s4: after the stirring is fully carried out, the coiler (4) and the servo motor (204) are closed, then, the control valve (12) is opened to enable the mixed polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent to fall on the filter screen (304), the filter screen (304) can block the raw material which is not uniformly stirred on the filter screen (304), the rest of the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent falls into the movable box (303), then the ultraviolet lamp (301) is turned on, the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent is sterilized, and simultaneously, the telescopic rod (305) is opened, the movable box (303) moves left and right by the extension and contraction of the telescopic rod (305) and the matching of the spring (306), thereby improving the disinfection and sterilization effects, and the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent is easier to fall down from the filter screen (304), and finally, when the discharge pipe (16) extends out of the discharge opening (17), the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent is discharged.
