the second rotating shaft 1f is vertically arranged at the top end of the second grinding disc 1d and is collinear with the axis of the second grinding disc 1d, and the second rotating shaft 1f penetrates through the top of the grinding bin 1a and is rotatably connected with the grinding bin 1 a;
the first rotary driving device 1g is arranged at the bottom of the grinding bin 1a, the output end of the first rotary driving device 1g is connected with the first rotary shaft 1e, and the first rotary driving device 1g is used for driving the first rotary shaft 1e to rotate around the axis of the first rotary driving device 1 g;
and the second rotary driving device 1h is arranged at the top end of the grinding bin 1a, the output end of the second rotary driving device 1h is connected with the second rotary shaft 1f, and the second rotary driving device 1h is used for driving the second rotary shaft 1f to rotate around the axis of the second rotary driving device 1 h.
The control valve 1b, the first rotation driving device 1g, and the second rotation driving device 1h are electrically connected to a controller. The controller controls the opening and closing of the port of the grinding bin 1a through the control valve 1b, the port of the grinding bin 1a is used for feeding and discharging, and the port of the grinding bin 1a plays a role in feeding and discharging when being in butt joint with the feeding mechanism 3 and the discharging guide rail 4 respectively. The first rotary drive 1g is a conventional worm gear drive which is driven by an electric motor. When entering the grinding bin 1a, the steel balls and the grinding fluid are positioned between the gaps of the first grinding disc 1c and the second grinding disc 1 d. The controller sends signals to the first rotary driving device 1g and the second rotary driving device 1h, and the first rotary driving device 1g and the second rotary driving device 1h respectively drive the first grinding disc 1c and the second grinding disc 1d to rotate reversely through the first rotating shaft 1e and the second rotating shaft 1f after receiving the signals, so that the steel balls are ground. After the grinding is finished, the controller enables the port of the grinding device 1 to be turned downwards through the pitching device 2 to be in butt joint with the input end of the blanking guide rail 4. The controller sends a signal to the control valve 1b, the control valve 1b is opened to open the port of the grinding device 1, and the steel ball and the grinding fluid enter the blanking guide rail 4 from the port of the grinding device 1 under the action of gravity.
As shown in fig. 7, the control valve 1b includes,
the valve plate 1b1, the valve plate 1b1 can be installed at the port of the grinding bin 1a in an opening and closing way, the valve plate 1b1 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the port of the grinding bin 1 a;
the first lifting support 1b2, the first lifting support 1b2 is arranged at the top end of the grinding bin 1 a;
the linear driver 1b3, the linear driver 1b3 is installed on first lift support 1b2, and the output shaft of first lift support 1b2 is connected with valve plate 1b1, and linear driver 1b3 is used for controlling opening and shutting of valve plate 1b 1.
The linear actuator 1b3 is an electric push rod electrically connected to the controller. The valve plate 1b1 is connected with two sides of the port of the grinding bin 1a in a sliding mode. The controller sends a signal to the linear actuator 1b3, and the linear actuator 1b3 controls the valve plate 1b1 to slide at the port of the grinding bin 1a by taking the first lifting bracket 1b2 as a support, so as to control the opening and closing of the port of the grinding bin 1 a.
As shown in fig. 6, the second rotary drive device 1h includes,
a plurality of chutes 1h1, the chutes 1h1 being provided and evenly distributed on the peripheral wall of the second rotating shaft 1f around the axis of the second rotating shaft 1f, the chutes 1h1 extending along the axial direction of the second rotating shaft 1 f;
the sliding sleeve 1h2 is rotatably arranged at the top end of the grinding bin 1a, the sliding sleeve 1h2 is in sliding connection with the second rotating shaft 1f along the axial direction through the sliding groove 1h1, and the sliding sleeve 1h2 is used for driving the second rotating shaft 1f to perform circumferential movement;
the worm wheel 1h3 is fixed on the outer wall of the sliding sleeve 1h2, the worm wheel 1h3 is collinear with the axis of the sliding sleeve 1h2, and the worm wheel 1h3 is used for driving the sliding sleeve 1h2 to rotate;
the worm 1h4 is rotatably arranged at the top end of the grinding bin 1a and is meshed with the worm wheel 1h3, and the worm 1h4 is used for controlling the rotation of the worm wheel 1h 3;
the first rotary driver 1h5, the first rotary driver 1h5 is fixed on the order form of the grinding bin 1a, the output shaft of the first rotary driver 1h5 is connected with the end part of the worm 1h4, and the first rotary driver 1h5 is used for controlling the rotation of the worm 1h 4.
The first rotary driver 1h5 is a servo motor electrically connected to the controller. The controller sends a signal to the first rotary driver 1h5, and the first rotary driver 1h5 receives the signal and then drives the worm 1h4 to rotate, so as to drive the worm wheel 1h3 to rotate around the axis of the worm wheel. The worm wheel 1h3 drives the sliding sleeve 1h2 to coaxially rotate when rotating. The sliding sleeve 1h2 drives the second rotating shaft 1f to rotate circumferentially when rotating, and the second rotating shaft 1f still has the freedom degree of axial sliding relative to the sliding sleeve 1h 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the grinding device 1 is further provided with a lifting device 1i, the lifting device 1i comprises,
the lifting support 1i1, the lifting support 1i1 is arranged at the top end of the grinding bin 1 a;
the sliding rod 1i2 is connected with the lifting support 1i1 in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the sliding rod 1i2 is perpendicular to the upper end face of the grinding bin 1a, and the bottom end of the sliding rod 1i2 is rotatably connected with the top end of the second rotating shaft 1 f;
the rack of the gear-rack transmission pair 1i3 is connected with the sliding rod 1i2, and the gear-rack transmission pair 1i3 is used for driving the sliding rod 1i2 to slide along the length direction of the sliding rod;
and the second rotary driver 1i4, the second rotary driver 1i4 is installed on the lifting bracket 1i1, an output shaft of the second rotary driver 1i4 is connected with a gear of the gear-rack transmission pair 1i3, and the second rotary driver 1i4 is used for controlling the work of the gear-rack transmission pair 1i 3.
The second rotary driver 1i4 is a servo motor electrically connected to the controller. The controller sends a signal to the second rotary driver 1i4, the second rotary driver 1i4 drives the gear of the gear-rack transmission pair 1i3 to rotate after receiving the signal, the gear of the gear-rack transmission pair 1i3 drives the rack of the gear-rack transmission pair 1i3 to stretch along the length direction, the gear-rack transmission pair 1i3 drives the sliding rod 1i2 to move together, the sliding rod 1i2 drives the second rotating shaft 1f to lift, so that the gap between the second grinding disc 1d and the first grinding disc 1c is adjusted, and the grinding requirements of steel balls with different diameters are met. The slide bar 1i2 is rotatably connected to the top end of the second rotary shaft 1f through the bottom end, and is not limited to the degree of freedom of circumferential rotation of the second rotary shaft 1f, and only can drive the second rotary shaft 1f to extend and retract along the axial direction thereof.
As shown in fig. 8, the pitching apparatus 2 includes,
the support frame 2a is arranged on the rack;
a pair of third rotating shafts 2b, the axes of the third rotating shafts 2b are collinear, the pair of third rotating shafts 2b are respectively installed at two sides of the grinding device 1 and are rotatably connected with the supporting frame 2a, and the third rotating shafts 2b are used for driving the grinding device 1 to rotate around the axis of the third rotating shaft 2 b;
a third rotation driving device 2c, the third rotation driving device 2c is installed on the supporting frame 2a and the output end is connected with the third rotation shaft 2b, the third rotation driving device 2c is used for controlling the rotation of the third rotation shaft 2 b.
The third rotation driving device 2c is a conventional worm and gear driving structure driven by a motor, and is electrically connected to the controller for controlling the rotation of the third rotation shaft 2b, so as to adjust the pitch angle of the grinding device 1.
As shown in fig. 9, the feed mechanism 3 includes,
the lifting frame 3a is fixed on the rack;
a feeding pipeline 3b, the feeding pipeline 3b is arranged at the upper end of the lifting frame 3a, the feeding pipeline 3b extends downwards in an inclined way towards the grinding device 1, the output end of the feeding pipeline 3b is butted with the port of the grinding device 1 in a working state, the feeding pipeline 3b is also connected with the output end of a climbing pipeline 7, the feeding pipeline 3b is used for guiding the steel balls and the grinding fluid into the grinding device 1,
and the feeding hopper 3c is arranged at the input end of the feeding pipeline 3b, and the feeding hopper 3c is used for guiding the steel balls into the feeding pipeline 3 b.
The staff leads the steel ball into the feeding pipeline 3b from the feeding hopper 3c through the feeding device, and leads the grinding fluid into the feeding pipeline 3b from the output end of the climbing pipeline 7. The steel balls and the grinding fluid enter the grinding device 1 along the feeding pipeline 3b under the action of gravity to finish feeding.
As shown in fig. 10, the filter screen 5 is inserted into and matched with the bottom of the feeding mechanism 3, the outer side of the filter screen 5 is provided with a lapping plate 5a, only a handle 5b is mounted on the lapping plate 5a, and the inner side of the lapping plate 5a is abutted to the side wall of the feeding mechanism 3 in the working state.
Fix a position filter screen 5 and feed mechanism 3's grafting cooperation through bridging plate 5a to guarantee filter screen 5's working effect. The filter screen 5 can be conveniently drawn out from the side of the feeding mechanism 3 through the lapping plate 5a by the handle 5b for replacement and cleaning.

and the water pump is used for sending the purified grinding fluid into the feeding mechanism 3 through the climbing pipeline 7.
The filter is electrically connected with the controller. The grinding fluid poured from the grinding device 1 into the feeding mechanism 3 passes through the filter screen 5, falls into the receiving pipe 6a, and finally enters the storage tank 6 b. The controller filters the grinding fluid through the filter, then pressurizes the grinding fluid through the water pump, and then enables the grinding fluid to climb into the feeding mechanism 3 from the climbing pipeline 7.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the device realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:
firstly, a worker sends a signal to the pitching device 2 through the controller, and the pitching device 2 lifts up a port of the grinding device 1 after receiving the signal, so that the grinding device is in butt joint with an output end of the feeding mechanism 3.
And step two, the staff pours the steel balls to be ground into the feeding mechanism 3 through the input end of the feeding mechanism 3, and the feeding mechanism 3 enters the grinding device 1 along the feeding mechanism 3.
And step three, the controller sends a signal to the grinding fluid circulating system 6, the grinding fluid circulating system 6 guides the grinding fluid into the feeding mechanism 3 through the climbing pipeline 7 after receiving the signal, and the grinding fluid enters the grinding device 1 along the feeding mechanism 3.
And step four, the controller sends a signal to the grinding device 1, and the grinding device 1 grinds the steel ball after closing the port.
And step five, after grinding is finished, the controller sends a signal to the pitching device 2, and the pitching device 2 rotates the port of the grinding device 1 downwards after receiving the signal so as to enable the port to be in butt joint with the input end of the blanking guide rail 4.
And step six, the controller sends a signal to the grinding device 1, the grinding device 1 opens a port after receiving the signal, and the steel ball and the grinding fluid enter the blanking guide rail 4. The steel ball falls into the collecting device through the blanking guide rail 4. The grinding fluid flows into the grinding fluid circulating system 6 through the filter screen 5 when passing through the blanking guide rail 4.
And seventhly, the controller sends a signal to the grinding fluid circulating system 6, the grinding fluid circulating system 6 purifies and filters the used grinding fluid and stores the filtered grinding fluid for next grinding operation, and a worker can detect the amount of the grinding fluid in the grinding fluid circulating system 6 through a liquid level sensor arranged in the grinding fluid circulating system 6, so that the grinding fluid in the grinding fluid circulating system is supplemented in time.
