Background
The drum washing machine consists of stainless steel inner drum and mechanical program controller, and the washing machine is made to make repeated motion with the great centrifugal force produced during the rotation of the balancing drum and with the combined action of washing powder and water to clean clothing. The main advantages are: the basic structure has reliable quality, exquisite and compact manufacture, water saving and the like. The drum is rotated by the mechanical work of the motor, and the clothes are lifted and dropped in the drum continuously, lifted and dropped again, and repeatedly move. The pulsator washing machine needs water to float clothes, and then the clothes are continuously stirred and rubbed to achieve the aim of cleaning.

The present invention is described in further detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a multi-layered drum washing machine, comprising an outer drum 1, a washing machine pulsator at the bottom of the outer drum 1, controlling the rotation and up-down vibration of the outer drum 1. The inner side wall of the outer roller 1 is detachably fixed with three layers of inner rollers 2 from top to bottom, and an openable base 3 for controlling the communication of the two inner rollers 2 is arranged between two adjacent inner rollers 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the openable base 3 includes a porous substrate (not shown) fixed along the circumferential direction of the inner sidewall of the outer drum 1, an iris-type switch is disposed below the porous substrate, the iris-type switch includes a waterproof blade ring 31 fixed on the circumferential direction of the inner sidewall of the outer drum 1, a plurality of mutually overlapped arc-shaped thin waterproof blades 32 are disposed in the waterproof blade ring 31, and the size of the central circular aperture can be changed by engaging and disengaging the blades. The number of the arc-shaped thin blades can be as large as 18. The more arcuate thin metal blades, the more nearly circular the hole shape. By designing the shape of the thin metal sheet by an electronic computer, only 6 thin metal sheets can be used to obtain a nearly circular aperture.
Three clamping grooves 33 are formed in the two waterproof blade rings 31 at intervals, the three detachable roller 2 in the belt holes are fixed in the outer roller 1 through the clamping grooves 33, clamping groove heads 4 are arranged at the bottoms of the inner rollers 2 and correspond to the clamping grooves 33 one by one, and the inner rollers 2 can be freely detached from the outer roller 1 and placed into the outer roller 1 to be fixed with the outer roller 1 through the clamping grooves 33 when in use and rotate along with the outer roller 1. Three clamping grooves 33 are designed according to the triangle stability principle, so that the inner small roller can be fixed and stable.
The three inner drums 2 of the invention divide the drum of the washing machine into three layers, namely a first layer, a second layer and a third layer from top to bottom, and can classify and layer clothes. The porous base plate and the side walls of the inner and outer rollers 1 are hollow, so that close-fitting clean clothes such as underwear and the like are usually placed on the uppermost layer, and dirty clothes such as dirty socks and the like which are easy to fade such as red and black are placed on the lowermost layer. the inner rollers (2) are detachably fixed on the waterproof blade ring (31); the waterproof blade ring (31) is provided with clamping grooves (33), and clamping blocks (4) matched with the clamping grooves (33) are fixed on the inner rollers (2).
