Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of variable frequency motors, in particular to a cooling device of a variable frequency motor.
Background
With the rapid development of power electronic technology and novel semiconductor devices, the alternating current speed regulation technology is continuously improved, and the gradually improved frequency converter is widely applied to an alternating current motor with good output waveform and excellent cost performance. For example, large motors used for steel rolling in steel mills, medium and small roller bed motors, traction motors for railway and urban rail transit, elevator motors, hoisting motors for container hoisting equipment, motors for water pumps and fans, compressors, motors for household appliances and the like all use AC variable frequency speed regulating motors in succession, and good effects are obtained.
Present inverter motor can the heat at the operation in-process, if the heat can not in time give off, arouse easily that the motor heat gathers more high more, finally leads to the motor to burn out, and ordinary radiating mode generally dispels the heat with the flabellum, and the radiating effect is relatively poor, still has the danger that the motor burnt out.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a cooling device of a variable frequency motor.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a cooling device of a variable frequency motor comprises a shell, wherein first round holes are formed in the middle and the top of two ends of the shell, a fixed block is fixedly mounted at the top of the shell through bolts, a second round hole is formed in the top of the fixed block, supporting columns are fixedly mounted on two sides of the two ends of the top of the fixed block through screws, the top of each supporting column is provided with a same bearing plate through screws, the top of each bearing plate is provided with a through third round hole, a water storage pipe is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the third round hole, a cooling barrel is fixedly mounted at the top of the bearing plate, a fourth round hole is formed in the bottom of the cooling barrel and is connected with the top of the water storage pipe, a motor is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the first round hole at one end of the shell through bolts, a same pipeline is fixedly mounted at the bottoms of two sides of the inner wall of the water storage pipe, a rectangular plate is arranged and mounted in the middle of the top of the pipeline, and open at the top middle part of rectangular plate, pipeline has the fifth round hole that runs through, the middle part at rectangular plate top is provided with water jet equipment, there is the down tube, two all through screw fixed mounting in the both sides middle part at rectangular plate top the top fixed mounting of down tube has same solid fixed ring, the both sides of solid fixed ring inner wall all have the horizontal pole, two through screw fixed mounting in the both sides of solid fixed ring inner wall the equal fixed mounting of one end has the backplate between the horizontal pole, two be provided with the ball that keeps off water between the backplate, there are two bases, two at the top middle part of casing through bolt fixed mounting the top of base has same pump body, and the output connecting tube of the pump body, pump body input end is connected with the hose, and the other end of hose passes the casing, is located the bottom of shells inner wall.
According to the preferable scheme, hanging rings are fixedly mounted at two ends of the two sides of the top of the inner wall of the cooling barrel through bolts, hook springs are arranged on the four hanging rings, the same collision plate is mounted at the bottom of the four hook springs, connecting rods are fixedly mounted in the middle of the two sides of the bottom of the collision plate through bolts, the same top plate is fixedly mounted in the middle of the two circumferential outer walls of the connecting rods, openings are formed in the front end and the rear end of the circumferential outer wall of the top plate, a second water collecting net is arranged on the inner wall of each opening, the same water baffle is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the two connecting rods through bolts, openings are formed in the front end and the rear end of the top of the circumferential outer wall of the water baffle, a first water collecting net is arranged on the inner wall of each opening through screws, and a plurality of flow guide grooves are formed in the bottom of the circumferential outer wall of the water baffle.
According to the preferable scheme of the invention, the two ends of the circumferential outer wall of the motor are fixedly provided with the fixing plates, the circumferential outer walls of the two fixing plates are fixed on the inner wall of the shell through screws, the two sides of each fixing plate are provided with the sixth round holes, the middle of one end of the motor close to the pump body is fixedly provided with the sleeve, and the other end of the sleeve is fixed at one end of the inner wall of the shell.
According to the preferable scheme of the invention, the bottom of the collision plate is fixedly provided with a waterproof net through screws, both sides of the circumferential outer wall of the cooling barrel are provided with rectangular openings, and the inner walls of the rectangular openings are fixedly provided with radiating nets through screws.
As a preferable scheme in the invention, a triangular ring is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the inner wall of the cooling barrel through a screw, and the circumferential outer wall of the triangular ring is fixed at the bottom of the circumferential inner wall of the cooling barrel.
According to the preferable scheme, the rubber sleeve is arranged on the inner wall of the first round hole in the middle of one end, away from the motor, of the shell, the motor shaft is fixedly installed at the output end of the motor, and the motor shaft penetrates through the rubber sleeve.
As a preferable scheme in the invention, the middle part of the front end and the middle part of the rear end of the circumferential outer wall of the shell are fixedly provided with the heat dissipation plates through screws.
As a preferable scheme in the invention, the base blocks are fixedly arranged at the front end bottom and the rear end bottom of the circumferential outer wall of the shell through bolts.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the device comprises a cooling barrel, a water storage barrel, a water blocking ball, a fixing ring, a protection plate, a pump body and the like, wherein the pump body is used for pumping water, cooling water is sprayed on the water blocking ball at the upper part through a water spraying device, so that the sprayed cooling water impacts on a water blocking plate in a horn shape to achieve secondary splashing, the splashed cooling water is collected and dripped after meeting a first water collecting net, the cooling water is atomized in the air to achieve faster cooling, and flows into a shell through a round hole at the bottom of the water storage barrel to be subjected to circulating cooling for carrying out circulating cooling, and the circulating cooling water is subjected to fast cooling through the devices, so that the cooling effect is faster and better.
2. The device provided by the invention is provided with the hook spring, the collision plate, the water baffle, the top plate and the like, and utilizes cooling water to impact on the water baffle, because the water baffle and the top plate are connected to the top of the cooling barrel through the hook spring, the device can generally vibrate after collision, and can shake off the cooling water attached to the first water collecting net, so that the situation that the air circulation effect is reduced due to more cooling water attached to the first water collecting net is prevented, and meanwhile, the vibration generated by the work of the motor drives the cooling barrel and the top plate to vibrate, so that the shaking effect is better, and the cooling effect on internal air circulation and cooling of the cooling water is better.
3. The device is provided with the top plate, the second water collecting net, the waterproof net and the like, in the spraying process, heat carries water vapor to evaporate upwards, the water vapor passes through the first water collecting net on the top of the water baffle and is separated from the top to float downwards to touch the second water collecting net, so that moisture in the air is fully intercepted and collected, the scattered moisture is cooled on the collecting net more easily, meanwhile, cooling water consumption is prevented, loss is reduced, and cost is saved.

According to the invention, hanging rings 20 are fixedly arranged at two ends of two sides of the top of the inner wall of the cooling barrel 4 through bolts, hook springs 19 are arranged on the four hanging rings 20, the same collision plate 18 is arranged at the bottom of the four hook springs 19, connecting rods 21 are fixedly arranged in the middle of two sides of the bottom of the collision plate 18 through bolts, the same top plate 35 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the outer circumferential wall of the two connecting rods 21, openings are formed in the front end and the rear end of the outer circumferential wall of the top plate 35, a second water collecting net 33 is arranged on the inner wall of each opening, the same water baffle plate 17 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the two connecting rods 21 through bolts, openings are formed in the front end and the rear end of the top of the outer circumferential wall of the water baffle plate 17, a first water collecting net 36 is arranged on the inner wall of each opening through bolts, and a plurality of flow guide grooves 34 are arranged at the bottom of the outer circumferential wall of the water baffle plate 17.
In the invention, the two ends of the circumferential outer wall of the motor 23 are both fixedly provided with the fixing plates 24, the circumferential outer walls of the two fixing plates 24 are both fixed on the inner wall of the shell 1 through screws, the two sides of the fixing plates 24 are provided with a plurality of sixth circular holes, the middle part of one end of the motor 23 close to the pump body 14 is fixedly provided with the sleeve 12, and the other end of the sleeve 12 is fixed on one end of the inner wall of the shell 1.
In the invention, the bottom of the collision plate 18 is fixedly provided with a waterproof net 22 through screws, both sides of the circumferential outer wall of the cooling barrel 4 are provided with rectangular openings, and the inner walls of the rectangular openings are fixedly provided with radiating nets 5 through screws.
In the invention, the bottom of the inner wall of the cooling barrel 4 is fixedly provided with a triangular ring 16 through screws, and the circumferential outer wall of the triangular ring 16 is fixed at the bottom of the circumferential inner wall of the cooling barrel 4.
In the invention, a rubber sleeve 11 is arranged on the inner wall of a first circular hole in the middle of one end, far away from a motor 23, of a shell 1, a motor shaft 9 is fixedly installed at the output end of the motor 23, and the motor shaft 9 penetrates through the rubber sleeve 11.
In the invention, the middle part of the front end and the middle part of the rear end of the circumferential outer wall of the shell 1 are fixedly provided with the heat dissipation plates 8 through screws.
In the invention, the front end bottom and the rear end bottom of the circumferential outer wall of the shell 1 are fixedly provided with base blocks 10 through bolts.
The problem of cooling effect of the variable frequency motor is solved; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the middle part at rectangular plate top is provided with water jet equipment, there are the down tube, two all through screw fixed mounting in the both sides middle part at rectangular plate top the top fixed mounting of down tube has solid fixed ring of same root, the both sides of solid fixed ring inner wall all have the horizontal pole, two the equal fixed mounting of one end has the backplate between the horizontal pole, two be provided with the manger ball between the backplate, through setting up devices such as manger ball, breakwater, reach the purpose with the atomizing of cooling water, make its cooling rate effect faster.
In use, the present embodiment first draws cooling water from the bottom of the inner wall of the housing 1 through the pump body 14 via the hose 25, the cooling water is sprayed on the water blocking ball 29 through the water spraying device 27, the sprayed cooling water is collided with the inner wall of the water blocking plate 17 in a trumpet shape through the action of the water blocking ball 29 to generate secondary sputtering, so that the atomization effect is better, the temperature reduction effect is faster, meanwhile, the first water collecting net 36 arranged at the top can make the atomized cooling water adhere to the upper surface, shake and fall through the vibration of the top plate 35 and the collision plate 18, the second water collecting net 33 is arranged on the upper parts of the water baffle 17 and the first water collecting net 36, atomized cooling water meets the top part and then contacts the second water collecting net 33 when upwards, the cooling water in the air is fully collected, the rotation generated by the operation of the motor 23 drives the cooling barrel 4, the waterproof net 22, the first water collecting net 36 and the second water collecting net 33 to vibrate and drip.
