Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1(a) shows a system for reporting terminal location information provided in the present application, which includes the following steps:
s101, the terminal sends an RRC connection establishment request to the base station.
S102, the base station configures a first position to report configuration information.
Specifically, the reporting of the configuration information by the first location may include: the speed grade judging condition, the speed grade, the resource and the preset corresponding relation in the reporting period. Wherein, the speed grade judging conditions are as follows: a condition for the terminal to determine a velocity class (a class of relative moving velocity) which is a moving velocity between radio cells of the terminal with respect to the satellite. The resource is a wireless resource used for the terminal to report the position information in the preset resource. The reporting period corresponding to any speed grade judging condition is as follows: and under the condition that the relative speed of the terminal meets the speed grade judgment condition, the terminal reports the period of the position information to the base station. For example, if the speed class is high speed and the reporting period corresponding to the high speed class determination condition is 20ms, it means that if the terminal satisfies the high speed class determination condition, the terminal reports the location information of the terminal to the base station every 20 ms.
Specifically, the speed classes may include a high speed, a medium speed, and a low speed. The speed grade determination condition may be the number of cells that the terminal continuously switches or reselects within a preset first duration. In the present embodiment, the high-speed determination conditions are: and if the number of the cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in 30s is more than 5, namely the number of the cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in 30s is more than 5, the speed grade of the terminal is high speed. The medium speed judgment conditions are as follows: the number of cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in 30s is more than 2 and not more than 5. That is, when the number of cells that the terminal continuously switches or reselects within 30s is greater than 2 and not greater than 5, the speed level of the terminal is medium. The low-speed level determination conditions are as follows: the number of the cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in 30s is not more than 2. That is, when the number of cells to be continuously switched or reselected by the terminal is not more than 2 cells within 30s, the speed level of the terminal is low.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, it is not necessary that the first location reporting configuration includes a determination condition for determining the speed level. It should be further noted that the first time duration of the high speed determination condition, the medium speed determination condition, and the low speed determination condition, and the number of cells that the terminal continuously switches or reselects within the first time duration, which are provided in this embodiment, are only a specific implementation manner, and in practice, for any speed class, the first time duration of the determination condition of the speed class, and the number of cells that the terminal continuously switches or reselects within the first time duration may all be set according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. Of course, in practice, the speed rank determination condition may be other contents, and the present embodiment does not limit the specific contents of the speed rank determination condition.
In this embodiment, the resource used for carrying the position report of the terminal may be a PUCCH resource, and certainly, may also be other resources in practice, and this embodiment does not limit specific resources.
Optionally, in the embodiment, the UEs corresponding to different speed class determination conditions may select different reported resources. For example, the resources that can be reported by the UE corresponding to the high speed level determination condition may be: and the PUCCH resource of the subframe 2 (that is, the terminal needs to report the location information of the terminal by using the PUCCH resource of the subframe 2 when the terminal speed level is high). The resources that can be reported by the UE corresponding to the medium speed level determination condition may be: and the PUCCH resource of the subframe 3 (that is, the terminal needs to report the location information of the terminal by using the PUCCH resource of the subframe 3 when the terminal speed level is a medium speed). The resources that can be reported by the UE corresponding to the low-speed level determination condition may be: and the PUCCH resource of the subframe 4 (that is, the terminal needs to report the location information of the terminal by using the PUCCH resource of the subframe 4 when the terminal speed is low).
In the example given above, the different resources corresponding to the different speed class determination conditions are represented by different subframes. Of course, in practice, different speed class determination conditions may use the same subframe, for example, different orthogonal codes or different RB positions are different resources. That is, in practice, the resources corresponding to different speed level determination conditions may be set according to actual conditions, and the present embodiment does not limit the specific setting manner as long as the resources corresponding to different speed level determination conditions are different.
In this embodiment, the reporting periods corresponding to the determination conditions of different speed classes are different, and the higher the speed class is, the smaller the reporting period corresponding to the determination condition of the speed class is.
In this embodiment, the reporting period corresponding to the high-speed level determination condition may be 20ms, the reporting period corresponding to the medium-speed level determination condition may be 2s, and the reporting period corresponding to the low-speed level determination condition may be 5 s.
It should be noted that, in practice, a specific value of the reporting period corresponding to any speed level determination condition may be determined according to an actual situation, and the specific value is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the higher the speed is, the smaller the reporting period corresponding to the speed level determination condition is.
S103, the base station sends RRC connection establishment information to the terminal.
In this step, the RRC connection establishment information includes: the first location reports configuration information.
S104, the terminal sends RRC connection establishment completion information to the base station.
And S105, under the condition that any speed grade judging condition in the first position reporting configuration is met, the terminal reports the position information by adopting the resource indicated by the speed grade judging condition according to the reporting period corresponding to the speed grade judging condition.
In this step, the location information reported by the terminal may include: the current longitude and latitude, the moving speed, the moving direction and other information of the terminal. Wherein the moving direction may be a moving direction relative to the ground.
In this step, the specific implementation manner of the terminal determining whether the speed rank determination condition is satisfied includes steps a1 to a 5:
a1, determining the number of cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in the first time period of the history with the first time as the starting point.
Specifically, the first time is a time for determining the speed level of the terminal, and in this embodiment, the initial value of the first time may be a time obtained by delaying the network access completion time of the terminal by a first time period.
In this step, the first duration of the history starting from the first time is defined as: the time period of the first time length is pushed forward by taking the first time as a starting point, for example, the first time length is 14 points, 20 minutes and 40 seconds, and the first time length is 30 seconds. The first time length of the history with the first time as the starting point in this step represents: a time period from 14 o 'clock 20 minutes 10 seconds to 14 o' clock 20 minutes 40 seconds.
In this step, a specific process of determining the number of cells to be continuously switched or reselected by the terminal within the first duration is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
In this step, a high speed class determination condition in the first location reporting configuration is taken as an example, wherein the high speed class determination condition is assumed to be: and if the number of the cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in 30s is more than 5, the value of the first time length is 30s, and the initial value of the first time is 30s after the time when the terminal completes the network access. It is assumed that the number of cells that the 30s terminal continuously switches or reselects is 6.
And A2, determining the speed grade judging condition satisfied by the number of the cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in the first time period, and obtaining the target speed grade judging condition.
In this step, it is assumed that the first location reporting configuration is: the high-speed determination conditions are as follows: the number of the cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in 30s is more than 5. The medium speed judgment conditions are as follows: the number of cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in 30s is more than 2 and not more than 5. The low-speed level determination conditions are as follows: the number of the cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in 30s is not more than 2. Since the number of cells continuously switched or reselected by the 30s terminal is 6, the speed grade satisfied by the speed of the terminal is determined to be a high speed grade, that is, the target speed grade is a high grade.
And A3, reporting the position information by adopting the resources corresponding to the target speed grade judgment condition according to the reporting period corresponding to the target speed grade judgment condition.
In this step, the PUCCH resource of subframe 2 is used for each reporting, and the current location information is reported. Assuming that the resource corresponding to the high-speed level determination condition is a PUCCH resource of the subframe 2, and the reporting period corresponding to the high-speed level determination condition is 20ms, if the preconfigured subframe 2 is exactly reached in the 30 th s after network access, the subframe 2 is adopted to report the current position information. If the current is the high-speed grade, every 20ms and the subframe 2 which is configured in advance is just reached, the current position information is reported by adopting the subframe 2.
And A4, updating the value at the first moment, and returning to execute A1.
Specifically, the updated value at the first moment can be obtained by prolonging the preset second duration on the basis of the value at the first moment. In practice, the value of the second duration may be determined according to an actual situation, and the specific value of the second duration is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, the delay is 10s based on the 30 th time after the network access completion time, and the 40 th time after the network access completion time is obtained, that is, the updated value of the first time is the 40 th time after the network access completion time.
After this step is performed, the process returns to the step a 1.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned a 1-a 4 only shows an implementation manner in which the terminal determines whether the speed rank determination condition is satisfied, and in this implementation manner, the first time is updated by delaying the second time period on the basis of the first time, that is, the process of executing a 1-A3 is performed periodically (the period is the second time period), so that the calculation resources can be saved. In practice, other manners may also be adopted to implement, for example, the process of determining the speed level of the terminal may be performed in real time, and this embodiment does not limit the specific implementation manner, but in each determination process, it is: and determining the speed grade of the terminal according to the number of the cells which are continuously switched or reselected by the terminal in the historical first time period with the current judgment time as the starting point.
The purpose of S105 is: and the terminal reports the position information according to the reporting period corresponding to the speed grade under the condition of meeting any speed grade in the first position reporting configuration.
And S106, under the condition that any resource stores the position information, the base station acquires the position information carried in the resource.
In this step, after obtaining the location information, the base station may provide parameter input for the handover module or other modules.
The beneficial effects of this embodiment include:
in the position reporting configuration, the reporting periods corresponding to different speed grades are different, and the higher the speed grade is, the smaller the reporting period is, that is, the higher the relative moving speed of the terminal is, the higher the frequency of reporting the position to the base station is, so that the terminal can report the position information to the base station in time according to the requirement.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the base station configures the first location reporting configuration when receiving the RRC connection setup request, and carries the first location reporting configuration in the RRC connection setup information sent to the terminal. And the terminal reports the position information to the base station under the condition that the first position reporting configuration is received and the condition of the first position reporting configuration indication is met.
In practice, the base station may configure the first location reporting configuration and send RRC connection reconfiguration information to the terminal when receiving information that RRC connection establishment is completed, where the RRC connection reconfiguration information carries the first location reporting configuration. In a case that the terminal completes RRC connection reconfiguration, the terminal sends information of completing RRC connection reconfiguration to the base station, and as an example, as shown in fig. 1(b), is a flowchart of another method for reporting terminal location information provided in this embodiment of the present application.
In practice, the base station may send the first location reporting configuration only through the RRC connection setup information, may send the first location reporting configuration only through the RRC connection reconfiguration information, or may include the first location reporting configuration in both the RRC connection setup information and the RRC connection reconfiguration information, as shown in fig. 1(c), which is a flowchart of a method for reporting location information of another terminal provided in this embodiment of the present application.
If the received RRC connection establishment information comprises the first location reporting configuration, the terminal reports the location information meeting the condition of the first location reporting configuration indication to the base station under the condition of meeting the condition of the first location reporting configuration indication in the RRC connection establishment information.
Optionally, if the RRC connection reconfiguration information received by the terminal after receiving the RRC connection setup information includes the first location reporting configuration, the terminal only reports the location information that satisfies the condition of the first location reporting configuration indication to the base station when the condition of the first location reporting configuration indication in the RRC connection reconfiguration information is satisfied. That is, in this case, the terminal reports the location information to the base station only according to the first location reporting configuration in the RRC connection reconfiguration information.
Optionally, the resource indicating the reporting location of the terminal in the first location reporting configuration carried in the RRC connection setup information and the RRC connection reconfiguration information and the content of the reporting period may be the same or different. As long as the content of the first location reporting configuration carried in the RRC connection establishment information and the RRC connection reconfiguration information needs to include a speed level, and the higher the speed level is, the smaller the reporting period is.
For example, the content of the first location reporting configuration in the RRC connection setup information includes: the resource corresponding to the high-speed level is a PUCCH resource of a subframe 4, and the reporting period is 20 ms. The resource corresponding to the medium-speed level is a PUCCH resource of a subframe 3, and the reporting period is 2 s. The resource corresponding to the low-speed level is a PUCCH resource of a subframe 2, and the reporting period is 5 s.
The content of the configuration reported by the first position in the RRC connection reconfiguration information comprises the following steps: the resource corresponding to the high-speed level is the PUCCH resource of the subframe 7, and the reporting period is 20 ms. The resource corresponding to the medium-speed level is a PUCCH resource of a subframe 6, and the reporting period is 2 s. The resource corresponding to the low-speed level is a PUCCH resource of a subframe 5, and the reporting period is 5 s. The content of the configuration reported by the first location in the RRC connection reconfiguration information may further include: the resource corresponding to the high-speed level is the PUCCH resource of the subframe 7, and the reporting period is 20 ms. The resource corresponding to the medium-speed level is a PUCCH resource of a subframe 6, and the reporting period is 2 s. The resource corresponding to the low-speed level is a PUCCH resource of a subframe 2, and the reporting period is 5 s.
Fig. 2(a) is a method for reporting terminal location information according to an embodiment of the present application, including the following steps:
s201, the terminal sends an RRC connection establishment request to the base station.
S202, the base station configures a second position to report configuration information.
Specifically, the reporting of the configuration information by the second location includes: at least includes a moving distance threshold rule, and optionally, may also include a reporting period rule. Wherein, the reporting period rule indicates that: and at the end time of each reporting period, if uplink resource scheduling exists, the terminal reports the position information to the base station through the uplink resource scheduling. The moving distance threshold rule indicates that: and reporting the position to the base station if the moving distance of the terminal reaches a moving distance threshold from the last reporting time. Specifically, if the distance from the terminal to the mobile terminal reaches the threshold of the moving distance since the last reporting time, and the uplink resource scheduling is detected, the position is reported to the base station through the uplink resource scheduling. The uplink resource scheduling may be PUSCH scheduling, however, in practice, the uplink resource scheduling may also be other resources, and the specific content of the uplink scheduling is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the smaller the value of the moving distance threshold is, the higher the frequency of reporting the location information to the base station by the terminal is, and the greater the pressure of the air interface resource is. The larger the value of the moving distance threshold is, the lower the frequency of reporting the position information to the base station by the terminal is, and the smaller the pressure of the air interface resource is. In practice, the value of the moving distance threshold may be set by comprehensively considering the overhead of air interface resources, the equipment load, and the like.
In this embodiment, the value of the moving distance threshold may be 5m, and the value of the reporting period may be 200ms, but in practice, the value of the reporting period may also be other values, and the value of the moving distance threshold may also be other values, and this embodiment does not limit the specific value.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the periodic reporting rule in the second location reporting configuration may be optional, and only when the second location reporting configuration includes the periodic reporting rule, the terminal may report the location information to the base station at a higher frequency without wasting resources, so that the base station obtains the location information of the terminal in a higher timeliness.
S203, the base station sends RRC connection setup information to the terminal.
In this step, the RRC connection establishment information includes: and the second position reports the configuration information.
S203, the terminal sends information of RRC connection setup completion to the base station.
This step represents the completion of the terminal network entry.
And S204, the terminal reports the configuration according to the second position and reports the position information.
In this step, the terminal reports the configuration according to the second location, and a specific implementation process of reporting the location information may include the following steps B1 to B8:
and B1, determining the target time period.
In this step, the initial value of the starting time of the target time period may be the time when the terminal completes network access, and the duration of the target time period is the reporting period.
After the present step is performed, B2, B3, and B5 are performed simultaneously.
And B2, monitoring the moving distance of the terminal from the reference time.
And under the condition that the starting time of the target time period is the terminal network access completion time, the reference time is the terminal network access completion time. And under the condition that the starting time of the target time period is not the terminal network access completion time, the reference time is the time when the terminal reports the position information last time.
B3, judging whether the end time of the target time period is reached, if yes, executing B4, and if no, executing B3.
B4, judging whether PUSCH resource scheduling exists or not, if so, executing B7, and if not, executing B8.
B5, judging whether the distance of the terminal moving from the reference time reaches the moving distance threshold, if yes, executing B6, and if no, executing B5.
B6, judging whether PUSCH resource scheduling exists or not, if so, executing B7, and if not, executing B6.
And B7, reporting the position MACCE to the base station through PUSCH scheduling.
In this step, the location information of the terminal is stored in the location MACCE.
After the present step is performed, step B8 is performed.
And B8, taking the end time of the target time period as the starting time, delaying the reporting cycle on the basis of the starting time, and updating the target time period.
After the present step is performed, B2, B3, and B5 are performed.
And S206, the base station obtains the position information reported by the terminal by demodulating the position information contained in the uplink scheduling data.
In this step, specifically, the base station obtains the location information reported by the terminal by demodulating the location MACCE in the uplink PUSCH data.
The beneficial effects of this embodiment include:
in this embodiment, the moving distance threshold rule indicates that: and if the moving distance of the terminal reaches the moving distance threshold from the last reporting time, reporting the position to the base station through the uplink resource under the condition of detecting the uplink scheduling. Therefore, the moving distance of the terminal reaches the moving distance threshold from the last reporting time, and the position is reported to the base station along with the uplink resource, so that the effect that the terminal reports the position to the base station in time is realized.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the base station configures the second location reporting configuration when receiving the RRC connection setup request, and carries the second location reporting configuration in the RRC connection setup information sent to the terminal. And the terminal reports the position information to the base station under the condition that the second position reporting configuration message is received and the condition of the second position reporting configuration indication is met.
In practice, the base station may also configure the second location reporting configuration and send RRC connection reconfiguration information to the terminal when receiving information that the terminal sends the RRC connection setup complete, where the RRC connection reconfiguration information carries the second location reporting configuration. When the terminal completes the RRC connection reconfiguration, the terminal sends information of the completion of the RRC connection reconfiguration to the base station, for example, a method for reporting the location information of the terminal as shown in fig. 2 (b).
In practice, the base station may send the second location reporting configuration only through the RRC connection setup information, may send the second location reporting configuration only through the RRC connection reconfiguration information, or may include the second location reporting configuration in both the RRC connection setup information and the RRC connection reconfiguration information. The reporting method of the terminal location information configured for reporting the second location is included in both the RRC connection setup information and the RRC connection reconfiguration information, as shown in fig. 2 (c).
And if the received RRC connection establishment information comprises the second location reporting configuration, the terminal reports the location information meeting the condition of the second location reporting configuration indication to the base station under the condition of meeting the condition of the second location reporting configuration indication in the RRC connection establishment information.
Optionally, the terminal reports the location information meeting the condition of the second location reporting configuration indication to the base station only when the RRC connection reconfiguration information received after receiving the RRC connection setup information includes the second location reporting configuration and the condition of the second location reporting configuration indication in the RRC connection reconfiguration information is met. That is, in this case, the terminal reports the location information to the base station only according to the second location reporting configuration in the RRC connection reconfiguration information.
Optionally, in the second location reporting configuration carried in the RRC connection setup information and the RRC connection reconfiguration information, the resource, the moving distance threshold, and the reporting period indicating the reporting location of the terminal may be the same or different. As long as the contents of the second location reporting configuration carried in the RRC connection establishment information and the RRC connection reconfiguration information at least include a moving distance reporting rule (if the moving distance of the terminal reaches the preset moving distance threshold from the time when the terminal reports the location last time, the location information is reported to the base station).
Fig. 3(a) is a method for reporting terminal location information according to an embodiment of the present application, including the following steps:

Optionally, if the RRC connection reconfiguration information received by the terminal after receiving the RRC connection setup information includes the third location reporting configuration, the terminal only reports the location information that satisfies the condition of the third location reporting configuration indication to the base station when the condition of the third location reporting configuration indication in the RRC connection reconfiguration information is satisfied. That is, in this case, the terminal reports the location information to the base station only according to the third location reporting configuration in the RRC connection reconfiguration information.
Specifically, if the third location reporting configuration is sent through the RRC connection setup information, the base station sends a location reporting request to the terminal when receiving a preset instruction for acquiring location information of the terminal after receiving information that the RRC connection setup sent by the terminal is completed. And if the third location reporting configuration is sent through the RRC connection reconfiguration information, the base station sends a location reporting request to the terminal after receiving the information of the completion of the RRC connection reconfiguration sent by the terminal and under the condition of receiving a preset instruction for acquiring the location information of the terminal.
