classifying the food materials in the purchase request form according to suppliers and generating corresponding purchase orders;
and sending the purchase order to a corresponding supplier for purchase.
In the embodiment, when a purchase order is generated, since the suppliers of different food materials may be different, in order to more efficiently send the order and enable a user to know the food material purchase source clearly, the food materials in the purchase request form are automatically classified and split according to the suppliers to obtain purchase orders with the same number as the suppliers, and the generated purchase orders are respectively sent to the affiliated suppliers to be purchased, so that accurate and efficient ordering and purchasing are realized, and an efficient and convenient digital intelligent purchase channel is provided for the restaurant food material purchase.
According to the method embodiment, the digital intelligent catering purchasing method provided by the invention can be used for automatically calculating the purchasing amount by combining the inventory list, the menu plan and the dish sales data, realizing digital and intelligent on-demand purchasing, effectively improving the food material purchasing efficiency by a digital informatization purchasing mode, reducing the inventory overstock as much as possible, and avoiding the problems of food material waste, cost increase and the like.
It should be noted that, a certain order does not necessarily exist between the above steps, and those skilled in the art can understand, according to the description of the embodiments of the present invention, that in different embodiments, the above steps may have different execution orders, that is, may be executed in parallel, may also be executed interchangeably, and the like.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a digital intelligent purchasing device for catering, as shown in fig. 2, the device 1 includes:
the data acquisition module 11 is used for acquiring the current inventory list, menu plan and dish sales information of the restaurant requisition;
the purchasing calculation module 12 is used for calculating and outputting purchasing details according to the inventory list, the menu plan and the dish sales volume information according to a preset purchasing scheme;
the submitting module 13 is used for generating a corresponding purchase request form according to the purchase details and submitting the purchase request form for examination and approval;
and the order sending module 14 is configured to generate a purchase order according to the purchase request form and send the purchase order to a corresponding supplier for purchase when the approval pass instruction is received.
The data acquisition module 11, the purchasing calculation module 12, the submitting module 13 and the order sending module 14 are connected in sequence, the modules referred to in the present invention refer to a series of computer program instruction segments capable of completing specific functions, and are more suitable for describing the execution process of the digital catering intelligent purchasing device than programs, and the specific implementation of each module refers to the corresponding method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a digital catering intelligent purchasing system, which may be a mobile terminal, a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a server, and other computing devices, as shown in fig. 3, the system 10 includes:
one or more processors 110 and a memory 120, where one processor 110 is illustrated in fig. 3, the processor 110 and the memory 120 may be connected by a bus or other means, and the connection by the bus is illustrated in fig. 3.
The memory 120 is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions corresponding to the digital intelligent food purchasing method in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 110 executes various functional applications and data processing of the system 10 by executing the nonvolatile software programs, instructions and units stored in the memory 120, that is, the digital intelligent catering purchasing method in the above method embodiment is implemented.
The memory 120 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the system 10, and the like. Further, the memory 120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 120 optionally includes memory located remotely from processor 110, which may be connected to system 10 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more units are stored in memory 120 and, when executed by one or more processors 110, perform the digital catering intelligence procurement method in any of the method embodiments described above, e.g., performing method steps S100-S400 in fig. 1 described above.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for execution by one or more processors, e.g., to perform method steps S100-S400 of fig. 1 described above.
By way of example, non-volatile storage media can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically erasable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in many forms such as Synchronous RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM, (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchlink DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DRRAM). The disclosed memory components or memory of the operating environment described herein are intended to comprise one or more of these and/or any other suitable types of memory.
In summary, in the digital intelligent purchasing method, device, system and medium for catering disclosed by the invention, the method obtains the current inventory list, menu plan and dish sales information of the restaurant requesting for purchase; calculating and outputting purchasing details according to the inventory list, the menu plan and the dish sales information and a preset purchasing scheme; generating a corresponding purchase application form according to the purchase details and submitting the purchase application form for examination and approval; and when an approval passing instruction is received, generating a purchase order according to the purchase request form and sending the purchase order to a corresponding supplier for purchase. According to the embodiment of the invention, the purchasing amount is automatically calculated by combining the inventory list, the menu plan and the dish sales data, so that digital and intelligent on-demand purchasing is realized, the food material purchasing efficiency is effectively improved by a digital informatization purchasing mode, the inventory overstock is reduced as much as possible, and the problems of food material waste, cost increase and the like are avoided.
The above-described embodiments are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A digital intelligent catering purchasing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the current inventory list, menu plan and dish sales information of the restaurant requisition;
calculating and outputting purchasing details according to the inventory list, the menu plan and the dish sales information and a preset purchasing scheme;
generating a corresponding purchase application form according to the purchase details and submitting the purchase application form for examination and approval;
and when an approval passing instruction is received, generating a purchase order according to the purchase request form and sending the purchase order to a corresponding supplier for purchase.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein before obtaining the current inventory, menu plan and dish sales information of the restaurant requesting for purchase, the method further comprises:
and receiving basic purchase request information input by a user.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the current inventory, menu plan and dish sales information of the restaurant requesting for purchase comprises:
acquiring the restaurant name and the purchasing period of the purchasing restaurant according to the purchasing basic information;
inquiring the current inventory list of the restaurant to be bought according to the name of the restaurant;
and acquiring and executing a pre-established menu plan according to the purchasing period, and inquiring the dish sales information of the purchase requesting restaurant in a preset time period.
4. The intelligent purchasing method for digital catering according to claim 1, wherein before calculating and outputting purchasing details according to the inventory list, the menu plan and the dish sales information according to a preset purchasing scheme, the method further comprises:
when a purchasing guide instruction input by a user is received, detecting the type of the purchasing guide currently selected by the user;
and acquiring a corresponding preset purchasing scheme according to the currently selected purchasing guide type.
5. The intelligent digital catering purchasing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating and outputting purchasing details according to the inventory list, the menu plan and the dish sales information according to a preset purchasing scheme comprises the following steps:
calculating the required quantity of each dish according to the preset purchasing scheme according to the menu plan and the dish sales information;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining food material composition information of each dish, classifying and summarizing food materials according to the food material composition information and the required quantity of each dish, and outputting a food material net material sum;
calculating the sum of raw materials of the food materials according to the preset net material rate of each food material and the sum of the net materials of the food materials;
and calculating and outputting purchasing details according to the food material gross sum and the inventory list.
6. The intelligent purchasing method for digital catering according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the purchasing guide types include purchasing by stock inventory index, purchasing by restaurant demand, purchasing by sales volume and purchasing by replenishment analysis.
7. The digital catering intelligent purchasing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating a purchasing order according to the purchasing request form and sending the purchasing order to a corresponding supplier for purchasing comprises the following steps:
classifying the food materials in the purchase request form according to suppliers and generating corresponding purchase orders;
and sending the purchase order to a corresponding supplier for purchase.

10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the digital intelligent dining purchasing method of any one of claims 1-7.
