Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vibration tests, in particular to a vibration test fixing device and method for an electric energy metering device.
Background
The mechanical vibration test of the electric energy meter adopts the environment of impact, vibration, friction temperature and the like generated during the assembly and transportation of a simulation field, and the vibration test is a key technical node for verifying the reliability of the electric energy meter. In the test process, the vibration table clamp is a pivot tool which ensures that the test piece is reliably clamped and transfers energy to the vibration table to move.
Generally, most tested pieces meet the support strength or the fixing and supporting conditions and are usually locked by a passive fit clamp in a rigid manner, so that the operation can be carried out only by manually fastening screws; in this case, the speed of the vibration varies according to a sinusoidal law and is equal to zero at the equilibrium position, the absolute value of the speed is the greatest when the difference between the two poles passes, the absolute value of the acceleration is the greatest at the positions of the two poles, and the zero direction always points to the equilibrium position when the position passes the equilibrium position. Therefore, when the vibration, the frequency and the amplitude generated at different time stages are output by the clamp, the external part cannot be uniformly stressed due to the fact that the multi-order resonance phenomenon is correspondingly accompanied by objective conditions (the effectiveness of the clamp is degraded, the influence of the data transmission rate and the like).
