In the printing process, firstly, the image of the to-be-detected presswork is acquired through the industrial camera, the acquisition frequency of the industrial camera is synchronous with the printing frequency of the presswork (the standard printing speed of the presswork in the embodiment can be set to be 100m/min), each presswork can be detected, and the condition of missing detection is avoided.
In this embodiment, a high-frequency lighting device may be used to provide a light source for the industrial camera, so that the industrial camera tracks and continuously shoots image information of the to-be-detected printed matter, specifically, two linear array CCD cameras may be used to collect images of the printed matter, and the size specification of the collected to-be-detected printed matter is consistent with that of the standard printed matter, so as to ensure high accuracy of the quality detection result.
S12: numbering the presswork to be detected, and comparing and analyzing pattern information of a detection area of the presswork to be detected according to detection parameters of the standard presswork; the pattern information comprises the width of a pattern contour line, the area of the pattern, the color of the pattern and the definition of the pattern.
Specifically, when N printed matters to be detected which are continuously numbered are detected to be printed with printing defects, an alarm signal is triggered; wherein N is an integer and is not less than 3; and when at least one item of pattern information of the to-be-detected printed matter is detected to be not in accordance with the standard of the detection parameters of the standard printed matter, marking as a printing defect.

When the printed matter to be detected has detected printing defect, the detection time, defect type and position information of the printing defect are automatically recorded and stored in the printing quality detection list.
It is understood that each print defect entry in the print quality inspection list includes the following items: number of prints, position information, defect type, area (mm2), and inspection time. The position information refers to the specific position of the printing defect in the printed matter image, the detection time refers to the system time for detecting the occurrence of the printing defect, and the printed matter number is used for technicians to quickly position the specific position of the printed matter with the printing defect so as to be extracted in time, thereby effectively preventing waste products from flowing into the market and improving the product quality satisfaction of customers.
