in addition, a temperature sensor is arranged in the steam sending bin to detect the temperature of the steam; when discharging, the multiunit control valve starts, and then can avoid steam in the steam sending storehouse to carry to handling the storehouse in, avoids the loss of heat energy.
In an alternative embodiment, each set of partition plates 3 has a fan-shaped projection, the fan-shaped partition plates 3 can collect the dropped waste liquid, the high temperature of the steam sending bin can evaporate the waste liquid on the partition plates 3 or a drain pipe is arranged on the side end surface of the treatment tank 1 to discharge and collect the collected waste liquid.

The invention also provides a medical waste treatment method, which comprises the medical waste treatment device in the embodiment 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, adding medical waste into the storage box 9 from the feeding hopper 11, and injecting liquid into the treatment box 1 from the liquid adding pipe 4;
s2, the multiple groups of heating devices 2 operate to sterilize and disinfect the waste in the storage box 9 by high-temperature steam generated by heating the injected liquid, and meanwhile, the rotary stirring assembly operates to stir the medical waste in the storage box 9;
s3, after the medical waste is disinfected and sterilized, the multiple groups of lifting assemblies 10 operate to drive one end of the storage box 9 to incline towards the discharging guide plate 6, meanwhile, the opening and closing assemblies open the sealing plate 17, and the waste treated in the storage box 9 falls onto the discharging guide plate 6 from the discharging port and is finally discharged from the discharging pipe 8.
The treatment device provided by the invention can conveniently carry out steam sterilization and disinfection treatment on the medical waste so as to avoid the influence on the health of people caused by the fact that pathogenic bacteria carried by the medical waste are emitted into the environment during transportation; the steam sterilization treatment of the medical waste is simple in operation, the waste can be ensured to be fully contacted with high-temperature steam, the sterilization effect is achieved, and the sterilized medical waste can be conveniently and quickly discharged.

Claims (10)

1. A medical waste treatment device comprises a treatment box (1), a plurality of groups of heating devices (2), a discharge guide plate (6), a discharge pipe (8), a storage box (9), a feeding hopper (11), a plurality of groups of hinged rods (14) and a control box (25);
the multiple groups of heating devices (2) are arranged on the bottom surface inside the treatment box (1); a liquid adding pipe (4) used for connecting an external water source is arranged on the treatment box (1), a feeding port is arranged on the upper end face of the treatment box (1), and a discharging port is arranged on the side end face of the treatment box (1); a pipe orifice at one end of the discharge pipe (8) is connected with a discharge port, and a discharge valve (7) is arranged at the pipe orifice at the other end of the discharge pipe (8); the feeding hopper (11) is connected with the processing box (1) and is communicated with the feeding port, and the feeding end of the feeding hopper (11) is provided with a sealing cover;
the discharging guide plate (6) is positioned in the treatment box (1), one end of the discharging guide plate (6) is connected with the inner wall of the treatment box (1) provided with a discharging opening, and the discharging guide plate (6) is arranged downwards towards the discharging opening; the medical waste treatment device is characterized by also comprising a plurality of groups of lifting components (10) and sealing plates (17);
the storage box (9) is positioned in the treatment box (1), a plurality of groups of filter holes are uniformly formed in the outer peripheral surface of the storage box (9), a feeding opening is formed in the upper end surface of the storage box (9), and a discharging opening is formed in the end surface, facing the discharging opening, of the storage box (9); the feeding port is positioned under the feeding port and is communicated with the feeding port through a conveying pipe; a rotary stirring component is arranged in the storage box (9);
one ends of the plurality of groups of hinged rods (14) are movably connected with the inner wall of the processing box (1), and the other ends of the plurality of groups of hinged rods (14) are connected with one end of the storage box (9) far away from the discharging guide plate (6); the multiple groups of lifting assemblies (10) are distributed side by side, the fixed ends of the multiple groups of lifting assemblies (10) are connected with the inner wall of the processing box (1), and the telescopic ends of the multiple groups of lifting assemblies (10) are movably connected with the outer end face of the storage box (9) and used for driving the storage box (9) to swing towards the circumference of the discharging guide plate (6) by taking the movable ends of the multiple groups of hinge rods (14) as the circle center;
one end of the sealing plate (17) is rotatably connected with the outer end surface of the storage box (9) through a plurality of groups of hinges; wherein, an opening and closing component for sealing the sealing plate (17) or opening the discharge hole is arranged in the treatment box (1);
the control box (25) is connected with the outer end face of the processing box (1), a display screen and a key module are arranged on the control box (25), and a microprocessor is arranged in the control box (25); the microprocessor, the display screen, the key module, the opening and closing assembly, the rotary stirring assembly, the plurality of heating devices (2) and the plurality of lifting assemblies (10) are electrically connected.
2. The medical waste disposal device of claim 1, wherein each set of lifting assemblies (10) comprises a mounting cylinder (101), a connecting rod (102), a plurality of sets of springs (103), a sliding plate (104), a fixed plate (105), a fixed iron ring (106) and a movable iron core (107);
one end of the mounting cylinder (101) is connected with the inner wall of the treatment box (1), and the other end of the mounting cylinder (101) is provided with a first guide hole; the fixing plate (105) is connected with the inner wall of the mounting cylinder (101), a second guide hole is formed in the fixing plate (105), and the fixing plate (105) is perpendicular to the central axis of the mounting cylinder (101);
one end of the connecting rod (102) is movably connected with the outer end face of the storage box (9), the other end of the connecting rod (102) sequentially penetrates through the first guide hole and the second guide hole in a sliding mode, and the other end of the connecting rod (102) is connected with the movable iron core (107); a wire frame (108) is arranged between the movable iron core (107) and the inner wall of the mounting cylinder (101); a coil (109) is arranged on the coil holder (108);
the fixed iron ring (106) is sleeved on the outer side of the connecting rod (102), and the fixed iron ring (106) is connected with the end face, close to the coil (109), of the fixing plate (105); the fixed iron ring (106) is connected with the movable iron core (107) in a magnetic adsorption way when the coil (109) is in a power-on state;
the sliding plate (104) is connected with the inner wall of the mounting cylinder (101) in a sliding manner, the sliding plate (104) is connected with the connecting rod (102), and the sliding plate (104) is parallel to the fixing plate (105); the multiple groups of springs (103) are located in the installation barrel (101) and sleeved on the outer side of the connecting rod (102), and two ends of the multiple groups of springs (103) are connected with the inner walls of the sliding plate (104) and the installation barrel (101) respectively.
3. The medical waste disposal device of claim 2, wherein a guide sliding sleeve is provided in each of the first guide hole and the second guide hole; each group of guide sliding sleeves are sleeved on the outer side of the connecting rod (102) in an interference manner.

The medical waste disposal device of claim 1, wherein the opening and closing assembly comprises a plurality of sets of iron blocks (16), a plurality of sets of ropes (18), a plurality of sets of guide wheels (19), a plurality of sets of reels (20), and a first driving device (21); wherein, the outer end surface of the storage box (9) is provided with a plurality of groups of first grooves; each group of first grooves is internally provided with an electrified electromagnet; a plurality of groups of second grooves are arranged on the end surface of the sealing plate (17) facing the storage box (9); the multiple groups of second grooves correspond to the multiple groups of first grooves one by one;
a plurality of groups of iron blocks (16) are respectively arranged in the plurality of groups of second grooves; under the electrified state of the plurality of groups of electrified electromagnets, the plurality of groups of electrified electromagnets are respectively connected with the plurality of groups of iron blocks (16) in a magnetic adsorption way;
a plurality of groups of guide wheels (19) are distributed side by side and are all connected with the inner wall of the treatment box (1);
one end of each of the multiple groups of ropes (18) is connected with the sealing plate (17), the multiple groups of ropes (18) are respectively pressed against the multiple groups of guide wheels (19), and the other ends of the multiple groups of ropes (18) are respectively connected with the multiple groups of winding wheels (20); the multiple groups of reels (20) are all connected with the output shaft of the first driving device (21), and the central axes of the multiple groups of reels (20) are superposed with the central axis of the output shaft of the first driving device (21); the first driving device (21) is connected with the outer end surface of the storage box (9).

The medical waste disposal device of claim 4 wherein the sealing plate (17) is provided with a plurality of sets of mounting rings; one end of the plurality of groups of ropes (18) is provided with a plurality of groups of lock catches; the plurality of groups of lock catches are matched and connected with the plurality of groups of mounting rings.
6. A medical waste disposal device according to claim 1 wherein the projection of the discharge guide (6) is in the shape of a fan ring.
7. The medical waste treatment device of claim 1, wherein the rotary stirring assembly comprises a rotary shaft (12), a plurality of groups of stirring plates (13), a second driving device (23) and two groups of connecting shafts (24);
two ends of the rotating shaft (12) are respectively connected with the two groups of connecting shafts (24), and the central axis of the rotating shaft (12) is superposed with the central axes of the two groups of connecting shafts (24); the multiple groups of stirring plates (13) are connected with the outer end face of the rotating shaft (12);
the two groups of connecting shafts (24) are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the storage box (9), the central axes of the two groups of connecting shafts (24) are superposed with the central axis of the storage box (9), and any one group of connecting shafts (24) extends out of the storage box (9) and is in transmission connection with a second driving device (23); the second driving device (23) is connected with the outer end surface of the storage box (9).

A medical waste disposal device according to claim 7 further comprising a partition (3); wherein, the inside of the rotating shaft (12) is provided with an air injection bin; the gas injection bin is uniformly provided with a plurality of groups of steam injection holes on the peripheral surface of the rotating shaft (12); a hollow bin is arranged along the central axis direction of a connecting shaft (24) which penetrates out of the storage box (9); the hollow bin is communicated with the air injection bin;
the baffle plate (3) is connected with the inner wall of the treatment box (1), the baffle plate (3) is used for dividing the interior of the treatment box (1) into an upper treatment bin and a lower steam sending bin, and a plurality of groups of air outlet pipes (5) are arranged on the end face of the baffle plate (3) positioned in the treatment bins; a plurality of groups of steam outlets are arranged on the clapboard (3); each group of steam outlets are communicated with a plurality of groups of air outlet pipes (5) through air pipes, and each group of air pipes is internally provided with a control valve; each group of air outlet pipes (5) is provided with a plurality of groups of air injection holes; one group of the air injection holes are communicated with the hollow bin through an elastic connecting pipe; the elastic connecting pipe is rotatably connected with the connecting shaft (24).

s1, adding medical wastes into the storage box (9) from the feeding hopper (11), and injecting liquid into the treatment box (1) from the liquid adding pipe (4);
s2, the multiple groups of heating devices (2) operate to sterilize and disinfect the waste in the storage box (9) by high-temperature steam generated by heating the injected liquid, and simultaneously the rotary stirring assembly operates to stir the medical waste in the storage box (9);
s3, after the medical waste disinfection and sterilization is finished, the multiple groups of lifting assemblies (10) operate to drive one end of the storage box (9) to incline towards the discharging guide plate (6), meanwhile, the opening and closing assemblies open the sealing plate (17), and the waste treated in the storage box (9) falls onto the discharging guide plate (6) from the discharging port and is finally discharged from the discharging pipe (8).
