step 2: inserting the sampler to a designated position through an anus, rotating the sampling inner tube (2), exposing the first tube body (5), and rotating the sampler to finish sampling;
and step 3: the sampling inner tube (2) is rotated reversely, the sampler is drawn out after the first tube body (5) is closed, and the clinical sampling operation is finished;
and 4, step 4: and separating and taking out the sampling inner tube (2) from the sampling outer tube (1) to finish the whole sampling.
