the lower jaw supporting groove (200) comprises a third side frame (201) and a fourth side frame (202), and the ends of the third side frame (201) and the fourth side frame (202) are correspondingly connected to form a shape suitable for the lower jaw alveolar ridge.

the first force bearing part (501) is U-shaped and is matched with the radian of the top of the maxillary alveolar ridge;
the second force bearing part (502) is U-shaped and is matched with the radian of the top of the mandibular alveolar ridge.
5. The full aperture planting opener of claim 4, further comprising: a handle assembly (400) comprising a first handle (401) and a second handle (402), the first handle (401) disposed on the first side bezel (101);
the second handle (402) is arranged on the fourth side frame (202);
the first hand-held handle (401) and the second hand-held handle (402) are oppositely arranged, and the first hand-held handle (401) and the second hand-held handle (402) are pinched to enable the included angle between the upper jaw supporting groove (100) and the lower jaw supporting groove (200) to be reduced, so that the upper jaw supporting groove (100) and the lower jaw supporting groove (200) are placed in the oral cavity of a patient.
