The inner wall of the fixed connection pipe 51 of the sealing bucket 5 is provided with internal threads which can be fine threads; the outer wall of the lower end of the sleeve 32 is provided with external threads corresponding to the internal threads of the fixed connection pipe 51, and the external threads can be fine threads, so that the sealing bucket 5 can be fixed with the control handle 3 in a threaded manner. The vertical movement of the seal bucket 5 on the screw portion 13 is controlled by the control handle 3, and the height of the seal bucket 5 is adjusted twice.
It can be understood that when the transmission rod 1 reaches the maximum descending height and the control handle 3 is positioned at the highest screw connection position, the lower end face of the sealing hopper 5 can not form a stable abutting joint effect with the outer ring part of the bottom wall of the dewatering bin 6, and the sealing effect is unstable; can carry out the secondary adjustment to the spiro union position of control handle 3 for sealed lower terminal surface of fighting 5 forms stable butt laminating effect with the outer loop portion of 6 diapalls of dehydration bin, and sealed effect is stable. By means of the secondary adjustment, potential safety hazards caused by abnormal operation when the motor drives the rotating disc 21 can be avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and 8, a water outlet member 7 is disposed below the dewatering bin 6 for receiving water flowing out from the water leakage hole 61. The water outlet member 7 comprises a water outlet pipe 71 and a butt joint part 72, the butt joint part 72 comprises a supporting seat and a funnel, a butt joint groove is formed in the upper end face of the supporting seat and used for installing the bottom of the dewatering bin 6 in a butt joint mode, the lower end opening of the butt joint groove is fixedly connected with the upper end opening of the funnel, the diameter of the upper end opening of the funnel can be the same as that of the dewatering bin 6, and liquid flowing out of the water leakage hole 61 can be received in a butt joint mode; the lower end of the funnel is fixedly connected with the water outlet pipe 71, so that the liquid flowing out of the water leakage hole 61 on the bottom wall of the dewatering bin 6 can be discharged from the water outlet pipe 71.
It can be understood that the supporting seat lower end face can be provided with a plurality of supporting legs around the funnel, and supporting legs evenly distributed and length are unanimous for the basic height of lifting dehydration bin 6 ensures that dehydration bin 6 can accurate dock with sealed 5 of fighting.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water collecting piece 8 is arranged right below the water outlet pipe 71, and the side wall of the water collecting piece 8 is provided with scales, so that the discharged water amount can be directly read.
Based on the embodiment of the invention, in the practical application process:
firstly, the positions of the sealing bucket 5 and the wet weight frame 4 are moved downwards through the lifting device to sink into the dewatering bin 6, the lower end face of the sealing bucket 5 is abutted against the outer annular part of the bottom wall of the dewatering bin 6 to form a sealing effect, and slurry water and constant temperature water above the sealing bucket 5 cannot leak downwards through the water leakage hole 61 in the middle of the bottom wall of the dewatering bin 6.
The temperature of the water in the thermostat 9 may be set to 20 ℃ by the console 93, and the temperature of the water in the thermostat 9 may be heated by the heating pipe 94. After the water temperature reaches the preset temperature, the valve 92 can be opened, the constant temperature water is injected into the dewatering bin 6 through the water pipe 91, and the injection amount can be adjusted according to the actual capacity of the dewatering bin 6.
And then, the slurry to be detected is put into the dewatering bin 6, and the standing and waiting time can be determined according to the actual requirement. The positions of the wet weight frame 4 and the seal hopper 5 are moved up by the lifting device to perform dehydration. The lower terminal surface of sealed fill 5 highly rises in dehydration storehouse 6, has the gap between the lower terminal surface of sealed fill 5 and the outer loop portion of 6 diapalls in dehydration storehouse, and the water of thermostatted water, detection thick liquids can directly flow downwards, through leaking hole 61 downflow to collect in water-collecting member 8.

The device for detecting the pulp of the tobacco sheets in the papermaking method is characterized by comprising a lifting device, a wet heavy frame (4), a sealing hopper (5), a dewatering bin (6) and a constant temperature device (9), wherein a mounting hole (41) is formed in the center of the wet heavy frame (4), so that the wet heavy frame (4) can be sleeved on the neck of the sealing hopper (5) from the upper end of the sealing hopper (5); the upper end of the sealing hopper (5) is connected with the output end of the lifting device, the sealing hopper (5), the wet weight frame (4) and the dewatering bin (6) are coaxially arranged, so that the lower end face of the sealing hopper (5) can be butted and attached to the outer ring part of the bottom wall of the dewatering bin (6), and a water leakage hole (61) in the central part of the bottom wall of the dewatering bin (6) is sealed; the water outlet of the constant temperature device (9) is communicated with the upper part of the dewatering bin (6), so that constant temperature water injected into the dewatering bin (6) by the constant temperature device (9) can be accumulated above the sealing hopper (5) and completely overflows the wet heavy frame (4).

The device for detecting the pulp of the papermaking tobacco sheets is characterized in that the sealing hopper (5) comprises a fixing connection pipe (51), a neck ring part (52) and a blocking part (53), the sealing hopper (5) is a cone-shaped funnel, and the fixing connection pipe (51) is arranged at the upper end of a narrow opening of the cone-shaped funnel and is used for being connected with the output end of the lifting device; a neck part (52) is arranged at the narrow-mouth neck part of the conical funnel and is sunken inwards; a blocking part (53) is arranged below the narrow-mouth neck part of the conical funnel, the inner diameter of the blocking part (53) is gradually increased from top to bottom, and the maximum inner diameter of the blocking part (53) is smaller than the inner diameter of the dewatering bin (6).

The device for detecting the pulp of the papermaking tobacco sheets, as set forth in claim 2, is characterized in that the mounting holes (41) are through holes, the diameter of the mounting holes (41) on the front surface of the wet weight frame (4) is smaller than that of the mounting holes (41) on the back surface of the wet weight frame (4), so that the wet weight frame (4) can be flatly lapped on the neck part of the sealed hopper (5); the wet heavy frame (4) further comprises sieve holes (42) and a taking frame (43), the sieve holes (42) are uniformly distributed on the wet heavy frame (4), and the diameter of the wet heavy frame (4) is the same as the inner diameter of the dewatering bin (6); the upper surface of the wet weight frame (4) is provided with the taking frame (43).

The device for detecting the pulp of the papermaking tobacco sheets as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thermostatic device (9) comprises a water conveying pipe (91), a valve (92), a console (93) and a heating pipe (94), and a heating pipe (94) is arranged in a thermostatic cavity of the thermostatic device (9) and used for heating thermostatic water in the thermostatic cavity; the control console (93) is arranged on the upper surface of the constant temperature device (9) and used for controlling the heating pipe (94); the valve (92) is arranged at the water outlet of the thermostatic cavity, the water conveying pipe (91) is erected in the valve (92), and the valve (92) is positioned on the outer side wall of the thermostatic device (9); the upper part of the annular wall of the dewatering bin (6) is provided with a butt joint hole, and the water conveying pipe (91) is communicated with the butt joint hole, so that constant-temperature water can be injected into the dewatering bin (6).

The device for detecting the pulp of the papermaking tobacco sheets as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a water outlet member (7), wherein the water outlet member (7) comprises a water outlet pipe (71) and a butt joint part (72), the butt joint part (72) comprises a support seat and a funnel, a butt joint groove is formed in the upper end surface of the support seat and used for butt joint installation of the bottom of the dewatering bin (6), the lower port of the butt joint groove is fixedly connected with the upper end of the funnel, and the lower end of the funnel is fixedly connected with the water outlet pipe (71), so that the liquid flowing out of the water leakage hole (61) in the bottom wall of the dewatering bin (6) can be discharged from the water outlet pipe (71); the lower end face of the supporting seat is provided with a plurality of supporting legs surrounding the funnel, and the supporting legs are used for lifting the basic height of the dewatering bin (6); a water collecting part (8) is arranged right below the water outlet pipe (71), and scales are arranged on the side wall of the water collecting part (8).
