The intelligent gateway can conveniently detect the electric signal characteristics of the devices, thereby identifying the state and/or action of each device, further determining the corresponding event of the internet of things and reporting. In an intelligent gateway, an AC/DC (alternating current/direct current) power supply module is connected to an external power supply and converts it into three-phase alternating current required by the device and direct current required by an embedded CPU. The lead at the output end of the AC/DC power supply module is divided into a plurality of branches which are used as power supply lines for supplying electric energy to equipment, the lines are connected with socket interfaces which are plugged with plugs of the equipment, and meanwhile, each power supply line is also provided with a relay for on-off control. Specifically, as an example, for a device including a motor, such as a sewing machine, a lathe, a drilling machine, and the like, when the motor is turned on or off or performs some specific action, the current value on the power supply line may exhibit a certain variation characteristic. Taking the judgment of the start and stop of the motor as an example: the current value on the power supply line may be detected at preset time intervals and compared with a preset current threshold. And if the current values are adjacent twice, the current value is lower than the current threshold value for the first time and higher than the current threshold value for the second time, the equipment is determined to be switched into the motor starting state. And if the current values are adjacent twice, the current value is higher than the current threshold value for the first time and lower than the current threshold value for the second time, the equipment is determined to be switched into the motor stop state.
The specific operation performed by some devices can be judged by the starting action of the motor. The intelligent gateway can be configured with a user interaction interface, a user can access the intelligent gateway through equipment such as a mobile phone or a computer and the like, check the state and the running log of each equipment, and when the equipment is judged to be abnormal, prompt or alarm can be sent to the user through the user interface.

In addition, a power supply interface for plugging a power line of the device is arranged on the housing of the intelligent gateway, and the power supply interface is connected with a power supply line in the intelligent gateway, and the power supply line can be led out from the power supply module 21.
The electrical signal detection module 22 is configured to detect a power supply line of the device, obtain an electrical signal characteristic on the power supply line, and determine a state and/or an action of the device according to the electrical signal characteristic. Wherein the acquired electrical signal characteristics may include: one or any more of waveform characteristics, frequency characteristics, amplitude characteristics of the voltage and/or current on the power supply line. And the state and/or action of the equipment may include one or any of start-stop of the equipment, processing actions performed by the equipment, operating conditions in which the equipment is operating, equipment faults, and data statistics of equipment actions and/or states.
And the message generation module 23 generates an event message of the internet of things according to the state and/or the action of the device. The state and/or the action of the equipment can be used as an event of the internet of things, such as starting and stopping of a motor. In addition, specific operations executed by the equipment can be judged according to the state and/or the action of the equipment and specific application environments, for example, the starting and stopping action of a sewing machine corresponds to the operation of sewing a needle, and each time a drill bit of the drilling equipment completes a feeding action corresponds to one drilling operation, the operations can also be used as events of the internet of things. In addition, for some statistics of device actions or operations, the statistics can also be reported as events of the internet of things, for example, the number of times of motor rotation per minute and the like. The event message of the internet of things can adopt a preset format, and the detected event of the internet of things is packaged according to the preset format to generate the event message of the internet of things.
And the gateway processing module 24 is configured to report the event message of the internet of things to the cloud. After the internet of things event message is generated, the internet can be used for sending cloud ends, and the cloud ends can make further decisions according to information contained in the internet of things events. The gateway processing module 24 can be regarded as a basic functional module of the intelligent gateway, and mainly performs protocol conversion, routing function, and the like, so as to implement message communication with the cloud.
In addition, in the intelligent gateway device, the power supply module 21 may supply power to a plurality of devices through a plurality of power supply lines, and accordingly, the device numbers corresponding to the power supply lines are recorded in the electrical signal detection module 22, and the electrical signal detection module may provide the device states and/or actions and the device numbers of the devices to the message generation module 23. In the message generating module 23, the states and/or actions and device numbers of the devices are respectively encapsulated as event messages of the internet of things, and then the event messages are reported to the cloud through a communication link between the gateway processing module 24 and the cloud.
The detailed description of the above processing procedure, the detailed description of the technical principle, and the detailed analysis of the technical effect are described in the foregoing embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
According to the intelligent gateway provided by the embodiment of the invention, the power supply module for the equipment is arranged in the intelligent gateway, the electric signal detection is carried out on the power supply circuit passing through the intelligent gateway, then the identification of the event of the Internet of things is carried out on the basis of the characteristics of the electric signal through the edge computing capability arranged on the intelligent gateway, and the event message of the Internet of things is reported to the cloud end by utilizing the protocol conversion and routing functions of the intelligent gateway, so that the power supply of the equipment and the Internet of things capability of the equipment can be realized at lower cost.
Example four
The embodiment of the invention provides a processing method of an event of an internet of things, which can be applied to a cloud service platform for managing various devices in a factory, and can comprise the following steps:
s201: the method comprises the steps of obtaining internet of things event messages of first-class equipment and second-class equipment, wherein the first-class equipment is internet of things equipment, the second-class equipment is non-internet of things equipment, and the internet of things event messages of the second-class equipment are generated according to electric signal characteristics on a power supply circuit of the second-class equipment.
In some factories, not all devices have the capability of the internet of things, but by the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the event message of the internet of things is generated by detecting the electric signal characteristics of the power supply circuit of the non-internet-of-things devices and reported to the cloud, so that the cloud can also know the events of the internet of things occurring on the non-internet-of-things devices.
S202: and sending an Internet of things control message to the first type of equipment according to the Internet of things event message of the first type of equipment. Because the internet of things equipment has the internet of things communication capacity, the cloud platform can control the internet of things equipment in a mode of issuing internet of things control messages.
S203: and performing on-off control on the start-stop switch of the second type of equipment according to the Internet of things event message of the second type of equipment. For the second type of equipment without the communication capability of the Internet of things, the cloud platform can issue a switch control command to the start-stop switch of the second type of equipment through a local control system of a factory, so that the second type of equipment without the communication capability of the Internet of things is controlled to act.
According to the processing method of the Internet of things event, the cloud end can adopt different modes to control equipment aiming at the Internet of things equipment and non-Internet of things equipment, the mode can be well suitable for mixed management of first equipment with the Internet of things capability and second equipment without the Internet of things capability in the process of upgrading and transforming a factory, and communication between various equipment in the factory and the Internet of things can be realized at lower cost.

The foregoing embodiment describes a flow process and a device structure of a processing method for events of the internet of things, and the functions of the method and the device can be implemented by an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and specifically includes: a memory 110 and a processor 120.
And a memory 110 for storing a program.
In addition to the programs described above, the memory 110 may also be configured to store other various data to support operations on the electronic device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth.
The memory 110 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The processor 120, coupled to the memory 110, is configured to execute the program in the memory 110 to perform the operation steps of the method for processing the event of the internet of things described in the foregoing embodiments.
Further, the processor 120 may also include various modules described in the foregoing embodiments to perform processing related to internet of things events, and the memory 110 may be used, for example, to store data required by the modules to perform operations and/or output data.
The detailed description of the above processing procedure, the detailed description of the technical principle, and the detailed analysis of the technical effect are described in the foregoing embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
Further, as shown, the electronic device may further include: communication components 130, power components 140, audio components 150, display 160, and other components. Only some of the components are schematically shown in the figure and it is not meant that the electronic device comprises only the components shown in the figure.
The communication component 130 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the electronic device and other devices. The electronic device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, a mobile communication network, such as 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 130 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 130 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The power supply component 140 provides power to the various components of the electronic device. The power components 140 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for an electronic device.
The audio component 150 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 150 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 110 or transmitted via the communication component 130. In some embodiments, audio assembly 150 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The display 160 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The aforementioned program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (17)

1. A processing method of an event of the Internet of things comprises the following steps:
detecting a characteristic of an electrical signal on a power supply line of a device;
determining a state and/or an action of the device according to the electrical signal characteristics;
and generating an event message of the Internet of things according to the state and/or the action of the equipment, and reporting the event message to the cloud.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein detecting the electrical signal characteristic on the power supply line of the device comprises:
and detecting one or any more of waveform characteristics, frequency characteristics and amplitude characteristics of the voltage and/or the current on the power supply line.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the state and/or action of the device from the electrical signal characteristic comprises:
and determining one or more of the data statistics of the start and stop of the equipment, the processing action executed by the equipment, the running state of the equipment, the equipment fault, the equipment action and/or state according to the electric signal characteristics.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the power line passes through an intelligent gateway, an electrical signal detection module is provided on the intelligent gateway that detects characteristics of electrical signals on the power line and determines the status and/or action of the device based on the characteristics of the electrical signals,
the generating an event of the internet of things according to the state and/or the action of the equipment and reporting to the cloud end comprises the following steps: and the intelligent gateway generates an Internet of things event according to the state and/or action of the equipment determined by the electric signal detection module, packages the Internet of things event into an Internet of things event message, and reports the Internet of things event message to the cloud end through a communication link between the intelligent gateway and the cloud end.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the power supply lines are plural, respectively correspond to plural devices, the plural power supply lines are respectively given corresponding device numbers,
the intelligent gateway generates an internet of things event according to the state and/or action of the equipment determined by the electric signal detection module, packages the internet of things event into an internet of things event message, and reports the internet of things event message to the cloud end through a communication link between the intelligent gateway and the cloud end, wherein the steps of: the intelligent gateway respectively generates Internet of things events according to the states and/or actions of the devices, respectively packages the Internet of things events and the corresponding device numbers of the devices into Internet of things event messages, and reports the Internet of things event messages to the cloud end through a communication link between the intelligent gateway and the cloud end.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the device comprises a motor, the detecting a characteristic of an electrical signal on a power supply line of the device, and the determining the status and/or the action of the device based on the characteristic of the electrical signal comprises:
detecting the current value on the power supply line at a preset time interval, and comparing the current value with a preset current threshold value;
if the current values of the two adjacent times are lower than the current threshold value for the previous time and higher than the current threshold value for the subsequent time, determining that the equipment is switched to a motor starting state;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and if the current value is adjacent to the current value twice, the current value is higher than the current threshold value for the previous time and is lower than the current threshold value for the subsequent time, the equipment is determined to be switched into the motor stop state.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
determining a machining action executed by the equipment according to the duration and/or switching mode of the motor starting state and/or the motor stopping state;
and packaging the processing action into an event message of the Internet of things, and reporting the event message to the cloud.
8. An intelligent gateway, comprising:
the power supply module is used for being connected with an external power supply, converting electric energy provided by the external power supply and supplying power to the intelligent gateway and the equipment;
the electric signal detection module is used for detecting a power supply circuit of equipment, acquiring the characteristics of an electric signal on the power supply circuit and determining the state and/or action of the equipment according to the characteristics of the electric signal;
the message generation module is used for generating an event message of the Internet of things according to the state and/or the action of the equipment;
and the gateway processing module is used for reporting the event message of the Internet of things to the cloud.
9. The intelligent gateway according to claim 8, wherein a power interface for plugging a power line of the device is arranged on the housing of the intelligent gateway, and the power interface is connected with the power supply line.

The intelligent gateway of claim 8, wherein the power supply module supplies power to a plurality of devices through a plurality of power supply lines, respectively, a device number corresponding to each power supply line is recorded in the electrical signal detection module, the electrical signal detection module provides the status and/or action of a device and the device number of the device to the message generation module,
in the message generation module, the generating an internet of things event message according to the state and/or the action of the device includes: and respectively packaging the states and/or actions of the equipment and the equipment numbers into the event messages of the Internet of things.
11. The intelligent gateway of claim 8, wherein obtaining the electrical signal characteristics on the power supply line comprises:
