Abstract
In order to solve the problem that radiation pollution is easily caused by manual cleaning of a cement solidified body in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a cleaning device for the cement solidified body, which comprises a cavity and a cleaning device, wherein the cavity is provided with a placing area for placing the cement solidified body; and the rust removal and paint spraying device is arranged in the cavity and is used for cleaning the cement solidified body in the placement area. The embodiment of the invention realizes dust removal, rust removal and paint spraying treatment of the cement solidified waste barrel through the rust removal and paint spraying device, and reduces secondary pollution and irradiation dose of personnel through automatic operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning device for a cement solidified body.
Background
With the vigorous development of nuclear power industry in China, under the operation of nuclear reactors, more and more middle and low radioactive wastes are generated, so that the quantity of stored cement solidified bodies is gradually increased, and the cement solidified bodies which are maintained and stored need to be transported out and treated integrally.
The cement solidified body barrels stored in deep well areas for a long time can generate dust, paint removal, rust on barrel bodies and the like. In order to meet the requirement of outward transportation and ensure the cleanliness of the barrel body and the integrity of paint, the manual operations of dust removal, rust removal, paint spraying and the like are needed. When operations such as dust removal and rust removal are carried out in an open space, secondary pollution of radioactive wastes is easily caused, dust is easily absorbed by constructors, and meanwhile the constructors need to carry out related contact operation with a cement solidified body barrel in a close range, so that the irradiation dose of the constructors is increased.

Furthermore, a first lifting door and a second lifting door are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the chamber; the placing area is provided with a rotary roller way; a barrel inlet roller way is arranged on one side of the cleaning device close to the first lifting door; and a barrel outlet roller way is arranged on one side of the cleaning device close to the second lifting door.
Further, the chamber is provided with a vent hole, and the vent hole is provided with a vent filter.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
Examples
In order to solve the problem that radiation pollution is easily caused by manual cleaning of a cement solidified body in the prior art, an embodiment of the invention provides a cleaning device for the cement solidified body, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a cavity and a placing area, wherein the cavity is provided with a placing area for placing the cement solidified body; and the rust removal and paint spraying device is arranged in the cavity and is used for cleaning the cement solidified body in the placement area.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a cleaning apparatus for a cement solidification body includes a chamber 1 and a rust removing spray apparatus; optionally, the chamber is a closed chamber; a placing area for placing a cement solidified body is arranged in the cavity; the top of rust cleaning paint spraying apparatus in locating the cavity is used for placing the clean of the cement solidification body in the district. Optionally, the dimensions of the cleaning chamber are: 1400mm is multiplied by 1200mm is multiplied by 1700mm, and the device is suitable for indoor small fields.
The cleaning refers to the treatment of derusting, dedusting, painting and the like on the cement solidified body.

Referring to fig. 1, the left side of the chamber is provided with a front lifting door 7, and the right side of the chamber is provided with a rear lifting door 2; a barrel inlet roller way 5 is arranged at the position close to the front lifting door 7 at the left side of the chamber; a barrel outlet roller way 3 is arranged at the position of the rear lifting door 2 close to the right side of the chamber.
The front lifting door and the rear lifting door are respectively provided with a lifting device; the lifting device comprises a cylinder 203 and a rotating guide rod 204; under the action of the cylinder 203, the front and rear lifting doors are driven to open and close, and one end of the rotary guide rod is hinged with the cylinder; the other end of the rotating guide rod is hinged with the cavity; the rotating guide 204 acts as a stabilizing cylinder.
When the cement solidification body barrel is used, the cement solidification body barrel slides to the front lifting door on the barrel entering roller way, the front lifting door is opened to place the cement solidification body barrel into the placing area, and the front lifting door is closed to seal the cavity; the placing area is provided with a rotating device, optionally, the rotating device is a cavity internal rotating roller way 4, and the rotating roller way 4 comprises a rotating motor 401 and a rotating assembly 402; the rotating motor is connected with the rotating assembly; the rotary roller way 4 can realize the rotation of the solidified body barrel under the action of the rotary motor 401 and the rotary assembly 402, and can smoothly complete the functions of rust removal and paint spraying of the barrel body; therefore, the rust removal treatment of the whole circumference of the cement solidified body barrel is completed by utilizing the rotary roller way 4 in the cavity, the rotation of the cement solidified body barrel can be realized, and the rust removal, paint spraying and other treatments of the barrel body can be smoothly completed; the cement solidification body barrel is driven by the rotating device to rotate, and after the cement solidification body barrel is cleaned by the rust removing and paint spraying device, the second lifting door is opened to transfer the cement solidification body barrel in the placement area to the barrel outlet roller way 3, and the barrel is moved away.
In order to conveniently check whether the cement solidified body barrel in the cavity is cleaned or not, a video monitoring unit is arranged in the cavity.
In order to facilitate the collection of the fallen dust and rust and avoid secondary pollution, the cavity is provided with a waste collection device.
Optionally, the placing area is provided with a limiting device, so that the cement solidified body barrel is limited to be placed at a specified position.
Further, the rust removing and paint spraying device comprises a first rust removing and spraying generator and a second rust removing and spraying generator; the first rust removing spraying generator is used for cleaning the end part of the cement solidified body; the second rust removing spray generator is used for cleaning the side part of the cement solidified body.
Referring to fig. 1, the rust removing and painting apparatus includes a top rust removing and painting generator 9 and a body rust removing and painting generator 6; the barrel top rust removal paint spraying generator is arranged at the top of the cavity and used for cleaning the top of the cement solidified body; the barrel body rust removal paint spraying generator is arranged on the side part of the cavity and used for cleaning the side part of the cement solidified body.
Further, the first rust removing spray generator and the second rust removing spray generator both comprise rust removing paint spraying plates; the rust removing and paint spraying plate is provided with a dry ice hole, a paint spraying hole and an air supply hole; the dry ice hole is used for being communicated with a dry ice spraying machine through a dry ice channel; the paint spraying hole is used for being communicated with the rust removing and paint spraying generator through a paint spraying channel; the air supply hole is used for being communicated with the air feeder through an air supply channel.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the top rust removing paint spraying generator 9 and the body rust removing paint spraying generator 6 each comprise a rust removing paint spraying plate 10; the rust removing paint spraying plate 10 is provided with a dry ice hole 101, a paint spraying hole 103 and an air supply hole 102; the derusting paint spraying plate is connected with equipment through a connecting pipeline 12; a dry ice channel in the connecting pipeline is connected with the dry ice hole 101 and the dry ice spraying machine; a paint spraying channel in the connecting pipeline is connected with the paint spraying hole and the rust removal paint spraying generator; the air supply channel in the connecting pipeline is connected with the air supply hole and the air supply machine.
Further, the chamber is provided with a vent hole, and the vent hole is provided with a vent filter 8.
The ventilation filter 8 and the air supply opening 102 are always in an open state, so that the cleanliness of air in the cavity is ensured, and the effect of accelerating drying is achieved.
The dry ice barrel channel in the barrel body rust removing and paint spraying generator 6 removes rust on the barrel body, and the rotating roller channel 4 in the cavity rotates to complete the rust removing treatment of the whole circumference of the barrel body. After rust removal, paint spraying treatment is respectively carried out by using paint spraying holes 103 arranged in the barrel body rust removing paint spraying generator 6 and the barrel top rust removing paint spraying generator 9.
After entering the cleaning chamber 1, the cement solidified body barrel is stopped at the center of the cavity under the control of the limit switch and the in-cavity rotating roller way 4. And starting a dry ice hole 101 of the barrel top rust removal paint spraying generator 9, performing rust removal treatment on the barrel top, rotating the top paint spraying plate 10 around the axis at a constant speed under the action of the rotating shaft to complete integral rust removal of the barrel top, and monitoring whether rust is completely removed by using a video monitoring unit.
The arrangement of the dry ice hole 101, the paint hole 103, and the blast hole 102 on the rust removing paint spraying plate 10 is shown with reference to fig. 4. In order to prevent the dry ice hole 101, the paint spraying hole 103 and the blast hole 102 from interfering with each other, the rust removing and paint spraying operations are preferably performed with the radiation angle α of the dry ice passage and the paint spraying passage being 30 °.
For cleaning, the rust removing paint spraying plate of the first rust removing paint spraying generator is rotatably connected with the chamber.
Optionally, the rust removing paint spraying plate of the first rust removing paint spraying generator and the top of the cavity can rotate uniformly for 180 degrees around the axial direction of the cement solidified body barrel. Optionally, the rust removing spray plate of the first rust removing spray generator is connected with the chamber by a quick coupling 11.
Optionally, in use, the distance between the top rust removing paint generator 9 and the body rust removing paint generator 6 and the cement solidified body barrel is 180 mm.
The filter 8 and the air supply opening 102 are always in an open state, so that the cleanliness of air in the cavity is ensured, and the drying is accelerated.
Optionally, the cleaning device further comprises an automatic control system, so that the monitoring of the cavity can be realized through the automatic control system, the opening and closing of each lifting door can be realized according to the control of the automatic control system, and the cleaning operation of the rust removing and paint spraying device on the cement solidified body barrel can be realized.

7. The cement solidification body cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chamber is provided with a waste collection means.
8. The cement solidification body cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rust removing paint spray plate of the first rust removing paint spray generator is rotatably connected to the chamber.
9. The cement solidification body cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the irradiation angle of the dry ice passage and the paint spraying passage is 30 °.
10. The cement solidification body cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first lift gate and the second lift gate are sealingly connected to the chamber, respectively.
