Compared with the carbon-based water-based conductive pen, the carbon-based water-based conductive pen is low in price and can be accepted by the ordinary people. A circuit based on carbon water-based conductive ink at least comprises a circuit breaking circuit formed by the carbon water-based conductive ink and a circuit board module 1 connected with the circuit breaking circuit, wherein the circuit board module only comprises a resistance detection circuit 3 and a reaction circuit 4, the resistance detection circuit only comprises a power supply and an MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tube which are electrically connected, the MOS tube is a P-type MOS tube, the power supply and the MOS tube are respectively connected with an electrode, and the circuit board module is respectively connected with two ends of the circuit breaking circuit through the two electrodes to connect the circuit breaking circuit into a loop. The MOS tube is set with a threshold value, the working mode of the circuit board is a resistance monitoring triggering mode, and the reaction circuit is triggered when the resistance value between the two electrodes is lower than the threshold value set by the resistance detection circuit.
The circuit board module is box-shaped as shown in fig. 1, two electrodes are positioned outside the box-shaped circuit board module, and other parts of the MOS transistor, the power supply and the reaction circuit are positioned inside the box-shaped circuit board module.
The circuit schematic diagram of the circuit board module is shown in fig. 2, the resistance detection circuit adopts an MOS transistor, the area enclosed by the dotted line is a reaction circuit, and the reaction circuit is further provided with elements with interactive functions, such as a light-emitting unit 5 and/or a sound-emitting unit 6 and/or a motor. According to the parameters of MOS tubes of different models, when the source gate voltage Vsg is larger than a certain value, the channel of the P-type MOS tube is opened, the MOS tube enters a conducting state, and the working state of a subsequent circuit is started. Therefore, the trigger resistance value between the two electrodes, namely the threshold value, can be set by adjusting the resistance value of the bias resistor R0, and the reaction circuit can be triggered to send out an instruction when the resistance value between the two electrodes is lower than the threshold value set by the resistance detection circuit. It can also be seen from fig. 2 that the two electrodes are respectively connected to the gate (upper electrode in the figure) of the MOS transistor and the negative electrode (upper electrode in the figure) of the power supply.
The carbon-based water-based conductive ink is written by a carbon-based water-based conductive pen, in order to meet the requirement of writing viscosity of about 1100 mPas, the carbon-based water-based conductive ink adopted by the carbon-based water-based conductive pen has a relatively large resistance value, but the resistance value per centimeter is not greater than 5K omega, and the resistance value is taken as a reference for setting a threshold value, for example, the length of a broken circuit formed by the carbon-based water-based conductive ink is less than 20cm, and the threshold value set by a resistance monitoring trigger module is 100K omega; for example, the length of the open circuit formed by the carbon-based water-based conductive ink is less than 100cm, and the threshold value set by the resistance monitoring trigger module is 500K omega.
Fig. 3 is a teaching application example of an interactive circuit based on carbon-based aqueous conductive ink, the circuit board module is placed in a circuit board module placing area 7, a user is guided to paint the dotted line part of the figure with a carbon-based aqueous conductive pen to be solid, namely, the process of the circuit breaking circuit formed by the carbon-based aqueous conductive ink is completed, at the moment, two electrodes are respectively connected to two ends of the circuit breaking circuit to form a circuit loop, the red light of the reaction circuit flickers as long as the resistance between the two electrodes is smaller than a threshold value, and a fire alarm sound is given out at the same time, so that the learning of fire alarm and fire fighting knowledge of children is. s1, presetting a guide line for painting carbon water-based conductive ink and a circuit board module placing area on a carrier;
s2, placing the circuit board module in a circuit board module placing area;
and S3, painting the guide line with the carbon-based water-based conductive ink to enable the carbon-based water-based conductive ink and the circuit board module to be connected into a loop.

The carbon-based aqueous conductive ink-based interactive circuit according to claim 1, wherein: the guide line is a non-closed line, and the carbon-based water-based conductive ink coating guide line forms a circuit breaking circuit formed by the carbon-based water-based conductive ink; the circuit board module is provided with at least two electrodes which are respectively connected with two ends of the circuit breaking circuit to connect the circuit breaking circuit into a loop.
