Abstract
The invention discloses an ECU (electronic control unit) flashing system and a flashing method thereof, wherein the system comprises a power supply, an ECU data flashing wire harness, ECU data flashing equipment and an ECU (electronic control unit), the power supply is connected with the ECU data flashing equipment and the ECU through the ECU data flashing wire harness, the ECU data flashing wire harness comprises a flashing interface circuit and a protection circuit, the flashing interface circuit is used for connecting the power supply with the ECU data flashing equipment and the ECU, the protection circuit is arranged between the power supply and the ECU data flashing equipment and the ECU and is used for preventing the ECU data flashing equipment or the ECU from being burnt out due to overlarge output current of the power supply, and the ECU data flashing equipment is used for flashing the ECU data into the ECU. The invention has the advantages of exquisite and convenient structure, convenient use and carrying, good applicability and high safety, can enable a user to easily realize the brushing operation of ECU data in an office, lightens the workload of the user, greatly improves the working efficiency, reduces the dependence on conditions such as fields and the like.

Technical Field

Background
In a calibration test in a product development stage, a calibration engineer often needs to write different ECU data according to different test requirements. Before that, the ECU data is brushed only by connecting the ECU to an engine stand or a whole vehicle through the engine stand or the whole vehicle. The ECU data brushing on the rack is limited by the conditions of a field, a rack power supply and the like, so that more preliminary preparation work is caused, the time consumption is long, the normal rack test is delayed, and the working efficiency is low; moreover, the ECU is brushed on the whole vehicle, so that the whole vehicle is limited by vehicle resources, space and the like, the operation difficulty is high, and the use is inconvenient.
Traditional ECU fast flash equipment takes ECU off from the whole car, then carries out ECU data flash with ECU and computer lug connection through the ECU pencil, and the following problem exists when this type of ECU data flash equipment realizes quick, convenient flash: firstly, 220V commercial power is mostly adopted as a power supply, and when the fluctuation of a power grid is large or a circuit is short-circuited, an ECU is burnt out due to overlarge current; secondly, in dry weather, chemical fiber clothes worn by an operator and a human body are rubbed to generate electricity, shoes are dry and insulated from the ground, charges generated by rubbing are accumulated on the operator to form a large capacitor capable of walking, the voltage between the human body and the ground is higher and higher along with the increase of the charges, and when the ECU is used for brushing and writing, if the ECU is not insulated from the ground, the high voltage of several kilovolts is applied to components inside the ECU by the interface leads when the operator directly touches or touches a wire harness or pins through an instrument tool by hands, so that the ECU is damaged.

the ECU data flashing device is used for flashing ECU data into the ECU, and the ECU is used for receiving and storing the ECU data from the ECU data flashing device.
The flash interface circuit comprises a power interface, an OBD interface, an ECU interface and connecting wires among the three interfaces, wherein the power interface is used for connecting a power supply and supplying power to the ECU data flash system; the OBD interface is used for being connected with the ECU data flashing device, is responsible for communication between the ECU data flashing device and other components in the system and supplies power to the ECU data flashing device; the ECU interface is used for connecting an ECU which needs to write data in a flashing mode.
The protection circuit comprises a power adapter, a main relay and a fuse box, wherein the input end of the power adapter is connected with a power supply, the output end of the power adapter is connected with a power interface, the power interface is connected with the ECU and the ECU data writing equipment through the main relay and the fuse box, and provides power supply and ignition signals for the ECU and the ECU data writing equipment to realize communication between the ECU and the ECU data writing equipment; the main relay is used for providing 12V positive electrode power for the ECU; four mutually independent fuses are arranged in the fuse box and are respectively used for protecting an ECU positive electrode, an ECU normal electricity, an ECU ignition electricity and an OBD interface power supply, and the ECU or ECU data writing equipment is prevented from being burnt out due to overlarge power output current.
Preferably, the power supply is 220V alternating current power supply.
Preferably, the power adapter is a 220V AC-12V DC power adapter, and is used for converting a 220V alternating current power supply into a 12V direct current power supply.
An ECU data flashing method adopts the ECU flashing system in the technical scheme to flash data of an ECU, and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: storing ECU data needing to be written into an SD card of ECU data writing equipment, and inserting the SD card into the ECU data writing equipment;

when the calibration engineer swipes ECU data, the calibration engineer does not need to run onto an engine rack to wait for idle time of the rack or coordinate whole vehicle resources, and can easily finish ECU data swiping in the office, so that the preparation and waiting time is greatly reduced, the time of occupying the engine rack or a whole vehicle test is avoided, and the working comfort level is improved while the working efficiency is improved;
the invention has good applicability, all the components of the invention are connected by interfaces, and the power adapter and the ECU interface model can be correspondingly replaced according to the ECU model of the actual data to be flashed, thereby the invention is suitable for the ECU data flashing of various engines;
the safety device has higher safety, the main relay and the fuse box are arranged between the power interface and the ECU data writing equipment, so that the stability of the power supply current of the ECU and the ECU data writing equipment can be ensured under the condition of larger power supply fluctuation, and meanwhile, the fuse box can avoid the risk of ECU damage caused by short circuit or static electricity during writing operation of a power supply circuit.

the power supply 5 is connected with the ECU data flashing device 3 and the ECU4 through the ECU data flashing wire harness 1 and is used for supplying power to the whole ECU flashing system;
as shown in fig. 2, the ECU data flashing wire harness 1 includes a flashing interface line for connecting the power supply 5 with the ECU data flashing device 3 and the ECU4, and a protection line provided between the power supply 5 and the ECU data flashing device 3 and the ECU4 for preventing the ECU data flashing device 3 or the ECU4 from being burned out by an excessive output current of the power supply 5;
the ECU data flashing device 3 is configured to flash ECU data into the ECU4, and the ECU4 is configured to receive and store ECU data from the ECU data flashing device 3.
The flash interface circuit comprises a power interface 101, an OBD interface 104, an ECU interface 105 and connecting wires among the three interfaces, wherein the power interface 101 is used for connecting a power supply 5 and supplying power to the ECU data flash system; the OBD interface 104 is used for connecting the ECU data flashing device 3, and is responsible for communication between the ECU data flashing device 3 and other components in the system and supplying power to the ECU data flashing device 3; the ECU interface 105 is used to connect the ECU4 for data to be flashed.
The protection circuit comprises a power adapter 2, a main relay 102 and a fuse box 103, wherein the input end of the power adapter 2 is connected with a power supply 5, the output end of the power adapter 2 is connected with a power interface 101, the power interface 101 is connected with an ECU4 and ECU data writing equipment 3 through the main relay 102 and the fuse box 103, power supply and ignition signals are provided for the ECU4 and the ECU data writing equipment 3, and communication between the ECU4 and the ECU data writing equipment 3 is realized; the main relay 102 is used for providing 12V positive electrode power for the ECU 4; four mutually independent fuses are arranged in the fuse box 103 and are respectively used for protecting the ECU positive electrode, the ECU normal electricity, the ECU ignition electricity and the OBD interface power supply, and the ECU4 or the ECU data writing device 3 is prevented from being burnt out by overlarge output current of the power supply 5.
Preferably, the power supply 5 is a 220V ac power supply.
Preferably, the power adapter is a 220V AC-12V DC power adapter, and is used for converting a 220V alternating current power supply into a 12V direct current power supply.
Preferably, according to the ECU model of the actual data required to be written, the ECU interface model and the power adapter can be correspondingly replaced so as to meet the ECU data writing requirements of various engines.
