2. The working method of the energy group informatization whole-process intelligent management system according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. the whole process of the informationized project is managed on line; the method comprises the steps that a data interconnection and intercommunication mechanism is established through an information project establishment management module (1), an information project start-up management module (2), an information project development management module (3), an information project on-line management module (4) and an information project acceptance management module (5) in an energy group information project management system (6), the state is tracked in real time, each link and time of a project are analyzed, and the whole process on-line management of the information project is realized;
B. performing full logic handling on the informationized project; each handling link of the information project establishment management module (1), the information project start-up management module (2), the information project development management module (3), the information project online management module (4) and the information project acceptance management module (5) is correlated with each other, so that ordered management of the information projects is realized, and the construction quality and efficiency of the information projects are improved;
C. setting up items for an information project; in the information project establishment management module (1), after project establishment application and project type analysis, if the project is a system establishment project, the project establishment examination and verification are organized, and if the project is a self-establishment project, the project establishment examination and approval are organized by an application unit; the secondary unit needs to apply for an information project, organization project establishment application auditing is carried out after project establishment application, after project classification is judged, if the project is a unified project, project establishment application confirmation is carried out, if the project is not the unified project, project establishment application summarization is carried out, and then project establishment is realized through a project establishment approval total module (15) and a project issuing module (16);

G. online management of the information project; in the information project online management module (4), the system enters an online stage after debugging is finished, whether an online condition is met is determined through project online application and an online review conference, an applicant is required to participate in online review, an acceptance link is entered through review, and if the online condition is not met, the project online application is returned;
H. checking and accepting the informatization project; in the information project acceptance management module (5), after the information project finishes on-line evaluation, the information project enters a project trial operation stage, a project acceptance evaluation meeting is applied and organized through acceptance, an applicant participates in the project acceptance evaluation, whether the acceptance requirement is met is determined through the acceptance evaluation, the information project enters a formal operation stage, and if the acceptance requirement is not met, the information project is returned to reapplication for acceptance.
