Abstract
The invention discloses a smell-removing and sterilizing air duct for a refrigerator and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The invention comprises an air inlet duct and an air return duct; the air return duct is formed by sealing an upper body and a lower body together through an adhesive tape, the size of the odor-purifying sterilizing duct is matched with that of a refrigerator body, an air outlet of the odor-purifying sterilizing duct is connected with a refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator, and an air inlet of the odor-purifying sterilizing duct is connected with a refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator; the air ducts contain odor-removing and sterilizing materials; the odor-removing sterilizing material contains organic antibacterial material nano metal ions and nano oxides, and the nano metal ions are silver ions, copper ions or platinum ions; the nano oxide is nano zinc oxide or nano titanium dioxide. The invention has the advantages that the odor-removing sterilizing material is added into the air duct, the space of a carrier product is not occupied, the structure of parts is not influenced, the parts are not easy to fall off, the whole plastic part can be subjected to odor-removing sterilization, and the odor-removing sterilizing effect is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerators, and particularly relates to a smell-removing and sterilizing air duct for a refrigerator and a preparation process thereof.
Background
With the development of science and technology, people pay more and more attention to health and the improvement of the environment in the existing refrigerator. Along with the use of the refrigerator, the odor tainting problem of the refrigerator is more and more prominent, which is particularly shown in a single-cycle air-cooled refrigerator, and along with the promotion of the industry standard on antibiosis and odor removal, the sterilization and odor removal technology in the refrigerator is more and more.
In the prior art, a plurality of modules are used for sterilizing and removing peculiar smell, and a plurality of auxiliary devices such as small fans and the like are needed. The nano silver and the nano zinc oxide are combined to form the composite nano material, the cost can be reduced by reducing the using amount of the nano silver, and meanwhile, the composite antibacterial material effectively combines the antibacterial performance of the two antibacterial agents and is improved on the basis of the original antibacterial performance.

Further, the odor-free sterilizing material comprises organic antibacterial material nano metal ions and nano oxides, wherein the nano metal ions are any one or more of silver ions, copper ions and platinum ions; the nano oxide is nano zinc oxide or nano titanium dioxide; the nanometer oxide and the nanometer metal ion material have the functions of sterilization and odor elimination.
Furthermore, the plastic base material of the air duct adopts one or more of ABS, PE, PC and PP.
Further, the ratio range of the odor-removing sterilizing material to the plastic base material is as follows: 0.2 to 2 percent.
A refrigerator is with distinguishing flavor of only disinfecting wind channel and preparation method thereof, including the following step:
step one, mixing materials: mixing the odor-free sterilizing material and the plastic raw material in a ratio of 0.2-2%, and fully stirring the mixture;
step two, granulation: setting the granulator to a proper temperature, and granulating the mixture;
putting the granulated mixture into an injection molding machine, heating, compressing, shearing, mixing and conveying the mixture into a preset mold, cooling and shaping, opening the mold, and ejecting to obtain an air duct body;
and step four, combining the air duct bodies, and sealing the adhesive tapes to obtain the odor-removing sterilizing air duct for the refrigerator.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention has the advantages of not occupying the space of a carrier product and not influencing the structure of parts by adding the odor-purifying and sterilizing material into the air duct.
2. The invention has the advantages that the air duct containing the odor-removing and sterilizing material is not easy to fall off, the whole plastic piece can be subjected to odor-removing and sterilizing, and the odor-removing and sterilizing effect is improved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

The air duct of claim 1, wherein the odor-removing and sterilizing material comprises nano metal ions and nano oxides of organic antibacterial materials, and the nano metal ions are any one or more of silver ions, copper ions and platinum ions; the nano oxide is nano zinc oxide or nano titanium dioxide.
3. The air duct for refrigerator with air purification and sterilization as set forth in claim 1, wherein the plastic substrate of the air duct (5) is one or more of ABS, PE, PC and PP.
4. The air duct according to claim 3, wherein the ratio of the odor-removing and sterilizing material to the plastic substrate is in the range of: 0.2 to 2 percent.
5. The air duct for refrigerator with air purification and sterilization and the preparation process thereof as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the process comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing materials: mixing the odor-free sterilizing material and the plastic raw material in a ratio of 0.2-2%, and fully stirring the mixture;
step two, granulation: setting the granulator to a proper temperature, and granulating the mixture;
putting the granulated mixture into an injection molding machine, heating, compressing, shearing, mixing and conveying the mixture into a preset mold, cooling and shaping, opening the mold, and ejecting to obtain an air duct body;
and step four, combining the air duct bodies, and sealing the adhesive tapes to obtain the odor-removing sterilizing air duct for the refrigerator.
