本发明公开一种防摔气囊控制装置,包括PCB电路板、监测感应模块、远距传输模块、报警模块、电源模块、GPS定位模块、处理器和触发装置供电口;本发明通过监测感应模块的多项传感技术、结合人体行走、运动和失重状态下的骨骼变化规律,有效的消除了人体运动角度失衡和单维测试技术中测力方向的限制,以及受力面形变对测力的干扰,使结果更精准;通过六轴陀螺仪和加速度传感器结合监测,一旦检测人体处于摔倒或失重状态,无需人体做出反应,通过处理器发出指令在0.3秒内触发装置触发,在0.8秒内便能实现气囊完全充满,可缓冲90%的冲击力道,有效防护人体的头部、肩部、前胸、后背、腰部和髋部等部位。

本发明涉及防摔气囊技术领域,尤其涉及一种防摔气囊控制装置。
背景技术
日常生活中,无论老人、小孩还是参加户外活动者,都不免发生摔倒和跌落事故,发生骨损或骨折的现象不在少数,根据受伤程度也需要花费不菲的治疗费用,严重者甚至导致残疾或瘫痪,因此,本发明提出一种防摔气囊控制装置以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种防摔气囊控制装置,该防摔气囊控制装置通过处理器判断监测感应模块采集到的人体骨骼运动状态数据与数据库进行对比,综合判断人体是否处于摔倒或摔落状态,并发出有效防护指令,无需人体做出反应,通过触发器迅速刺破气瓶瓶口,并在0.3秒内对外部气囊进行充气,能有效保护人体头部、肩部、后背、前胸、腰部和髋关节部位,避免人体直接与地面接触。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种防摔气囊控制装置,包括PCB电路板、监测感应模块、远距传输模块、报警模块、电源模块、GPS定位模块、处理器和触发装置供电口,所述监测感应模块包括毫米波测距仪、六轴陀螺仪和加速度传感器,用于监测收集人体运动状态数据并将其传输给处理器,所述远距传输模块包括蓝牙模块和GPRS模块,所述报警模块包括蜂鸣器和信号指示灯,所述毫米波测距仪电性连接有毫米波传感器,所述PCB电路板上设有电源模块,所述PCB电路板上还设有GPS定位模块、处理器和触发装置供电口,所述触发装置供电口电性连接触发装置。
进一步改进在于:所述电源模块包括光伏充电口、主充电口、主电源、备用电源和电源指示灯,所述光伏充电口通过光伏充电线连接有光伏板,所述主电源和备用电源通过光伏板和光伏充电口为其进行电量补充,也可通过主充电口为其充电进行电量补充。

进一步改进在于:所述气嘴套与装置固定架之间设有滚花螺母,所述气嘴套另一端设有气瓶,所述触发环撞针正对气瓶瓶口处,所述固定底板上设有气囊进气孔,用于连接外部气囊实现快速充气。

蓝牙模块与手机APP连接,实现在线数据的传输与监测,GPRS模块与GPS定位模块在接收到由处理器发出的触发指令后同步启动GPS定位模块获取位置信息并由GPRS模块发出求救信号,避免在人迹罕至的地方出现摔倒导致无法定位,错过最佳救援时间导致较大的损失。
处理器用于接收监测感应模块收集到的人体运动状态数据,并与数据库人体骨骼运动数据进行分析对比,判断为摔倒或跌落时则在0.1秒发出触发指令至触发装置供电口,触发装置供电口接收到触发指令后迅速启动触发装置。

该防摔气囊控制装置使用时通过毫米波传感器、毫米波测距仪、六轴陀螺仪和加速度传感器收集人体运动状态数据,并将其发送至处理器,对实时人体运动状态数据与数据库人体骨骼运动数据进行分析对比,如分析结果判定为摔倒或跌落,则在0.1秒发出触发指令至触发装置供电口,触发装置通过触发装置供电口接收到触发指令后,迅速启动触发装置,同步启动GPS定位模块和GPRS模块发出求救信号和定位的位置数据;在接收到触发装置供电口端口的触发指令后,短路环形成闭合电路,电子触发环触发后推动触发环撞针撞向气瓶瓶口,由定位阀对触发环撞针撞进行直线运动定位,撞开气瓶瓶口后,释放气瓶内的惰性气体,通过气嘴套对气体进行缓冲,并通过与其连接的气囊进气孔对外部气囊进行充气,使气囊快速打开进行保护。

Claims (7)
1.一种防摔气囊控制装置,其特征在于:包括PCB电路板、监测感应模块、远距传输模块、报警模块、电源模块、GPS定位模块、处理器和触发装置供电口,所述监测感应模块包括毫米波测距仪、六轴陀螺仪和加速度传感器,用于监测收集人体运动状态数据并将其传输给处理器,所述远距传输模块包括蓝牙模块和GPRS模块,所述报警模块包括蜂鸣器和信号指示灯,所述毫米波测距仪电性连接有毫米波传感器,所述PCB电路板上设有电源模块,所述PCB电路板上还设有GPS定位模块、处理器和触发装置供电口,所述触发装置供电口电性连接触发装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摔气囊控制装置,其特征在于:所述电源模块包括光伏充电口、主充电口、主电源、备用电源和电源指示灯,所述光伏充电口通过光伏充电线连接有光伏板,所述主电源和备用电源通过光伏板和光伏充电口为其进行电量补充,也可通过主充电口为其充电进行电量补充。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防摔气囊控制装置,其特征在于:所述主电源接通情况下蜂鸣器蜂鸣一次,同时信号指示灯常亮,在PCB电路板工作异常时蜂鸣器不间断蜂鸣同时信号指示灯为快闪状态,所述主电源负责PCB电路板工作状态的供电,所述备用电源在主电源出现故障时自动切换。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摔气囊控制装置,其特征在于:所述蓝牙模块与手机APP连接,实现在线数据的传输与监测,所述GPRS模块与GPS定位模块在接收到由处理器发出的触发指令后同步启动GPS定位模块获取位置信息并由GPRS模块发出求救信号。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摔气囊控制装置,其特征在于:所述处理器用于接收监测感应模块收集到的人体运动状态数据,并与数据库人体骨骼运动数据进行分析对比,判断为摔倒或跌落时则在0.1秒发出触发指令至触发装置供电口,触发装置供电口接收到触发指令后迅速启动触发装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摔气囊控制装置,其特征在于:所述触发装置包括固定底板(1)、装置固定架(2)、气嘴套(3)、短路环(4)、定位阀(5)、电子触发环(6)和触发环撞针(7),所述固定底板(1)上设有装置固定架(2),所述装置固定架(2)上设有气嘴套(3),所述气嘴套(3)一端设有短路环(4),所述短路环(4)内侧通过定位阀(5)设有电子触发环(6)和触发环撞针(7),所述短路环(4)与触发装置供电口电性连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防摔气囊控制装置,其特征在于:所述气嘴套(3)与装置固定架(2)之间设有滚花螺母(8),所述气嘴套(3)另一端设有气瓶(9),所述触发环撞针(7)正对气瓶(9)瓶口处,所述固定底板(1)上设有气囊进气孔(10),用于连接外部气囊实现快速充气。
