The behavior type can be participation in community activities, participation in volunteer work, and the like; the behavior generation time is the time of contributing behavior generation; the behavior acquisition way is a way for acquiring the contribution behavior data, and the behavior acquisition way can be community service equipment, an institution terminal logged with an institution identifier and the like, and the contribution behavior data can be acquired in other modes, so that the embodiment of the application is not limited.
The blockchain system 302 may have a blockchain account disposed thereon. The operation of the community management system 301 to register a corresponding blockchain account for a user identification may be: the community management system 301 sends a blockchain account registration request to the blockchain system 302, wherein the blockchain account registration request carries a user identifier; the blockchain system 302 registers a corresponding blockchain account for the user identification after receiving the blockchain account registration request. Similarly, the operations of the community management system 301 to register corresponding blockchain accounts for organization identifications may be: the community management system 301 sends a blockchain account registration request to the blockchain system 302, wherein the blockchain account registration request carries an organization identifier; the blockchain system 302, upon receiving the blockchain account registration request, registers a corresponding blockchain account for the organization identification. The account data for a blockchain account may include an account address, a balance, etc., the balance of the blockchain account representing the number of tokens (token) owned by the blockchain account. In the embodiment of the application, the balance of the blockchain account is a contribution point. The contribution points are used to reward user identifications or organization identifications that make a significant contribution to the community management system 301.
The community management system 301 and blockchain system 302 may perform the point-to-point circulation method described below in the embodiment of fig. 4 to enable circulation of points among community members.
The integrating-flow method provided by the embodiment of the application is explained in detail below.
The recharging process and the presenting process of the common points in the user point account and the mechanism point account are described below:
normal integral recharge: the user identification can store common points in the user point account in a recharging mode, and the organization identification can store common points in the organization point account in a recharging mode.
Specifically, the community management system may receive a common points storage request, where the common points storage request carries a point account identifier and a first resource amount; transferring the resources of the first resource quantity in the resource account identified by the point account to a system resource account; determining a first common integral number corresponding to the first resource number; adding a first number of common points to the identified points account. The loyalty account identification is a user identification or an institution identification.
The normal points store request is for requesting that normal points be added to the points account identified by the points account. If the common point storage request is sent by a user terminal logged in with a user identifier, the point account identifier is the user identifier; if the common point storage request is sent by the institution terminal logged with the institution identification, the point account identification is the institution identification.
The resource account is an account for enabling access to a resource, which may be a resource having a circulation value. For example, the resource may be currency, in which case the resource account may be a bank account. The system resource account is a resource account of an organization to which the community management system belongs.
The first number of resources is the number of resources the points account identifies for redemption of the common points. The first number of common points is a number of common points that the resource of the first number of resources can redeem.
There may be a certain conversion rate between the number of resources and the number of normal credits, for example a conversion rate of 1:1 may be set, in which case the number of resources is the same as the number of normal credits. Of course, other conversion rates may be set, and may specifically be set according to service requirements, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
Notably, the community management system also has a system points account therein. The system points account is a points account of an organization to which the community management system belongs. In this case, the system administrator may recharge the system point account in advance, that is, add the normal points of the corresponding normal point number to the system point account as marketing investment according to the preset normal point number corresponding to the number of resources used for marketing.
The common integral is presented: the user identification can convert the common points in the user point accounts into corresponding resources in a presentity mode, and the organization identification can also convert the common points in the organization point accounts into corresponding resources in a presentity mode.
Specifically, the community management system receives a resource extraction request, wherein the resource extraction request carries a point account identifier and a second common point quantity; determining a second resource quantity corresponding to the second common integral quantity; transferring the resources of the second resource quantity in the system resource account to the resource account identified by the integral account; and reducing the common points of the second common point number in the point account identified by the point account. The loyalty account identification is a user identification or an institution identification.
The resource extraction request is for requesting conversion of the normal credits into corresponding resources. If the resource extraction request is sent by a user terminal logged in with a user identifier, the integral account identifier is the user identifier; if the resource extraction request is sent by the institution terminal logged with the institution identification, the account identification is the institution identification.
The second number of common points is the number of common points that the point account identifies for conversion to a resource. The second number of resources is the number of resources that can be converted by the second normal credit number.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an integrating-flow method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the method includes the following steps.
Step 401: the community management system collects contribution behavior data of user identifications and organization identifications belonging to the same community, wherein the user identifications can execute operations on the organizations identified by the organization identifications.
The contribution behavior data is related data for obtaining a contribution behavior of a general score. That is, the contribution behavior data of the user identification is related data that is executed in the community by the user identified by the user identification and that can obtain the contribution behavior of the general score. The contribution behavior data of the organization identification is related data of contribution behavior of the organization identification, which is executed in the community and can obtain common points. After the community performs the contribution behavior, the user identified by the user identification or the organization identified by the organization identification generates corresponding contribution behavior data.
The user identified by the user identifier and the organization identified by the organization identifier are in the same community, and the user identifier can perform an operation in the organization identified by the organization identifier, that is, the user identified by the user identifier can perform an operation in the organization identified by the organization identifier, where the operation may be sign-in, purchasing an item in the organization, browsing an item in the organization, and the like, and embodiments of the present application are not limited in this regard.
The user identification can execute contribution behaviors in the community management system and generate corresponding contribution behavior data; or the user identification can also execute contribution behaviors at the mechanism identified by the mechanism identification and generate corresponding contribution behavior data; or the user identified by the user identification can also execute contribution behaviors in the community and generate corresponding contribution behavior data.
The organization identification can execute contribution behaviors in the community management system and generate corresponding contribution behavior data; or the organization identified by the organization identification may also perform contribution behavior within the community and generate corresponding contribution behavior data.
Specifically, the community management system may collect contribution behavior data of the user identifier through the community service device, and/or collect contribution behavior data of the user identifier through a user terminal logged in with the user identifier. The community management system can collect contribution behavior data of the organization identification through the community service equipment and/or collect the contribution behavior data of the organization identification through the organization terminal logged in with the organization identification.
Some possible ways of collecting contribution behavior data of the user identity are described below:
In a first possible manner, the community management system may collect contribution behavior data of the user identity through the community service device. For example, the community service device may have a WiFi (WIRELESS FIDELITY ) probe function, when a user walks into the vicinity of the community service device and the WiFi function in the terminal with the user identifier logged in by the user is turned on, if the user performs the contribution, the community service device may collect contribution data of the user identifier through the probe, and send the contribution data to the community management system, so that the community management system may obtain the contribution data of the user identifier.
In a second possible manner, the community management system may collect contribution behavior data of a user identifier through a user terminal logged in with the user identifier. For example, a user uses a user identifier to execute a contribution action on a user terminal logged in with the user identifier, and after detecting that the contribution action is completed, the user terminal sends relevant contribution action data to the community management system, so that the community management system can acquire the contribution action data of the user identifier.
Optionally, the community management system may collect contribution behavior data of the user identifier in any one of the two possible manners, or may combine the two manners to collect contribution behavior data of the user identifier, so as to ensure accuracy of the collected contribution behavior data.
Of course, the community management system may collect contribution behavior data of the user identity in other ways, for example: the community management system can detect user behaviors through image recognition, unmanned aerial vehicle detection and other modes so as to collect contribution behavior data of user identification.
The manner in which the community management system collects the contribution behavior data of the organization identifier is similar to the manner in which the contribution behavior data of the user identifier is collected, and the embodiment of the application will not be repeated.
Step 402: and the community management system transfers common points among the user-identified user point account, the mechanism-identified mechanism point account and the system point account according to the collected contribution behavior data.
The user-identified user points account, the institution-identified institution points account, and the common points in the system points account may be transferable to each other.
After collecting certain contribution behavior data, the community management system transfers common points among a user point account identified by a user, an institution point account identified by an institution and a system point account according to the contribution behavior data.
Specifically, if the contribution behavior data is the credit acquired contribution behavior data of the user identifier, the contribution behavior data is acquired according to the credit of the user identifier, and the common credit in the institution credit account or the system credit account is transferred to the user credit account of the user identifier; if the contribution behavior data is the point consumption contribution behavior data of the user identification, transferring the common points in the user point account of the user identification to an institution point account or a system point account according to the point consumption contribution behavior data of the user identification; if the contribution behavior data is the credit acquired contribution behavior data of the organization identification, acquiring the contribution behavior data according to the credit of the organization identification, and transferring the common credit in the system credit account to the organization credit account of the organization identification; if the contribution behavior data is the integral consumption contribution behavior data of the organization identification, transferring the common integral in the organization integral account of the organization identification to a system integral account according to the integral consumption contribution behavior data of the organization identification.
The credit acquisition contribution behavior data of the user identifier corresponds to contribution behaviors performed by the user identifier for acquiring common credits. For example, the credit acquisition contribution behavior data may correspond to a consumption cashback behavior performed by the user identifier at the institution identified by the institution identifier, in which case, a common credit in the institution-credit account of the institution identifier is transferred to the user-credit account of the user identifier. Or the point acquisition contribution behavior data may correspond to an activity participation behavior executed by the user identifier in the community management system, where in this case, a common point in the system point account is transferred to the user point account of the user identifier.
The credit consumption contribution behavior data of the user identification corresponds to the contribution behavior performed by the user identification for consuming the common credit. For example, the credit consumption contribution behavior data may correspond to a consumption deduction behavior performed by the user identifier at the institution identified by the institution identifier, in which case a common credit in the user-identified user credit account is transferred to the institution credit account of the institution identifier. Or the credit consumption contribution behavior data may correspond to an activity registration behavior executed by the user identifier in the community management system, where a common credit in the user account of the user identifier is transferred to the system account.
The credit acquisition contribution behavior data of the institution identification corresponds to contribution behavior performed by the institution identification for acquiring a general credit. For example, the point acquisition contribution behavior data may correspond to an activity participation behavior performed by the organization identifier in the community management system, in which case, a common point in the system point account is transferred to the organization point account of the organization identifier.
The credit consumption contribution behavior data of the institution identification corresponds to the contribution behavior performed by the institution identification for consuming the general credit. For example, the credit consumption contribution behavior data may correspond to an activity registration behavior performed by the organization identifier in the community management system, in which case, a common credit in the organization-identified organization credit account is transferred to the system credit account.
Notably, transfer of common points between two user-identified user points accounts may also be performed. For example, the contribution behavior data of the user identifier corresponds to the contribution behavior (including but not limited to the actions of transferring, giving, service rewarding, etc.) that the user identifier performs to transfer the common points to another user identifier, and then the common points in the user account of the user identifier may be transferred to the user account of another user identifier according to the contribution behavior data.
Similarly, the transfer of common points between the two institution-identified institution-point accounts can also be performed. For example, the contribution behavior data of the organization identifier corresponds to the contribution behavior of the organization identifier for transferring the common points to another organization identifier, and then the common points in the organization identifier organization point account can be transferred to the organization point account of another organization identifier according to the contribution behavior data.
And each time the community management system collects one piece of contribution behavior data, transferring common points among the user point account of the user identification, the mechanism point account of the mechanism identification and the system point account according to the collected contribution behavior data. Specifically, the community management system may determine the corresponding common point transfer amount according to the contribution behavior data, and then perform transfer of the common points among the user point account identified by the user, the mechanism point account identified by the mechanism, and the system point account according to the common point transfer amount.
In some embodiments, the community management system may obtain the corresponding number of common score transitions from the correspondence between the behavior type, the behavior attribute, and the number of common score transitions according to the behavior type and the behavior attribute in the contribution behavior data.
The community management system can preset the corresponding relation between the behavior types, the behavior attributes and the common point transfer quantity, and the corresponding relation is used for reflecting the quantity of the common points which are transferred by the contribution behaviors of the various behavior types and the behavior attributes. Thus, after a certain user identifier or organization identifier executes a certain contribution behavior, the community management system can determine the corresponding common point transfer number from the corresponding relationship between the preset behavior type, behavior attribute and the common point transfer number according to the behavior type and behavior attribute of the contribution behavior (namely, the behavior type and behavior attribute in the contribution behavior data).
Step 403: every second time, the community management system instructs the blockchain system to issue contribution points for the blockchain account identified by the user and the blockchain account identified by the organization according to all contribution behavior data acquired in the second time.
The first duration may be preset, and the first duration may be set to be shorter, for example, the first duration may be set to be one day, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The first time period is a contribution score settlement period, i.e., at the end of each contribution score settlement period, the blockchain system issues a contribution score for the user identity and the organization identity based on the contribution behavior data of the user identity and the organization identity within the present contribution score settlement period.
The contribution points are used for rewarding user identification or organization identification which brings higher value to an organization to which the community management system belongs. The contribution points may be mapped to profits of the community management system and voting rights in the community management system, i.e. the contribution points may be used to obtain part of profits of the community management system, and may also be used to participate in voting of the community management, the number of the owned contribution points may be associated with the number of the owned votes. For example, a contribution score may correspond to a ticket, with the greater the contribution score, the greater the number of tickets owned by the user and institution identifications, and the greater the corresponding decision rights.
Every second duration, the community management system indicates the blockchain system to issue contribution points for the blockchain account identified by the user and the blockchain account identified by the organization, so that the user can be stimulated to actively generate contribution behaviors, the user participates in community construction, the attribution sense and the recognition sense of community members are enhanced, and the ecological value of the community management system is improved.
The community management system can acquire user operation data of the mechanism identifications in a first time period every other first time period, wherein the user operation data comprises all user identifications corresponding to the mechanism identifications and operation data of each user identification in the mechanism identified by the mechanism identifications and other mechanisms; and according to the user operation data of the organization identification, indicating the blockchain system to issue contribution points for the blockchain account of the organization identification.
The user operational data of the facility identification may represent traffic contributions made by the facility identified by the facility identification to community development.
Optionally, the community management system may send a contribution score issuing request to the blockchain system at intervals of a first time period, where the contribution score issuing request carries a plurality of user identifiers and a plurality of organization identifiers that have performed contribution actions in the first time period, contribution action data of each user identifier in the plurality of user identifiers, and contribution action data of each organization identifier in the plurality of organization identifiers, so as to instruct the blockchain system to issue contribution scores for the blockchain account corresponding to each user identifier in the plurality of user identifiers and the blockchain account corresponding to each organization identifier in the plurality of organization identifiers. In some embodiments, the contribution points issuance request may also carry user operation data for each of the plurality of institution identifications.
Step 404: every second duration, the blockchain system acquires a plurality of contribution behavior data acquired in the second duration from the community management system.
The plurality of contribution behavior data includes a plurality of user identifications and a plurality of organization identifications belonging to a same community, the plurality of contribution behavior data being used to make transfers of common points between a user points account for each of the plurality of user identifications, an organization points account for each of the plurality of organization identifications, and a system points account.
Optionally, the blockchain system receives a contribution score issuing request sent by the community management system, where the contribution score issuing request carries a plurality of user identifiers and a plurality of organization identifiers that have performed contribution behaviors in a first duration, contribution behavior data of each user identifier in the plurality of user identifiers, and contribution behavior data of each organization identifier in the plurality of organization identifiers, so that the blockchain system can acquire the plurality of contribution behavior data. The blockchain system may further obtain user operation data for each of the plurality of organization identifications if the contribution score issuance request also carries the user operation data for each of the plurality of organization identifications.
Step 405: the blockchain system determines the contribution of each user identity and the contribution of each organization identity according to the plurality of contribution behavior data.
The contribution degree of a certain user identifier is used for reflecting the proportion of the value brought by the user identifier for the organization to which the community management system belongs after the contribution behavior is executed in the first time period in the total value brought by all the user identifiers for the organization to which the community management system belongs after the contribution behavior is executed in the first time period.
The contribution degree of a certain organization identifier is used for reflecting the proportion of the value brought by the organization identifier to the organization to which the community management system belongs after the contribution behavior is executed in the first time period in the total value brought by all organization identifiers to the organization to which the community management system belongs after the contribution behavior is executed in the first time period.
Specifically, the blockchain system may determine a contribution degree of each user identifier according to contribution behavior data of each user identifier in the plurality of user identifiers; user operation data of each of the plurality of organization identifications is obtained from the community management system, and the contribution degree of each organization identification is determined according to the contribution behavior data and the user operation data of each of the plurality of organization identifications.
In this case, the contribution degree of the user identification is reflected on the contribution behavior made by the user identification. The contribution degree of the organization identification is reflected in the contribution behavior made by the organization identification and the flow contribution made for community development.
The operation of determining the contribution degree of each user identifier by the blockchain system according to the contribution behavior data of each user identifier in the plurality of user identifiers may be: determining a contribution score of a target user identifier according to the contribution behavior data of the target user identifier, wherein the target user identifier is one user identifier in the plurality of user identifiers; dividing the contribution score of the target user identifier by a first contribution total score to obtain the contribution degree of the target user identifier, wherein the first contribution total score is the sum of the contribution scores of the plurality of user identifiers.
The contribution score of the target user identifier is used for reflecting the value brought to the organization to which the community management system belongs after the contribution behavior of the target user identifier is executed. Thus, dividing the contribution score of the target user identifier by the first contribution total score may obtain the contribution degree of the target user identifier, i.e. obtain the proportion of the value brought by the target user identifier in the total value brought by the plurality of user identifiers.
The operation of the blockchain system for determining the contribution score of the target user identifier according to the contribution behavior data of the target user identifier may be: acquiring a contribution score corresponding to each piece of contribution behavior data in at least one piece of contribution behavior data of a target user identification; accumulating the contribution scores corresponding to the at least one contribution behavior data of the target user identification to obtain the contribution scores of the target user identification.
The contribution score corresponding to a certain contribution behavior data is used for reflecting the value which can be brought by the contribution behavior corresponding to the contribution behavior data to the organization to which the community management system belongs. Therefore, the contribution scores corresponding to the at least one contribution behavior data of the target user identifier are accumulated, so that the contribution score of the target user identifier can be obtained, namely, the value brought to the organization to which the community management system belongs after the target user identifier executes the at least one contribution behavior is obtained.
For ease of description, any one of the at least one contribution behavior data of the target user identification is referred to as target contribution behavior data. The operation of the blockchain system for obtaining the contribution scores corresponding to the target contribution behavior data of the target user identifier can be realized in the following ways:
The first way is: and the blockchain system acquires the contribution score corresponding to the target contribution behavior data from the corresponding relation between the behavior type and the contribution score according to the behavior type in the target contribution behavior data identified by the target user.
The blockchain system can preset a corresponding relation between the behavior types and the contribution scores, wherein the corresponding relation is used for reflecting the value which can be brought by the contribution behaviors of various behavior types to the organization to which the community management system belongs. Thus, after a certain user identifier executes a certain contribution behavior, the blockchain system can determine a corresponding contribution score from a preset corresponding relation between the behavior type and the contribution score according to the behavior type of the contribution behavior (namely, the behavior type in the contribution behavior data).
For example, if the behavior type in the target contribution behavior data identified by the target user is "publication", the contribution score corresponding to the behavior type "publication" may be obtained as 3 in the correspondence between the behavior type and the contribution score as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Behavior type Contribution score
Purchasing an item 5
Filling out a questionnaire 3
Sign-in 1
Publication articles 3
…… ……
In the embodiment of the present application, the correspondence between the behavior types and the contribution scores shown in table 1 is merely described as an example, and table 1 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The second way is: and the blockchain system acquires the contribution score corresponding to the target contribution behavior data from the corresponding relation among the behavior type, the behavior attribute and the contribution score according to the behavior type and the behavior attribute in the target contribution behavior data identified by the target user.
The blockchain system can preset the corresponding relation among the behavior types, the behavior attributes and the contribution scores, and the corresponding relation is used for reflecting the value which can be brought by the contribution behaviors of various behavior types and behavior attributes to the organization to which the community management system belongs. Thus, after a certain user identifier executes a certain contribution action, the blockchain system can determine a corresponding contribution score according to the action type and the action attribute of the contribution action (namely, the action type and the action attribute in the contribution action data) from the corresponding relation among the preset action type, the action attribute and the contribution score.
For example, the behavior type in the target contribution behavior data identified by the target user is "purchase article" and the behavior attribute is "transaction amount 100", and then the contribution score corresponding to the behavior type "publication article" and the behavior attribute "transaction amount 100" may be obtained as 10 in the correspondence relationship between the behavior type, the behavior attribute and the contribution score as shown in table 2. In table 2, for the type of behavior of purchasing an item, the contribution scores are divided into a plurality of levels according to the transaction amounts to encourage the user to purchase the item; for this type of behavior of filling out a questionnaire, the contribution scores are classified into a plurality of levels according to the quality of the content to encourage the user to carefully fill out the questionnaire.
TABLE 2
In the embodiment of the present application, the correspondence between the behavior types, the behavior attributes, and the contribution scores shown in table 2 is merely described as an example, and table 2 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
Wherein, the blockchain system determines the contribution degree of each organization identifier according to the contribution behavior data and the user operation data of each organization identifier in the plurality of organization identifiers: determining a contribution score of a target institution identification, which is one of the plurality of institution identifications, according to the contribution behavior data of the target institution identification and the user operation data; dividing the contribution score of the target institution identification by a second contribution total score, which is the sum of the contribution scores of the plurality of institution identifications, to obtain the contribution degree of the target institution identification.
The contribution score of the target organization identifier is used for reflecting the value brought by the organization to which the community management system belongs after the target organization identifier executes the contribution behavior and makes traffic contribution to the community development. Thus, dividing the contribution score of the target institution identification by the second contribution total score may result in a contribution degree of the target institution identification, i.e. a specific gravity of the value brought by the target institution identification in the total value brought by the plurality of institution identifications.
The operation of the blockchain system for determining the contribution score of the target organization identifier according to the contribution behavior data of the target organization identifier and the user operation data may be: determining a first contribution score of the target institution identification according to the contribution behavior data of the target institution identification; determining a second contribution score of the target institution identification according to the user operation data of the target institution identification; and adding the first contribution score and the second contribution score of the target institution identification to obtain the contribution score of the target institution identification.
The operation of determining the first contribution score of the target mechanism identifier by the blockchain system according to the contribution behavior data of the target mechanism identifier is similar to the operation of determining the contribution score of the target user identifier by the blockchain system according to the contribution behavior data of the target user identifier, which is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present application.
Wherein the operation of the blockchain system to determine the second contribution score of the target organization identifier based on the user operation data of the target organization identifier may be: the blockchain system can determine a first score according to the number of user identifications in user operation data of the target organization identification, determine a second score according to operation data of the organization identified by the user identification in the target organization identification in the user operation data, determine a third score according to operation data of the user identifications in other organizations in the user operation data, and add the first score, the second score and the third score to obtain a second contribution score of the target organization identification.
Step 406: the blockchain system transfers the contribution points in the system blockchain accounts to each user-identified blockchain account and each organization-identified blockchain account according to the contribution degree of each user-identified contribution degree and the contribution degree of each organization-identified contribution degree.
Specifically, for each user identifier, multiplying the contribution degree of the user identifier by a first preset number by the blockchain system to obtain a first sending number, and transferring the contribution points of the first sending number in the blockchain account of the first system to the blockchain account of the user identifier; for each organization identifier, the blockchain system multiplies the second preset number by the contribution degree of the organization identifier to obtain a second issuing number, and transfers the contribution points of the second issuing number in the second system blockchain account to the blockchain account of the organization identifier.
The first preset number and the second preset number may both be preset. The blockchain system may set the first preset number and the second preset number according to the actual service requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The number of contribution points initially set in the first and second system blockchain accounts is a fixed number. The contribution points in the first system blockchain account are used to transfer to the user-identified blockchain account and the contribution points in the second system blockchain account are used to transfer to the organization-identified blockchain account. The blockchain system may divide a fixed number of contribution points into two parts in advance according to a certain proportion, one part is added to the first system blockchain account, and the other part is added to the second system blockchain account, for example, the contribution points may be divided according to a ratio of 1:1, or the contribution points may be divided according to other proportions, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. When the contribution points in the first and second system blockchain accounts continue to issue to 0, the contribution points may be added to the first and second system blockchain accounts as appropriate.
In some embodiments, the blockchain system may also issue resources for the user identification or the organization identification based on the number of contribution points in the blockchain account for a second time period. Specifically, the blockchain system acquires the resource increment quantity of the organization to which the community management system belongs in the second time period every second time period; multiplying the resource increment quantity by a preset proportion to obtain the total quantity of resource release; and distributing the total resource distribution amount of resources to user identifiers or mechanism identifiers corresponding to all blockchain accounts with contribution points according to the number of the contribution points owned by each blockchain account in all blockchain accounts with the contribution points.
The second time period may be set in advance, for example, the second time period may be set to one day, one month, one year, or the like. The second time period is a resource settlement period, i.e., at the end of each resource settlement period, the blockchain system issues resources for the user identification or the organization identification based on the number of contribution points owned by the user identification or the organization identification.
The increased number of resources of the organization to which the community management system belongs in the second time period is used for indicating profits which the organization to which the community management system belongs in the second time period, wherein the profits are related to contribution actions performed by the user identification and the organization identification. For example, the profit may be expressed as an increase in market value of an organization to which the community management system belongs, that is, a total value of stocks obtained by multiplying a market price of each stock of the organization to which the community management system belongs by a total number of issued stocks, and of course, the profit may also be expressed as an increase in resources in other aspects, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
The preset proportion may be set in advance, for example, the preset proportion may be set to 10%.
In this case, a part of profits obtained by the organization to which the community management system belongs in the second time period are distributed to all the user identifiers and the organization identifiers with contribution points, so that the user and the organization can own the bonus brought by the ecological value increase of the community management system, and the adhesiveness among the user, the organization and the community management system is increased.
Optionally, the operation of the blockchain system to issue the total amount of resource issued to the user identifier or the organization identifier corresponding to all blockchain accounts having contribution points according to the number of contribution points owned by each blockchain account in all blockchain accounts having contribution points may be: dividing the total resource distribution amount by the total amount of contribution points in all the blockchain accounts to obtain a target amount, multiplying the total amount of the contribution points in each blockchain account by the target amount to obtain a resource distribution amount corresponding to the user identifier or the mechanism identifier corresponding to the blockchain account, and distributing resources of the corresponding resource distribution amount to the user identifier or the mechanism identifier corresponding to the blockchain account.
In some embodiments, the community management system may also initiate votes for community treatments. The community management system may send the vote to the user identity or organization identity that owns the contribution points. That is, only the user or organization identity that has a contribution score has the voting rights for community administration. The number of owned contribution points may be associated with the number of owned tickets. For example, a contribution score may correspond to a ticket, with the greater the contribution score, the greater the number of tickets owned by the user and institution identifications, and the greater the corresponding decision rights.
In some embodiments, the community management system may also enable redemption of the contribution points from the common points. Specifically, the community management system may receive a common point exchange request, where the common point exchange request carries a point account identifier and a contribution point number; and determining a third common point quantity corresponding to the contribution point quantity, wherein the point account identification is a user identification or an organization identification. The community management system instructs the blockchain system to reduce the contribution points of the number of contribution points from the blockchain account identified by the points account, and then the community management system adds the common points of the third number of common points to the points account identified by the points account.
When the community management system instructs the blockchain system to reduce the contribution credit of the number of contribution credits from the blockchain account identified by the credit account, the blockchain system may be instructed to transfer the contribution credit of the number of contribution credits in the blockchain account identified by the credit account to the system blockchain account.
The conversion rate between the contribution integral number and the common integral number may be a conversion rate of 1:10, or of course, may be set to other conversion rates, specifically may be set according to the service requirement, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the blockchain system may also set a lock period for the contribution points, after which the blockchain system buys back the contribution points in the blockchain account of the user or organization identifier, i.e., the contribution points in the blockchain account of the user or organization identifier may be exchanged with certain resources. In this case, the blockchain system may issue resources for the user identification or the organization identification, and then transfer all of the contribution points in the blockchain account of the user identification or the organization identification to the system blockchain account to realize the buyback of the contribution points.
In some embodiments, the community management system may further collect bad behavior data of the user identifier and the organization identifier, reduce a number of common points in a user point account of the user identifier according to the bad behavior data of the user identifier, and instruct the blockchain system to reduce a number of contributing points in a blockchain account of the user identifier; reducing the number of common credits in the organization's identified blockchain account based on the organization's identified bad behavioral data, and instructing the blockchain system to reduce the number of contributing credits in the organization's identified blockchain account.
The bad behavior data corresponds to bad behaviors that reduce common scores and contributing scores, and may include bad behavior types, bad behavior generation times, and the like. The bad behavior is a behavior of destroying the development of the community, for example, the bad behavior may be the destruction of community public facilities, etc.
Alternatively, the community management system may collect adverse behavior data of the user identification through the community service equipment. For example, the community service device may have an image acquisition and face recognition function, and when a user generates bad behavior in the community, the community service device may identify a user identifier and acquire bad behavior data of the user identifier, and send the bad behavior data of the user identifier to the community management system, so that the community management system acquires the bad behavior data of the user identifier. Of course, the community management system may collect the bad behavior data of the user identifier in other manners, for example, may collect the bad behavior data of the user identifier in a manner of unmanned aerial vehicle detection, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Alternatively, the community management system may collect adverse behavior data of the organization identifier through the organization terminal logged with the organization identifier. For example, a certain organization identifier performs a bad behavior on an organization terminal registered with the organization identifier, and after the organization terminal detects the bad behavior, the organization terminal sends the bad behavior data of the organization identifier to the community management system, so that the community management system can acquire the bad behavior data of the organization identifier. Of course, the community management system may collect the bad behavior data of the organization identifier in other manners, for example, may collect the bad behavior data of the organization identifier in the manners of image recognition, unmanned aerial vehicle detection, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The community management system can be provided with a corresponding relation among bad behavior types, common score reduction amounts and contribution score reduction amounts, so that after the bad behavior data are acquired, the corresponding common score reduction amounts and contribution score reduction amounts can be acquired from the corresponding relation according to the behavior types in the bad behavior data, then the corresponding common score reduction amounts can be reduced from the score accounts, and the blockchain system is instructed to reduce the contribution scores of the corresponding contribution score reduction amounts from the blockchain accounts.
In the embodiment of the application, a community management system collects contribution behavior data of user identifications and mechanism identifications belonging to the same community, and then transfers common points among a user point account of the user identifications, a mechanism point account of the mechanism identifications and a system point account according to the collected contribution behavior data. And then, the community management system instructs the blockchain system to issue contribution points for the blockchain accounts identified by the user and the blockchain accounts identified by the organization according to all contribution behavior data acquired in the first time period at intervals of the first time period. In this way, in the community, the user and the organization can use the points by executing the contribution behaviors and obtain the contribution points in the blockchain system, so that the user and the organization in the community can be stimulated to actively participate in the community construction, and the long-acting development of the community is facilitated. And through circulation of common points in the community management system and distribution of contribution points in the blockchain system, the application scene of the points can be widened, and the flexibility of the point application is greatly improved.
