Abstract
The invention relates to a construction method for adding a pile foundation after foundation pit excavation, which comprises the following steps: step 1: determining the position of a newly added pile foundation according to the design requirement and the relative position relation between the newly added pile foundation and a constructed engineering pile or a stand column pile and an existing main body structure or support; step 2: constructing a foundation pit to a raft according to a construction scheme, reserving a corresponding pile casing for the newly-added pile foundation before the construction of the raft according to the position of the newly-added pile foundation, and arranging a cover plate on the pile casing after the construction of the raft; and step 3: building the main body structure according to the construction scheme, and reserving corresponding holes above the positions of the newly added pile foundations before the construction of each layer of the main body structure; and 4, step 4: after the main structure is built again and the first floor structure meets the design strength requirement, the cover plate of the pile casing is taken down, the pile casing is lengthened to the first floor slab of the main structure, and the pile foundation is newly constructed on the first floor slab of the main structure by utilizing the pile driving equipment. The pile foundation is increased smoothly by presetting the casing, and the construction safety is high.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a construction method for adding a pile foundation after foundation pit excavation.
Background
The pile foundation construction is generally performed before excavation of a foundation pit, however, in the foundation pit construction process, the situation that the pile foundation (namely, pile repair) needs to be added due to design change is often encountered. Before the foundation pit is not excavated, pile supplementing construction is carried out according to a conventional construction method, but after the foundation pit earthwork construction, construction of adding a pile foundation is difficult. Firstly, the construction of a pile foundation is difficult to stop after earthwork construction, and the shutdown deformation of a foundation pit is difficult to control; secondly, the pile foundation is constructed in the foundation pit, the site is narrow, temporary supporting components are possible, various devices and machines cannot be spread, and the use of the devices and machines is influenced; and finally, constructing the pile foundation in the foundation pit, wherein the risk coefficient is high, and unknown safety risk is easily induced. step 2: constructing a foundation pit to a raft according to a construction scheme, reserving a corresponding pile casing for the newly-added pile foundation before the construction of the raft according to the position of the newly-added pile foundation, and arranging a cover plate on the pile casing after the construction of the raft;
and step 3: building a main body structure according to the construction scheme, and reserving a corresponding hole above the position of the newly added pile foundation before the construction of each layer of the main body structure;
and 4, step 4: when the major structure is built again, and after the first floor structure reaches the design strength requirement, take off the apron of casing, lengthen the casing extremely on the first floor slab of major structure, utilize pile equipment to be in the major structure be under construction on the first floor slab newly-increased pile foundation.

Detailed Description
In order to more thoroughly express the technical scheme of the invention, the following specific examples are listed to demonstrate the technical effect; it is emphasized that these examples are intended to illustrate the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
The construction method for adding the pile foundation after excavation of the foundation pit, disclosed by the invention, comprises the following steps as shown in figures 1 to 5:
step 1: referring to fig. 1, the position of the newly added pile foundation 10 is determined according to design requirements (e.g., design change of the newly added pile foundation) and a relative position relationship between the newly added pile foundation 10 and the already constructed engineering pile or the column pile 01 and the existing main structure or the support 02, specifically, if the position of the newly added pile foundation 10 collides with the positions of the engineering pile or the column pile 01 and the existing main structure or the support 02, the position of the newly added pile foundation 10 needs to be moved by design until the newly added pile foundation 10 does not collide with the already constructed engineering pile or the column pile 01 and the existing main structure or the support 02, and the construction requirements of the newly added pile foundation 10 can be met.
Step 2: please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, a foundation pit is constructed to a raft 04 according to a construction scheme, a corresponding casing 20 is reserved for the newly-added pile foundation 10 before the raft 04 is constructed according to the position of the newly-added pile foundation 10, that is, the casing 20 is installed in a soil layer 03, in this embodiment, the casing 20 is a cylindrical steel casing, the cross-sectional area of the casing 20 is related to the size of the newly-added pile foundation 10, for example, the diameter of the casing 20 may be 100mm ± 10mm larger than the diameter of the newly-added pile foundation 10; then, constructing a raft 04 on the soil layer 03, and enabling the pile casing 20 to penetrate through the raft 04; then, after the raft 04 is constructed, arranging a cover plate 30 on the pile casing 20, wherein the cover plate 30 is used for preventing garbage and the like from falling into the pile casing 20 in the process of building the main body structure 05 back, and influencing the construction of the subsequent newly-added pile foundation 10; preferably, the cover plate 30 is made of a steel plate, and the steel plate completely covers the top of the casing 20, so as to ensure the protection effect.
And step 3: referring to fig. 4, the main structure 05 is built according to the construction scheme, and a corresponding hole 40 is reserved above the position of the newly added pile foundation 10 before each layer of the main structure 05 is constructed. Specifically, the cross-sectional area of the hole 40 is related to the size of the casing 20, and in this embodiment, the edge of the hole 40 extends outwards by 100mm ± 10mm relative to the edge of the casing 20.
And 4, step 4: please refer to fig. 5, when the main structure 05 is built again and the first floor reaches the design strength requirement, the cover plate 30 of the casing 20 is removed, the casing 20 is lengthened to the first floor of the main structure 05, and the pile driver 50 is used to construct the new pile foundation 10 on the first floor of the main structure 05, of course, the first floor of the main structure 05 should meet the construction load requirement of the pile driver 50, otherwise, the reinforcement should be taken until the requirement is met. In the invention, the construction process of the newly added pile foundation 10 has little influence on the construction process of the whole project, and the construction safety factor is high.
Preferably, in the process of lengthening the casing 20, the casing 20 can be installed in sections, the height of the casing 20 is increased section by section, and potential safety hazards caused by overhigh casing 20 and no support of the main body structure 05 are avoided.
In summary, the construction method for adding the pile foundation after excavation of the foundation pit provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
step 1: determining the position of the newly added pile foundation 10 according to the design requirements and the relative position relationship between the newly added pile foundation and the constructed engineering pile or upright pile 01 and the existing main structure or support 02; step 2: constructing a foundation pit to a raft 04 according to a construction scheme, reserving a corresponding pile casing 20 for the newly-added pile foundation 10 before the construction of the raft 04 according to the position of the newly-added pile foundation 10, and arranging a cover plate 30 on the pile casing 20 after the construction of the raft 04; and step 3: building a main body structure 05 according to the construction scheme, and reserving a corresponding hole 40 above the position of the newly added pile foundation 10 before constructing each layer of the main body structure 05; and 4, step 4: when the major structure 05 is built again, and after the first floor structure reaches the design strength requirement, take off the apron 30 of the casing 20, lengthen the casing 20 to on the first floor slab of major structure 05, utilize pile equipment 50 to be in the major structure 05 be under construction on the first floor slab newly-increased pile foundation 10. step 2: constructing a foundation pit to a raft according to a construction scheme, reserving a corresponding pile casing for the newly-added pile foundation before the construction of the raft according to the position of the newly-added pile foundation, and arranging a cover plate on the pile casing after the construction of the raft;
and step 3: building a main body structure according to the construction scheme, and reserving a corresponding hole above the position of the newly added pile foundation before the construction of each layer of the main body structure;
and 4, step 4: when the major structure is built again, and after the first floor structure reaches the design strength requirement, take off the apron of casing, lengthen the casing extremely on the first floor slab of major structure, utilize pile equipment to be in the major structure be under construction on the first floor slab newly-increased pile foundation.

7. The method for increasing the pile foundation after excavation of the foundation pit as claimed in claim 2, wherein the casing is installed in sections.
8. The method for increasing the pile foundation after excavation of the foundation pit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover plate is a steel plate, and the steel plate completely covers the top of the casing.
