The transverse plate 55 made of iron material has good hardness on the one hand, and can support the feet of the elderly; on the other hand, the electric heating wire 562 has excellent thermal conductivity and can transmit more heat to the feet of the elderly.

two rotating mechanisms, two rotating mechanisms are arranged on the base and are respectively positioned at two sides of the first rotating shaft, each rotating mechanism comprises a second rotating shaft, a movable rod, a positioning frame, a second bevel gear and a transmission assembly, the second rotating shaft is transversely arranged above the base and is rotatably connected with the base, a through accommodating groove is formed in the second rotating shaft along the axial lead direction of the second rotating shaft, the movable rod is arranged in the accommodating groove and can freely move in the accommodating groove, a square positioning block is fixedly arranged on the end surface of the movable rod far away from the first rotating shaft, a first square limiting groove extending inwards is formed in the end surface of the second rotating shaft far away from the first rotating shaft, and the middle part of the first square limiting groove is communicated with the middle part of the accommodating groove through a longitudinally extending communicating groove, the positioning frame is arranged in the first square limiting groove and is in sliding connection with the groove wall of the first square limiting groove, the second bevel gear is arranged on the second rotating shaft and is meshed with the first bevel gear, and the transmission assembly is used for enabling the moving rod and the positioning frame to move in opposite directions;
the driving mechanism is arranged on the base and positioned between the two rotating mechanisms, the driving mechanism is connected with the movable rods in the two rotating devices, and the driving mechanism is used for enabling the two movable rods to approach or separate from each other and enabling the two movable rods to synchronously rotate;
the two rotating mechanisms are arranged on the base and are respectively positioned at the outer sides of the two rotating mechanisms, each rotating mechanism comprises a rotating plate, the top of each rotating plate is provided with a downwardly extending placing groove, a temperature sensor and a skin electric sensor are arranged in each placing groove, two sides of each rotating plate are fixedly provided with a fixed shaft, each fixed shaft is rotatably connected with the base and is collinear with the corresponding second rotating shaft, the end surface of each fixed shaft close to the corresponding driving mechanism is provided with a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove, the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove extend inwards, and the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove are respectively matched with the square positioning block and the positioning frame; and
the communication assembly comprises a controller and a wireless communication module, the controller and the wireless communication module are fixedly arranged on the base, and the controller is electrically connected with the temperature sensor, the skin electric sensor and the wireless communication module.
