The piston can prevent the anchoring agent from flowing back into the rod and avoid the reduction of the anchoring length; the problem that the anchoring agent flows back to enter the interior of the rod body is solved by adopting a spring buckle mode, the structure is simple, and the effect is stable and reliable; the double-layer sealing can effectively seal high-pressure water and keep the piston rod centered, so that the piston is prevented from being eccentric in the rod to influence the use; the barb of the spring buckle is beneficial to scratching the anchoring agent in the process of stirring the anchoring agent, so that the stirring effect of the anchoring agent is improved; the piston sealing structure adopts an isolated double-rubber flat gasket, so that on one hand, when the size of the inner hole of the anchor rod floats, the piston and the inner hole of the rod body can be well matched without influencing sealing.

and step three, driving the anchor rod body to rotate and push the anchor rod body to the bottom of the anchor hole by the sleeve of the drilling machine, extruding and stirring the resin anchoring agent while pushing the anchor rod, and reversely pushing the spring buckle by the anchoring agent in the process of stirring the anchoring agent until the barb buckles the outer edge of the thrust ring to provide tension for the piston and prevent the piston from continuously returning so as to prevent the anchoring agent from returning into the rod body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects:
(1) when the anchoring agent is stirred, the piston can prevent the anchoring agent from flowing back into the rod, so that the reduction of the anchoring length is avoided; the problem that the anchoring agent flows back to enter the interior of the rod body is solved by adopting a spring buckle mode, the structure is simple, and the effect is stable and reliable;

Detailed Description

The two rubber gaskets (first rubber gasket 4 and second rubber gasket 8) are mainly used to keep the piston centered and seal against moisture.
First rubber packing ring 4 is cliied to first metal packing ring 3 and second metal packing ring 5 to and second rubber packing ring 8 is cliied to third metal packing ring 7 and fourth metal packing ring 9, with the cooperation size of guaranteeing two rubber packing rings and body of rod hole, thereby form two seal ring, seal water vapour better.
