Abstract
The invention provides a method for intelligently selecting a resident network by a double-card terminal, which can intelligently select the resident network so as to improve the capability of receiving alarm information. The method judges whether the user is willing to receive the warning information according to the user selection or the preset information; if the user is willing to receive the alarm information, the system starts the network searching process to preferentially select the network capable of stably receiving the alarm information for residing according to the current position information and the network data information. The invention provides a selectable mode for a user, so that the auxiliary card can intelligently select a network for limited residence regardless of whether the auxiliary card is inserted. The mode intelligently selects the network which can receive the alarm information to reside according to the position information acquired from the main card, so that the alarm information can be received and displayed, and no extra charge is generated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of wireless communication, in particular to a method for intelligently selecting a resident network by a dual-card terminal.
Background
The existing dual-card mobile terminal resides in a corresponding home network or roaming network only according to the inserted card. Emergency alert information such as ETWS, CMAS, etc. may not be available in time due to restrictions of card policy or environment, resulting in reduced capability to deal with unexpected risks, which is more evident in roaming situations.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for intelligently selecting a resident network by a double-card terminal, which can intelligently select the resident network so as to improve the capability of receiving alarm information.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a method for intelligently selecting a resident network by a double-card terminal, which judges whether a user is willing to receive alarm information according to user selection or preset information; if the user is willing to receive the alarm information, the system starts the network searching process to preferentially select the network capable of stably receiving the alarm information for residing according to the current position information and the network data information.
Preferably, only one card is inserted into the dual-card mobile terminal or only one virtual card is started, and the main card resides in the network condition that the alarm information is not supported; if the system knows that a local network capable of receiving the alarm information exists according to the current position information and the network data information, the system starts the network searching process without the card of the auxiliary card system and preferentially selects the network capable of receiving the alarm information to perform limited residence.
Preferably, two cards are inserted into the dual-card mobile terminal or one card in the dual-card terminal is an entity card and the other card is a virtual card, but one card is not opened and the main card resides in the network condition that the alarm information is not supported; if the system knows that a local network capable of receiving the alarm information exists according to the current position information and the network data information, the system starts the network searching process without the card of the auxiliary card system and preferentially selects the network capable of receiving the alarm information to perform limited residence.
Preferably, two cards are inserted into the dual-card mobile terminal or one card in the dual-card mobile terminal is a physical card and the other card is a virtual card, and both cards are enabled; the main card or the auxiliary card is in a roaming network, and a plurality of networks can reside; the system knows that the local network which can stably receive the alarm information exists according to the current position information and the network data information, and preferentially leads the main card or the auxiliary card to reside in the network which can stably receive the alarm information in the roaming network searching process.
Preferably, if a plurality of local operator networks support the alarm information, the system preferentially selects a proper network to perform limited residence according to the internal strategy.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: a selectable mode is provided for the user to enable the secondary card to intelligently select a network for restricted residence regardless of whether the secondary card is inserted. The mode intelligently selects the network which can receive the alarm information to reside according to the position information acquired from the main card, so that the alarm information can be received and displayed, and no extra charge is generated. The auxiliary card is a card which is not used for executing communication service by a user and is irrelevant to the position of a specific card slot, so that the flexibility is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a method for intelligently selecting a resident network on a dual-card terminal according to the present embodiment, including the following steps:
in step S101, the flow starts;
in step S102, only one card is inserted into the dual-card mobile terminal, and the other card slot is empty. Including the situation that only one virtual card is enabled in the dual-card terminal, and the physical card is not inserted. According to the conventional implementation, the auxiliary card system is in a closed state;
in step S103, the main card resides in a network that does not support the alarm information, such as a network coverage with multiple local operators, and the main card resides in a network that does not support the alarm information. Or the primary card itself is set to not display the alarm information, which is easily the case in roaming situations, since the alarm on the VPLMN may be set to not display. Or the master card is in a state without a network;
in step S104, judging whether the user is willing to receive the warning information according to the user selection or the preset information;
in step S105, the user is willing to receive alert information. If the system knows that a local network capable of receiving the alarm information exists according to the current position information and the network data information, the system starts the network searching process without the card of the auxiliary card system and preferentially selects the network capable of receiving the alarm information to perform limited residence. If a plurality of local operator networks support the alarm information, the system preferentially selects a proper network to perform limited residence according to an internal strategy, rather than simply determining the residence network according to signal strength sequencing;
in step S106, the secondary card is successfully limited to reside in a network capable of receiving the alarm information, so that the terminal has the capability of monitoring the alarm information and displaying the alarm information. Moreover, the power consumption increase caused by the limited residence is not too much;
in step S107, the flow ends.
Fig. 2 is a second flowchart of the method for intelligently selecting a resident network on a dual-card terminal according to the present embodiment, which includes the following steps:
in step S201, the flow starts;
in step S202, two cards are inserted into the dual card mobile terminal, but one of the cards is not opened. The method comprises the case that one card in the dual-card terminal is a physical card, and the other card is a virtual card, but only one card is opened. According to the conventional implementation, the auxiliary card system is in a closed state;
in step S203, the main card resides in a network that does not support the alarm information, such as the network coverage of multiple local operators, and the main card resides in a network that does not support the alarm information. Or the main card is set not to display the alarm information or is in a state without a network;
in step S204, according to the user selection or preset information, it is determined whether the user is willing to receive the warning information;
in step S205, the user is willing to receive alert information. If the system knows that a local network capable of receiving the alarm information exists according to the current position information and the network data information, the system starts the network searching process without the card of the auxiliary card system and preferentially selects the network capable of receiving the alarm information to perform limited residence. If a plurality of local operator networks support the alarm information, the system preferentially selects a proper network to perform limited residence according to an internal strategy;
in step S206, the secondary card is successfully limited to reside in a network capable of receiving the alarm information, so that the terminal has the capability of monitoring the alarm information and displaying the alarm information. Moreover, the power consumption increase caused by the limited residence is not too much;
in step S207, the flow ends.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a third method for intelligently selecting a resident network on a dual-card terminal according to the present embodiment, including the following steps:
in step S301, the flow starts;
in step S302, two cards are inserted into the dual-card mobile terminal and both cards are enabled. The method comprises the steps that a terminal supporting one entity card and one virtual card is included, and the two cards are both enabled;
in step S303, the primary card or the secondary card is in a roaming network, and a plurality of networks may reside;
in step S304, according to the user selection or preset information, it is determined whether the user is willing to receive the warning information;
in step S305, the user is willing to receive alert information. The system knows that a local network capable of stably receiving the alarm information exists according to the current position information and the network data information, and preferentially allows the main card or the auxiliary card to reside in the network capable of stably receiving the alarm information in the roaming network searching process;
in step S306, the flow ends.
