
According to the technical scheme, the grinding wheel is not limited to be driven by the oil cylinder, and the diamond pen can be sequentially used for finishing the grinding wheel through electrical control.
