Description

Accessory device for door and window and door and window
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a door/window accessory device and a door/window, which can use a door/window in which a door/window sash can be opened with respect to a frame body about an opening axis in the vertical direction as an application object.
Background
In a door and window in which a door and window sash such as a casement window is supported rotatably about an opening axis in the vertical direction with respect to a frame body, an inner Zhou Chi portion is provided from the peripheral frame toward the inner peripheral side, and a seal member is attached to the inner peripheral wing portion, and when the door and window sash is closed, the seal member is pressed against the door and window sash to ensure water tightness between them (for example, see patent document 1).
Patent document 1: japanese patent application laid-open No. 2017-203341.
Disclosure of Invention
In addition, when an opening is provided for a person to get in and out, for example, the door or window described above is not flat due to the inner Zhou Chi portion protruding from the lower frame, and thus, when considering the "unobstructed design", it is not desirable to limit the installation place. Although countermeasures such as providing inclined surfaces on both sides of the inner peripheral fin portion may be taken, a space for disposing the inclined surfaces is required on both the inlet side and the outlet side of the door and window, and there is a possibility that the installation place is more limited.
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a door/window accessory device and a door/window capable of realizing a door/window structure that ensures water tightness without greatly restricting installation places.
In order to achieve the above object, a door/window accessory device according to the present invention is a door/window accessory device including an operating member that operates in response to an operation of a handle, the door/window accessory device being openable with the door/window sash about an opening axis in a vertical direction with respect to a frame body when the operating member moves from a lock position to an open position, the door/window accessory device including: a device main body mounted to a lower frame of the door and window sash; an input member which is disposed so as to be movable with respect to the device main body, and which is connected to the operation member; a watertight holding member disposed on the device main body so as to be movable in the vertical direction of the door/window sash; and a connecting mechanism that connects the input member and the watertight holding member and moves the watertight holding member relative to the apparatus main body by an operation of the input member, wherein the connecting mechanism lowers the watertight holding member when the operating member is disposed at the lock position and raises the watertight holding member when the operating member is disposed at the open position.
According to the present invention, since the watertight holding member is provided in the device body attached to the lower frame and is movable in the up-down direction, the watertight holding member can be lowered and brought into pressure contact with the lower frame when the operating member is disposed at the lock position, that is, when the door sash is closed, and the watertight holding member can be raised when the operating member is disposed at the open position, that is, when the door sash is opened and moved, the door sash can be closed without providing a protrusion such as the inner Zhou Chibu of the lower frame, thereby ensuring the required watertight performance with respect to the frame body. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to buildings and the like in which "barrier-free design" is considered, without restricting the installation place of the doors and windows.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an accessory device for doors and windows according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. For convenience, the terms "depth direction" and "front view direction" are used hereinafter. The "depth direction" refers to a direction along the depth of the door and window as indicated by an arrow a in the figure. The surface in the depth direction is sometimes referred to as a "depth surface". If the member is a member extending in the horizontal direction, such as an upper frame or an upper frame described below, the "front view direction" refers to the vertical direction orthogonal to the depth direction. If the member extends in the vertical direction, such as a vertical frame or a vertical frame, the horizontal direction perpendicular to the depth direction is referred to as the "main view direction". The surface along the direction of the front view surface is sometimes referred to as a "front view surface".
Fig. 1 to 3 show a door and window to which an accessory device for a door and window according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied. The door and window illustrated here includes a frame body 10 and a door and window sash 20, and the door and window sash 20 is supported so as to be openable and closable with respect to the frame body 10 by a lower support unit 1 and an upper support unit 2 provided between the frame body 10 and the door and window sash 20.
The frame body 10 is constituted by four frames consisting of an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, and left and right vertical frames 13 and 14. In the present embodiment, in particular, frames having the same cross-sectional shape as each other are used as the upper frame 11 and the left and right vertical frames 13, 14, and the respective ends are connected by oblique angle splicing (miter joint). The upper frame 11 and the left and right vertical frames 13 and 14 are extruded members molded from resin, and each of the longitudinal sections has a substantially uniform cross-sectional shape. As is clear from the figure, the upper frame 11 and the left and right vertical frames 13 and 14 are provided with inner Zhou Chi portions 11b, 13b, and 14b at the edges of the inner peripheral deep surfaces 11a, 13a, and 14a located on the outside of the room, respectively. The inner portions Zhou Chi b, 13b, 14b protrude inward, and the sealing members 15 are provided at the edges facing the interior of the chamber.
On the other hand, the lower frame 12 of the frame body 10 is configured such that the dimension in the depth direction coincides with the upper frame 11 and the like, but does not have a protruding portion such as the inner Zhou Chibu, and the inner peripheral depth surface 12a is substantially flat. In the illustrated example, the lower frame 12 having the drainage path 12b therein is illustrated. The drain path 12b is configured to be opened in a slit shape in a deep surface of the lower frame 12, and to drain water permeated through the slit-shaped opening from a drain outlet (not shown) to the outside of the lower frame 12. The lower frame 12 is also an extruded profile molded from resin.
The door sash 20 is configured by attaching an upper frame 22, a lower frame 23, and left and right vertical frames 24, 25 around a rectangular panel 21. In the present embodiment, frames having the same cross-sectional shape around the periphery are used as the frames 22, 23, 24, 25 constituting the door sash 20, and the end portions of the frames are joined by oblique angle splicing. The frames 22, 23, 24, 25 are extruded members molded from resin, and each of the frames has a substantially uniform cross-sectional shape along the entire length in the longitudinal direction. As is clear from the figure, in the frames 22, 23, 24, and 25, outer peripheral fin portions 22b, 23b, 24b, and 25b are provided at the edges of the outer peripheral deep surfaces 22a, 23a, 24a, and 25a located on the indoor side, respectively. The outer portions Zhou Chi b, 23b, 24b, 25b protrude outward, and the sealing member 26 is provided at the edge portion facing the outside. On the other hand, the inner peripheral deep surfaces 22c, 23c, 24c, 25c of the frames 22, 23, 24, 25 are provided with support fins 22d, 23d, 24d, 25d at the edges thereof located on the outside of the room, and the bead 27 is attached to the edges thereof located on the inside of the room. The support fins 22d, 23d, 24d, 25d protrude inward to support the outdoor-facing surface of the surface material 21. The bead 27 is used to support the indoor facing surface of the facestock 21. For convenience, when it is necessary to distinguish between the left and right vertical frames 13, 14 and the left and right vertical frames 24, 25, the left vertical frame 14 and the left vertical frame 25 will be referred to as the right vertical frame 13 and the right vertical frame 24 on the right side when viewed from the indoor side.
The lower support unit 1 and the upper support unit 2 are provided between the left vertical frame 14 and the left vertical frame 25 to constitute a so-called inwardly-opening window. As schematically shown in fig. 4A to 4C, the lower support unit 1 supports the door sash 20 so that the right vertical frame 24 can be opened (inwardly opened) with respect to the frame body 10 about the opening axis C1 in the up-down direction, and the upper frame 22 can be opened (inwardly inverted) with respect to the tilting axis C2 in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 23, so as to protrude indoors. The upper support unit 2 is switched between a locked state and an unlocked state by the operation of an operation member 3 described below. When the upper support unit 2 is in the locked state, the upper frame 22 is rotatable about the opening axis C1 with respect to the frame body 10. When the upper support unit 2 is in the unlocked state, the upper frame 22 can be moved to the indoor side while maintaining a substantially parallel state with respect to the upper frame 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the door sash 20 is provided with a handle 4 at a right vertical frame 24, and an operating member 3 is disposed at a portion that is a circumferential length of the door sash 20. The handle 4 is attached to a front view surface facing the room as a portion to be operated when the door sash 20 is opened and closed. The handle 4 is rotatable about a handle axis in the depth direction. In the present embodiment, the position extending substantially vertically downward from the handle axis is the lock position, the position extending substantially horizontally by rotating 90 ° counterclockwise from the lock position is the inward open position, and the position extending substantially vertically upward by rotating 90 ° further counterclockwise from the inward open position is the inward inverted position, so that the operation can be performed between the lock position and the inward inverted position.
The operating member 3 is a belt-shaped member and is disposed in a retractable manner in storage grooves 22e, 23e, 24e, 25e formed in the outer peripheral deep surfaces of the respective frames 22, 23, 24, 25 in the longitudinal direction. In the present embodiment, the upper frame 22, the right vertical frame 24, and the lower frame 23 are arranged in a row, and advance and retreat in conjunction with the operation of the handle 4. More specifically, the handle 4 is rotated counterclockwise from the locked position to the inverted position, whereby the operating member 3 of the right vertical frame 24 moves downward, the operating member 3 of the upper frame 22 moves rightward, and the operating member 3 of the lower frame 23 moves leftward. By moving the operating member 3 to the right side in accordance with the operation of the handle 4 from the locking position to the inward opening position, the upper support unit 2 maintains the locked state. That is, the upper support unit 2 functions such that the upper frame 22 can only rotate about the opening axis C1 in the up-down direction with respect to the upper frame 11, and the upper frame 22 cannot move in parallel with respect to the upper frame 11. In contrast, when the handle 4 is operated to the inward position, the movement amount of the operating member 3 to the right increases, and the upper support unit 2 is in the unlocked state. Thereby, the upper support unit 2 functions to enable the upper frame 22 to move in parallel with respect to the upper frame 11.
Although not explicitly shown in the drawing, a lock pin is provided at an appropriate position in the operating member 3 disposed in the right vertical frame 24. When the handle 4 is placed in the lock position, the lock pin and a blocking projection (not shown) provided on the right vertical frame 13 are provided side by side in the depth direction on the indoor side, and abut against each other to prevent the door sash 20 from opening with respect to the frame body 10. In contrast, when the handle 4 is disposed at the inward open position and the inward reverse position, the lock pin moves below the blocking projection, and the door sash 20 can be opened with respect to the frame body 10.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2, a connection pin (operating member) 5 is provided in the operating member 3 disposed in the lower frame 23. The connecting pin 5 is fixed to the operating member 3 in such a manner that the tip end portion of the connecting pin having a small diameter protrudes outward from the receiving groove 23e of the lower frame 23, and is movable integrally with the operating member 3. When the position of the operating member 3 when the handle 4 is placed in the lock position is set as the lock position, the position of the operating member 3 when the handle 4 is placed in the inward open position is set as the open position, and the position of the operating member 3 when the handle 4 is placed in the inward reverse position is set as the tilt position, the connecting pin 5 gradually moves to the left side with respect to the lower frame 23 as the operating member 3 moves to the lock position, the open position, and the tilt position when viewed from the indoor side.
As is clear from fig. 2 and 3, the door sash 20 is supported by the frame body 10 via the lower support unit 1 and the upper support unit 2 so that the seal members 15 attached to the inner portions Zhou Chi b, 13b, 14b can be brought into contact with the door sash 20 and the seal members 26 attached to the outer portions Zhou Chi b, 24b, 25b can be brought into contact with the frame body 10 between the upper frame 11 and the left and right vertical frames 13, 14 of the frame body 10 and the upper frame 22 and the left and right vertical frames 24, 25 of the door sash 20, and thus, when the door sash 20 is closed with respect to the frame body 10, the required water tightness can be ensured between them. In contrast, the vertical dimension of the door sash 20 between the lower frame 12 and the lower frame 23 is smaller than the vertical dimension of the frame body 10 so that the inner peripheral deep surface 12a of the lower frame 12 and the outer peripheral deep surface 23a of the lower frame 23 face each other with a gap therebetween when the door sash 20 is closed with respect to the frame body 10, and the accessory device 30 can be disposed therebetween.
The accessory device 30 includes a device body 31, and the device body 31 has a size capable of filling a gap between the lower frame 12 and the lower frame 23. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the device main body 31 is a member having a solid center, and is attached to the lower surface of the lower frame 23 via a hinge 40, wherein the indoor facing front surface 31a and the outdoor facing front surface 31b are parallel to each other, and the portion thereof located outside the room protrudes upward and downward. The hinge 40 includes a tilting shaft 41 extending substantially horizontally in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 23, and connects the lower frame 23 and the apparatus main body 31 to each other in a rotatable state about the axis (=tilting axis C2) of the tilting shaft 41. More specifically, one element 42 of the hinge 40 is fixed to the outer peripheral fin portion 23b of the lower frame 23, and the other element 43 of the hinge 40 is fixed to the indoor-facing front surface 31a of the apparatus main body 31, and the lower frame 23 and the apparatus main body 31 are rotatably connected to each other with the tilt shaft 41 positioned on the outer peripheral side of the outer peripheral fin portion 23b on the indoor side from the apparatus main body 31.
As is clear from the figure, when the indoor-facing front surface 31a of the device main body 31 is arranged in the vertical direction (hereinafter, this state will be referred to as a standard position of the device main body 31), the upper edge portion thereof is brought into pressure contact with the seal member 26 attached to the outer peripheral fin portion 23b of the lower frame 23. The outdoor-facing main surface 31b of the device main body 31 disposed at the standard position is disposed on substantially the same plane as the outdoor-facing main surface 23f of the support fin 23d of the lower frame 23. The fin-shaped seal member 32 is attached to each of the inner peripheral side deep surface 31c and the outer peripheral side deep surface 31d of the device body 31 at a portion located on the outdoor side. When the device main body 31 is disposed at the standard position, the fin-shaped seal member 32 attached to the inner peripheral side deep surface 31c is brought into contact with the outer peripheral side deep surface 23g of the support fin portion 23d provided in the lower frame 23. The fin-shaped sealing member 32 attached to the outer peripheral side deep surface 31d can be brought into contact with the inner peripheral side deep surface 12a of the lower frame 12 when the device main body 31 is disposed at the standard position in a state where the door sash 20 is closed with respect to the frame body 10.
As shown in fig. 2, in the apparatus main body 31, an upper slider 33 is disposed in a region facing the operation member 3 of the lower frame 23, and a lower slider 34 is disposed in a portion vertically below the upper slider 33. As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7A to 7B, and 11, the upper slider 33 and the lower slider 34 are each formed in a thin plate-like shape, are parallel to each other, and are disposed on the device main body 31 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 23. The dimension of these sliders 33, 34 in the longitudinal direction is slightly shorter than that of the device body 31. Slide guide holes 33a and 34a are provided at appropriate positions of the upper slide 33 and the lower slide 34. The slider guide holes 33a and 34a are elongated in the longitudinal direction and have the same length. In the slider guide holes 33a, 34a, guide pins 35 provided in the apparatus main body 31 are respectively inserted therethrough. The guide pins 35 are provided at the same pitch as the slider guide holes 33a and 34a, and abut against both end portions of the slider guide holes 33a and 34a, thereby functioning to define the movement ranges of the respective sliders 33 and 34.
In the upper slider 33 and the lower slider 34, racks (interlocking members) 36 are provided at the intermediate portions thereof, and lock members 37 are provided at both end portions thereof, respectively. The racks 36 are fixed to the surfaces of the sliders 33, 34 facing each other, and teeth are provided at the same pitch at the portions facing each other. An interlocking gear (interlocking member) 38 is disposed between these racks 36. The interlocking gear 38 is rotatably disposed on the device main body 31 around a shaft 38a in the depth direction, and is engaged with the racks 36 of the sliders 33 and 34, respectively. In the present embodiment, two identical interlocking gears 38 are provided side by side with a space therebetween, and mesh with the racks 36 of the sliders 33, 34, respectively. The upper slider 33 and the lower slider 34 engaged with the interlocking gear 38 via the rack 36 interlock with each other in a state of moving in opposite directions. The lock member 37 has a prismatic shape and is fixed to the surfaces of the end portions of the sliders 33 and 34 facing each other. Each lock member 37 has a groove-shaped slider guide 37a, and is movable together with the sliders 33 and 34 relative to the device body 31 in a state in which a rail 39 provided in the device body 31 is fitted in the slider guide 37 a. The lock members 37 attached to the sliders 33, 34 are configured as follows: when the sliders 33 and 34 are stored in the device main body 31, they can be stored in the device main body 31 at the same time.
The upper slider 33 is connected to the input member 50, and the lower slider 34 is connected to the elevation driving member 60. The input member 50 has a connection hole 51, and is connected to the upper surface of the upper slider 33, wherein the connection pin 5 provided in the lower frame 23 can be inserted into the connection hole 51 when the device main body 31 is arranged at the standard position. More specifically, the input member 50 is connected to the upper slider 33 such that the connection pin 5 is inserted into the connection hole 51 when the operating member 3 is placed at the lock position in a state where the upper slider 33 is moved to the rightmost side of the apparatus main body 31 when viewed from the indoor side and the lower slider 34 is moved to the leftmost side. As is also clear from the figure, the connecting hole 51 of the input member 50 has a long hole shape in the depth direction, and can allow relative movement in the depth direction when the connecting pin 5 is inserted, and restrict relative movement in the longitudinal direction of the upper slider 33. That is, even in a state in which the connection pin 5 is inserted into the connection hole 51 of the input member 50, the apparatus main body 31 can be rotated with respect to the lower frame 23 about the tilt shaft 41 of the hinge 40. On the other hand, when the operating member 3 is moved in a state where the connecting pin 5 is inserted into the connecting hole 51 of the input member 50, the connecting pin 5 engages with the input member 50, and the upper slider 33 is interlocked with the operating member 3, and the lower slider 34 is interlocked with the operating member 3 via the rack 36 and the interlocking gear 38.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11-1, when the operating member 3 is disposed at the lock position, the following state is established: the lock member 37 provided on the upper slider 33 protrudes outward from the right side of the apparatus main body 31, while the lock member 37 provided on the lower slider 34 protrudes outward from the left side of the apparatus main body 31 (protruding position of the lock member 37). From this state to the state where the operating member 3 is disposed at the open position, as shown in fig. 11-2, the following state is established: the lock members 37 provided on the upper slider 33 and the lock members 37 provided on the lower slider 34 are respectively housed in the device main body 31 (retracted positions of the lock members 37). Further, from this state to the time when the operating member 3 is disposed at the tilting position, as shown in fig. 11 to 3, the following state is established: the upper slider 33 is moved to the leftmost side, the lock member 37 protrudes from the left side of the apparatus main body 31 to the outside, and at the same time, the lower slider 34 is moved to the rightmost side, and the lock member 37 protrudes from the right side of the apparatus main body 31 to the outside (the protruding position of the lock member 37). As is clear from the figure, in the present embodiment, the input members 50 having the same shape are provided at a plurality of portions of the upper slider 33. The input members 50 are each provided with an engagement portion 52. The engaging portion 52 protrudes from the upper edge portion to the outside of the room at the portion of the input member 50 facing the outside of the room.
In the elevation driving member 60, the upper member 61 and the lower member 62 are connected to each other to form an inclined driving hole 60a therebetween. The inclined drive hole 60a is laterally symmetrical in that it is inclined such that both end portions are low and the central portion is high when viewed from the indoor side, and is connected to the lower surface of the lower slider 34. The elevating driving member 60 having the same shape is also provided at a plurality of portions of the lower slider 34.
The watertight holding member 70 is disposed in the apparatus main body 31. The watertight holding member 70 is a block-shaped member having a length substantially equal to the length of the device main body 31 in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 23, and watertight members 71 are provided on the lower surface and the side surfaces facing the device main body 31. The watertight member 71 is a member of a predetermined shape for ensuring the required watertight performance between the device main body 31 and the lower frame 12, and is disposed on the entire lower surface and the entire side surface of the watertight holding member 70. A support shaft 72 is provided on a side of the watertight holding part 70 facing the apparatus main body 31. The support shaft 72 has a cylindrical shape extending in the depth direction, and is provided with the number corresponding to the above-described elevation driving members 60. These support shafts 72 are inserted into the inclined drive hole 60a of the elevation drive member 60 via the elevation guide 73 fixed to the apparatus main body 31. The elevation guide 73 has an elevation guide hole 73a in the vertical direction, and restricts the support shaft 72 inserted therein from moving left and right with respect to the apparatus main body 31.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 8, the accessory device 30 includes: a hook member 80 for mounting to the lower frame 23; and a lock seat member 90 for mounting to the left and right vertical frames 13, 14. The hook members 80 are fixed to the outer peripheral side deep surface 23a of the lower frame 23 at the edge portion thereof located on the outdoor side, and the number thereof corresponds to the number of the input members 50 of the device main body 31. The hook members 80 protrude downward and then bend inward. In a state where the device body 31 is disposed at the standard position, the hook members 80 can be engaged with the engaging portions 52 of the input member 50, and the device body 31 can be prevented from rotating about the tilting axis C2 with respect to the lower frame 23 when engaged. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10A to 10F, a hook member 80 is provided in the lower frame 23 such that: when the operating member 3 is disposed at the lock position and the open position with the connecting pin 5 inserted into the input member 50, the hook member 80 engages with the engaging portion 52 of the input member 50, and when the operating member 3 is disposed at the tilt position, the engagement with the engaging portion 52 of the input member 50 is released.
The lock base member 90 is fixed to portions of the left and right vertical frames 13 and 14 corresponding to both end portions of the device main body 31, and, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, engagement recesses 91 are provided in portions thereof facing the end surfaces of the lock member 37. The engagement recess 91 is a recess that opens to the outside and closes the inside, and can accommodate the lock member 37 protruding from the device main body 31.
The functions of the accessory device 30 described above will be described below, and the characteristic portions of the present application will be described in detail. For convenience, the left and right will be described as directions when viewed from the indoor side.
In the accessory device 30 configured as described above, when the handle 4 is placed in the lock position with the door sash 20 closed, the operating member 3 is placed in the lock position, and thus the upper slider 33 moves to the right side and the lower slider 34 moves to the left side with respect to the device main body 31. Therefore, the following state is established: the lock member 37 provided on the upper slider 33 engages with the lock seat member 90 of the right vertical frame 13, and the lock member 37 provided on the lower slider 34 engages with the lock seat member 90 of the left vertical frame 14. Thus, in a state where the door sash 20 is locked to the frame body 10, the device body 31 can be prevented from moving to the indoor side, and the burglarproof performance of the door can be prevented from being impaired.
When the handle 4 is placed at the lock position, the lift driving member 60 connected to the lower slider 34 is also moved to the left with respect to the apparatus main body 31, and therefore the support shaft 72 of the watertight holding member 70 is guided downward by the inclined driving hole portion 60a, and as shown in fig. 12, the watertight holding member 70 is maintained in a state of being moved downward with respect to the apparatus main body 31. Thereby, the watertight member 71 provided on the lower surface of the watertight holding member 70 is in pressure contact with the inner peripheral deep surface of the lower frame 12.
As described above, in a state in which the operating member 3 is disposed at the lock position, the engaging portion 52 of the input member 50 engages with the hook member 80, and the rotation of the device main body 31 with respect to the lower frame 23 is prevented and maintained at the standard position, so that the following state is attained: the seal members 15, 26 provided on the outer peripheral fin portions 22b, 23b, 24b, 25b of the lower frame 23 are in pressure contact with the device main body 31, while the fin seal member 32 attached to the inner peripheral deep surface 31c is in contact with the lower frame 23, and the fin seal member 32 attached to the outer peripheral deep surface 31d is in contact with the inner peripheral deep surface of the lower frame 12. Although not explicitly shown in the drawings, the following states are established: the seal members 15, 26 provided at the inner portions Zhou Chi of the vertical frames 13, 14 11b, 13b, 14b are pressure-bonded to the front surface facing the outside of the room at both ends of the device main body 31. As a result, the required water tightness can be ensured between the lower frame 23 and the device main body 31 and between the device main body 31 and the lower frame 12, and outdoor water such as rainwater does not penetrate into the indoor side.
When the handle 4 is operated from the above state to the inward open position, the operating member 3 is disposed at the open position, and thus the lock member 37 is housed in the device main body 31. As described above, when the handle 4 is disposed at the inward open position, the upper support unit 2 is maintained in the locked state, and therefore the door sash 20 can be opened with respect to the frame body 10 about the opening axis C1. At this time, the elevation driving member 60 connected to the lower slider 34 is moved to the right with respect to the apparatus main body 31, and the support shaft 72 of the watertight holding member 70 is disposed uppermost, so that the watertight holding member 70 is maintained in a state of being moved upward with respect to the apparatus main body 31 as shown in fig. 13A. As a result, the watertight member 71 provided on the lower surface of the watertight holding member 70 is spaced apart from the inner peripheral side deep surface of the lower frame 12, and the watertight member 71 does not become an obstacle when the door sash 20 is opened and closed around the opening axis C1.
When the handle 4 is returned to the locked position with the door sash 20 opened, the watertight holding part 70 moves downward with respect to the apparatus main body 31 as shown in fig. 13B, and thus the portion of the watertight part 71 on the opening axis C1 side comes into contact with the inner peripheral deep surface of the lower frame 12. Therefore, the door sash 20 can be temporarily fixed in an opened state, and for example, the door sash 20 can be prevented from being inadvertently closed.
On the other hand, when the handle 4 is operated from the state where the door sash 20 is closed to the inward tilting position, the operating member 3 is disposed at the tilting position, and thus the upper slider 33 is moved to the left side and the lower slider 34 is moved to the right side with respect to the device main body 31. Therefore, when the lock member 37 provided on the upper slider 33 engages with the lock seat member 90 of the left vertical frame 14, the lock member 37 provided on the lower slider 34 engages with the lock seat member 90 of the right vertical frame 13, and the movement of the apparatus main body 31 to the indoor side is prevented. At this time, the elevation driving member 60 connected to the lower slider 34 moves rightward with respect to the apparatus main body 31, and the support shaft 72 of the watertight holding member 70 is guided upward and then downward, and as shown in fig. 14, the watertight holding member 70 is maintained in a state of being moved downward with respect to the apparatus main body 31. Thereby, the watertight member 71 provided on the lower surface of the watertight holding member 70 is in pressure contact with the inner peripheral deep surface of the lower frame 12.
As described above, when the handle 4 is placed in the inverted position, the upper support unit 2 is in the unlocked state, and the upper frame 22 can move in parallel with respect to the upper frame 11. At this time, the engagement state between the engagement portion 52 of the input member 50 and the hook member 80 in the attachment device 30 is released, and thus the device body 31 can rotate about the tilting axis C2 with respect to the lower frame 23. Accordingly, the door sash 20 can be rotated about the tilting axis C2 with respect to the apparatus main body 31, and the door sash 20 can be tilted inward with respect to the frame body 10.
In the above-described embodiment, since the apparatus main body 31 is rotatably attached to the lower frame 23 with respect to the lower frame 23, the door sash 20 can be tilted inward with respect to the frame body 10. However, the apparatus main body 31 is not necessarily attached to the lower frame 23 so as to be rotatable with respect to the lower frame 23, and the apparatus main body 31 may be directly fixed to the lower frame 23. At this time, the engaging portion 52, the hook member 80, and the lock member 37 of the input member 50 are not necessarily provided, and only a hinge may be used as a supporting means between the frame body 10 and the door sash 20. Although the movement of the input member 50 is transmitted to the elevation driving member 60 via the upper and lower sliders 33 and 34 and the interlocking gear 38, the elevation driving member 60 may be directly operated by the movement of the input member 50.
As described above, the door/window accessory device according to the present invention is provided with an operating member that operates in response to an operation of a handle, and when the operating member moves from a lock position to an open position, the door/window accessory device can be opened together with the door/window sash about an opening axis in a vertical direction with respect to a frame body, and includes: a device main body mounted to a lower frame of the door and window sash; an input member which is disposed so as to be movable with respect to the device main body, and which is connected to the operation member; a watertight holding member disposed on the device main body so as to be movable in the vertical direction of the door/window sash, the watertight holding member holding the watertight member; and a connecting mechanism that connects the input member and the watertight holding member and moves the watertight holding member relative to the apparatus main body by an operation of the input member, wherein the connecting mechanism lowers the watertight holding member when the operating member is disposed at the lock position and raises the watertight holding member when the operating member is disposed at the open position.
According to the present invention, since the watertight holding member is provided in the device body attached to the lower frame and is movable in the up-down direction, the watertight holding member can be lowered and brought into pressure contact with the lower frame when the operating member is disposed at the lock position, that is, when the door sash is closed, and the watertight holding member can be raised when the operating member is disposed at the open position, that is, when the door sash is opened and moved, the door sash can be closed, and thus, the required watertight performance with respect to the frame body can be ensured without providing a protrusion such as the inner Zhou Chibu of the lower frame. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to buildings and the like in which "barrier-free design" is considered, without restricting the installation place of the doors and windows.
The present invention is also directed to the accessory device for doors and windows, comprising: a hook member fixed to the lower frame; and a hinge that connects the device body to the lower frame in a state that the device body can rotate around a tilting axis along a longitudinal direction of the lower frame, wherein an engagement portion is provided on at least one of the input member and the connection mechanism, and the engagement portion prevents the device body from rotating around the tilting axis by engaging with the hook member when the operating member is disposed at the lock position and the open position, and releases the engagement of the engagement portion with the hook member when the device body moves to the tilting position beyond the lock position and the open position, thereby allowing the device body to rotate around the tilting axis.
According to the present invention, since the lower frame and the device main body can rotate about the tilt axis, the door and window can be tilted with respect to the device main body.
In the door and window accessory device according to the present invention, the device body may be provided with a lock member that is interlocked with the input member, the lock member may be disposed at an extended position that extends from the device body when the operating member is disposed at the lock position, and the lock member may be disposed at a retracted position that is retracted relative to the device body when the operating member is disposed at the open position.
According to the present invention, when the operating member is disposed at the lock position, the lock member is disposed at the extended position, so that the lock member can be engaged with the frame body, for example, to prevent the device main body from moving relative to the frame body. The lock member disposed at the retracted position is required to be retracted relative to the extended position, and is not required to be housed in the device main body.
In the door and window accessory device according to the present invention, the device body may be provided with a lock member that is interlocked with the input member, the lock member may be disposed at an extended position that extends from the device body when the operating member is disposed at the lock position and the tilt position, and the lock member may be disposed at a retracted position that is retracted relative to the device body when the operating member is disposed at the open position.
According to the present invention, when the operating member is disposed at the lock position and the tilt position, the lock member is disposed at the extended position, so that the lock member is engaged with the frame body, for example, to prevent the device main body from moving relative to the frame body. The lock member disposed at the retracted position is required to be retracted relative to the extended position, and is not required to be housed in the device main body.
The present invention is also directed to the accessory device for doors and windows, comprising: and a lock base member fixed to a longitudinal frame of the frame body, wherein the lock base member is engaged with the lock base member when the lock member is disposed at the extended position.
According to the present invention, since the lock base member and the vertical frame engaged with the lock member are separately formed, it is no longer necessary to perform a process for engaging the lock member with the vertical frame.
In the door/window accessory device according to the present invention, the connecting mechanism includes: an upper slider and a lower slider, which are disposed on the device body in a state of being movable in a longitudinal direction of the lower frame; a linking member that links the upper and lower sliders; and a lift driving member connected to the watertight holding member, wherein the input member is connected to a slider disposed above the apparatus main body, and the lift driving member is connected to a slider disposed below the apparatus main body.
According to the invention, the distance between the input component and the lifting driving component can be adjusted, so that the invention can be applied to a plurality of types of doors and windows.
In the door/window accessory device according to the present invention, at least one of the upper and lower sliders is provided with the lock member at an end portion thereof.
According to the present invention, the lock member can be engaged with the vertical frame by moving the slider.
In the door/window accessory device according to the present invention, the interlocking member includes: a linking gear rotatably disposed between the upper and lower sliders; and the rack is respectively connected with the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block, wherein the rack is respectively meshed with the linkage gear.
According to the present invention, since the two sliders are interlocked in opposite directions, the lock members can be engaged with the vertical frames on both sides at the same time, as long as the lock members are provided at the respective end portions. The interlocking member is not limited to a combination of an interlocking gear and a rack, and may be an interlocking member that interlocks the upper and lower sliders with each other by a belt, for example. The two sliders do not have to move in opposite directions, but may be interlocked in the same direction. Further, the movement of the input member may be transmitted to the elevation driving member by an endless belt without using a slider.
In the door and window accessory device according to the present invention, the watertight holding member may be provided with a support shaft extending horizontally in a direction intersecting a moving direction of the slider, the device body may be provided with a lift guide portion that allows the support shaft to move in an up-down direction while preventing the support shaft from moving in a longitudinal direction of the lower frame, the lift drive member may be provided with an inclined guide hole portion that is inclined up-down in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame, and the support shaft may be inserted into the inclined guide hole portion via the lift guide portion.
According to the present invention, the upward and downward movement of the watertight holding component can be easily adjusted by changing the inclination angle of the inclined guide hole portion.
In the door and window according to the present invention, the above-described door and window accessory device is attached to the lower surface of the lower frame constituting the door and window sash.
According to the present invention, since the watertight holding member is provided in the device body attached to the lower frame and is movable in the up-down direction, the watertight holding member can be lowered and brought into pressure contact with the lower frame when the door and window sash is closed, and the watertight holding member can be raised when the door and window sash is opened and moved, the required watertight performance between the door and window sash and the frame body can be ensured when the door and window sash is closed without providing a protrusion such as the lower frame inner Zhou Chibu. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to buildings and the like in which "barrier-free design" is considered, without restricting the installation place of the doors and windows.
